TIM was more than helpful during the time my car was in for service! He communicated with me throughout the entire process and was able to get my car back to me in a reasonable time. Tim offered Top Notch service and I am very happy with his team. He is a huge asset to the service department!

Great experience! Everyone was friendly and informative. Our service advisor Tori was pleasant and accommodating with our crazy schedule. She was very knowledgeable and efficient stressing the importance of following up with vehicle maintenance. This is our second purchase thru Matt Blatt and it won t be our last.

The service I received for our Sorento was great! I really appreciate the fact that you don't need an appointment to have your car serviced! I just drove up and was acknowledged by Mathew. It was a quick oil change. I love that your car is washed, after being serviced. Mathew took care to make sure all was complete!

If anyone needs a vehicle for any reason, commute, business or pleasure. I highly recommend Matt Blatt KIA. Their approach is not about the profit but the relationship and in doing so they are building a brand that can be trusted. The sale is important but the aftercare is what sets their bar so high. Following up with the customer in the days that follow is our framework at my job and it was nice to see they believe in the same professionalism. I had my oil changed at a different location recently was dismayed to discover that the cap to the brake fluid was missing. The previous service for my vehicle was at Matt Blatt Kia in EHT. This negligence led to the necessity of flushing and replacing the fluid, costing me extra money. It's disappointing that such oversight occurred at Matt Blatt Kia. Their lack of attention to detail has resulted in unnecessary expenses for me, and as a result, I won't be returning to a place that exhibits such carelessness.

On 10/18/23 about 10:00, I took my car to have it serviced because it stopped on 10/17/23.. I was able to start the car up without a jump of the battery. On Wednesday morning my car started , but the passenger window would not go up or down. I was told that a diagnostic would be needed and the amount paid, 180.00 would be applied to any of the repairs that would be needed. I was told I would receive a call from the service center. After waiting all day, By 3:30 I never received a call back so I contacted Tori, who advised my battery was low and there was a manufacturer recall for the stalling of my car. The window would be about $600 but the part would have to be ordered. She stated neither of these charges would be covered under the diagnostic money previously paid. When I went to my car, it would not start and I was given a jump by one of the mechanics. Driving, I noticed my back window was down, but would not go up or down . I immediately called back and spoke to Tori who advised that I should bring the car in on 10/19 to see if my window can go up. When I took it there today 10/19, I was advised it would be 170.00 to get the window up. This would be a temporary fix. I was offered a plastic bag and tape. My frustration is the fact that NOTHING was done to fix any of the issues and that I should take it to Toyota for the manufacturer issue. My back window was fine when I dropped my car off that morning. I purchased my car from Kia, which was why I have returned for the last five years to have it serviced and oil changed. Another issue, after my last oil change in August, my windshield washer fluid message came on . I took my car back on Monday 10/16 and someone refilled it, which meant though my receipt said it was checked , it was not. I will no longer use Matt Blatt for any type of service and will let others know how I was treated.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Service was exceptional. Quick and streamlined process. Gone are the old days when you sit there for hours. Jordan, our sales rep, went above and beyond. Totally recommend her if your looking to purchase a new car. The cars were affordably priced. I owned a Kia previously and never had an issue. Ran forever.....

My experience with the service department at Matt Blatt Kia was exceptional. Taiz, in particular, provided friendly and accommodating assistance in fixing a screw in my tire. The efficiency and professionalism of the service department, especially Taiz's efforts, have earned them a solid 5-star rating in my book. I highly recommend Matt Blatt Kia's service department for their outstanding customer service.

Just a great experience overall. We purchased four cars for our Business, Jordan Deleo was our sales woman. She made the process very easy and efficient. Highly recommend this dealership, never once did I feel pressured or like I was receiving a shady deal like most dealerships. Great Job

Acceptable Work, KIA Mechanic. Car Was Fixed. KIA Representative Did An Outstanding Job Overseeing My Vehicle's Problems &, Gave Solutions In A Timely Matter. The Lounge Needs Massage Chairs For The Wait Time & Better Free Food & Healthy Free Drinks Options. The New Chips & Drinks Machines Are Way Overpriced. Thanks, KIA.

I would definitely recommend Matt Blatt Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new car. First and foremost Kia s are amazing vehicles. I know this because between my wife and myself this is our fourth Kia. Matt Blatt Kia makes the car buying experience easy, efficient, and actually quite enjoyable. Ben Erb, our sales representative, is so knowledgeable about the Kia product. He can answer all and any questions. He is service oriented, and is all about customer satisfaction. So in closing. Called Matt Blatt Kia to schedule recall appointment. This was arranged quickly. When I brought the vehicle to the dealer, I was greeted immediately and shown to my service advisor. Torey very pleasant and set things in motion promptly. She advised that the recall work generally takes about an hour to complete. To my surprise, she was wrong. It was completed in 30 minutes! Kudos to the service team

My last service call at Matt Blatt Kia was extremely pleasant as usual, from the time the garage door opened till it closed behind me upon leaving. Dominique who always helps me when I m there for service was her usual pleasant and helpful self. She always has a smile on her face. And this last time, Katie was also a huge help to me, regarding a question I had about my Bluetooth. Every person @ Matt Blatt, from the mechanics to the other service personnel should all be recognized for what they do on a daily basis. Thank you to Everyone!

Scheduled service for oil change and when I arrived I was waiting on immediately. Matthew processed the service quickly and the wait was approximately 30 mins. My car was returned cleaned and washed. Excellent service.

Hi! Took the car in for a bubble on my tire on Monday and the Service receptionist said it would be an hour wait. It was exactly an hour on the dot! Tire was replaced and I was on my way. Amazing service. Thanks again Kia!
