Steve from Lucas Towing came to collect my silverado with 2 broken steering rods. He was very professional, polite and efficient. He treated my truck like his own personal vehicle.Will definitely use again in the future.Thanks to Steve for his great service.

Waited hours for another aaa connectedTow company near by. They never showed up after calling AAA multipleTimes for their ETA. I was fed up and Finally paid out of a pocket for Lucas Towing after reading their Google positive reviews. They came within 15 minutes and all was done within another 10min. I was so thankful! It was worth $100 even though the car was only going half a mile to my service station. I would definitely recommend!

AAA tow truck didn t come after two hours. I called this place on a whim and the truck was here in 20 minutes. Awesome service and shout out to Steve; he was so fun and really turned around our day.

Steve was the one that came to tow my car for me. there were issues w the site of towing and issuing of car so unfortunately we were unable to go about it but steve was very understanding and a very professional, bright, nice guy. would highly recommend using this towing service.

They answered promptly, gave an accurate ETA (which was quicker than I expected) and the gentleman who actually drove the tow truck was very kind and professional. You hope not to need the service, but when you do those little touches make a big difference. Thanks!Clarity Contractors LLC

Very kind and professional. My insurance company said they would be about an hour , they showed up in about 15 minutes and took like 1 second to unlock my car for me.

Had the pleasure of riding with Lucas on a nearly 115 mile trip through NJ. He was quick and responsive to the initial call, and made sure he had the right truck for the tow, since I had a large work vehicle. The car ride back couldn t have been any better with Lucas, he was so wonderful and great to talk to!! Wish I lived closer so I could call again if I ever needed a tow!!Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

Mid-day on Memorial Day and my clutch went out. In 30 minutes my car was being gently pulled onto the Lucas Towing flat bed and was then taken to my house and placed in my garage for a very reasonable price... That's exceeding expectations! ... It was a holiday, he was picking up a car that could inspire a high price, and instead he gave me a good price and good conversation on the drive. Nice, honest, and hardworking guy.

Quoted me $120 dollars to tow my car less than 5 miles. I got several quotes $30 to $40 dollars

The guys service is remarkable! My car needed a jump and no one else was available and i was visiting a differnt state! He came in the blink of an eye. Amazing service . Very respectful. Very affordable. Wish I had this guy around my town so I can refer him to everyone, I hope this gets him more service ! By far the best experience I've had with any business, let alone a towing company. Lucas arrived within minutes of me calling my insurance company. The insurance company had called multiple towing companies and told them my truck need to be towed locally when in fact I needed my van towed about 100 miles. They asked Lucas if he minded driving that far and he didn't bat and eye before saying yes. Lucas was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend him!

They were fast and price was about what Id expect.Best customer service in the area. The driver was very professional, polite and helpful. Just dropped off my Honda Fit to my uncle's house. If needed will use again. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Lucas you rock man.

What a kind and personable company. The service was quick, professional, and extremely affordable. I locked myself out of my car and was charged only $40. At the same time, a person parked next to me just so happened to have a dead battery. Lucas was kind enough to jump her car at no additional cost. If I am ever in need of their service again, they are sure to receive another call from me!

Lucas came out quickly to tow my car, excellent experience, great to talk to on the ride, he even recommended me to a great mechanic when the first shop I took it to didn't work out. I will call no one else but Lucas in the future and will recommend others to him. He is most definitely the best out there and a great guy. Thanks Lucas!

I have used Lucas Towing twice for 2 different vehicles. He has been awesome both times. Reasonably priced. Friendly, professional and skillful. Last tow was a tough one just because the position of the vehicle. It was like nothing for him to get it on his left. KUDOS LUCAS!!! Thank you again

im a bit late with this review but lucas is a good man who offers service at a great price. hes also a smart man. he picked up my 1970 gto from marmora and brought it over to EHT for much cheaper than other towing companies in the area and wasnt rough with the old car, even though all the tires were flat on it. highly recommend.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling, Local hauling, BatteryServices: Car towing, Long distance hauling, Local hauling, Battery

Fast service. I locked myself out of my truck at ten o clock at night. Called them up and it was very painless and the guy was very nice on the phone. The guy was punctual he said 30 minutes and he was there on nose. He was very friendly and the price was great for the service. Would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone very nice people to deal with.

Lucas picked up the phone on the first ring, showed up in 20 minutes (exactly as promised), and jumped my car for a very fair price. He even accommodated my worries about COVID-19 by doing all of his work from outside the car. Thanks for the prompt and excellent service Lucas!

They gave me a price of $100.00 dollar's and 30 minutes later they said $120.00 dollar's and never showed up. Don't waste your time calling them for a tow. You'll get your car home quicker by pushing it home by the time they show up

I highly recommend Lucus towing! He was such a great, kind, and respectful guy. Arrived on time and just made the whole towing process a stress free one. Also cheaper than other places so do not bother calling anyone else! Would rate more than 5 stars!

I went with Lucas Towing for a long distance tow from NJ to Connecticit. They enjoy their work and take pride in doing every job right, regardless if it's a 5 minute tow or a 5 hour tow. If you want great service at an affordable pricing, you can't go wrong!

Great customer service! I was given a fair price over the phone as soon as I called. The truck showed up within minutes and the man was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. If you need a car towed I would highly recommend calling them.

I had gotten a flat front tire on my goldwing riding down the AC expressway 7pm on a Saturday night. I was able to limp the bike off the expressway. I called Lucas towing . they showed up to where I was with 20 minutes. put the bike on a flatbed. he spent lots of time making sure not to scratch the chrome or custom paint. They took me and my bike back to my shop in lumberton NJ . On the ride home the owner and I had a nice hour talk. he works seven days a week and puts in long hours. He is a hard worker and care for his company. I own a aircraft maintenance company . so I am very aware of treating aircraft, Cars, bikes with extra care. this towing company was more then fair on their price, very professional, and I would not hesitate on calling or recommending them to any of my customers.
