Good, honest assessment of the issue, offered realistic options which included just waiting until the trans in my son's car completely failed instead of just slipping. We decided to have the trans replaced, took a few days but was installed with no issues. I certainly intend to return anytime I have any issues with our family vehicles.

Butch is the best mechanic in South jersey. He is honest, professional, and reasonably priced. He explains car issues thoroughly, shows the old parts and welcomes questions. As a young woman, I often worry about car experts trying to scam me, but there is absolutely zero concern for that with Butch. He is personable and knows his stuff when it comes to cars. He does good business and will get the job done right.

The guys were nice, did the work within the same day and even found a cheaper part to lower the original price they had quoted me! I will continue to get work done here.

Awesomeness! He is the Very Best. Very Honest and really knows & Cares about doing a Really Excellent job!Hes found things on my Van that 4 to 5 other mechanics didn't bother to look to see what was wrong. That's how he became my mechanic!! He's the Very Finest. Great Personality..

Butch s is the most honest and auto service center I have ever used. If it doesn t need to be replaced he doesn t do it. He will actually try to fix the problem, not just replace the parts. Very knowledgeable in all types of repairs. Also a really nice person.

Butch can fix any problem with any car, at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE! In addition to fixing everything, shows you the old parts, before he throws them out.Very personable, and he is the honest mechanic that everyone wants and needs.I tell friends and family to go to Butch.A++++ SERVICE

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT go to this place! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE STAFF! My fiance went there today just to get help taking out a bolt for his car, went back to get the keys and asked if he can see it real quick... Luis (the technician) didn't even hesitate and just snatched the keys from my fiance's hand and knocked down the tools from his hand! Ben had already given him the money and didn't even apologize! I went in to talk to the 2 ladies at the window and they didn't really care. Like I said... HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRBILE STAFF!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am from out of town and went to a few auto shops when my car was giving me problems. Butch's was the only one who could diagnose the problem correctly, quickly and were extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone hands down.

Went for a brake job. Told me I needed front breaks. He told me my rear breaks were at 35 percent. So I asked does he think I should go ahead and get the rear done also. Instead of saying yeah you should he said it's 35 percent no need right now. He could have easily said sure get them all done but he was honest and said I have time on the rear brakes. Honest business.

A week of wasted time. All diagnosis no repair. tried to charge almost 600 to locate vibration. and linkage adjustment. After I complained he took off 100. Still very expensive.
