Went for an oil change, service was super quick, friendly crew. Use the coupons online and save a couple bucks. Little pricey but all fluids checked etc a light vacuum job. If your looking for quick service it's the place to be. Would have given five stars if it I didn't find out canin filters actually cost less than $15 and they wanted more than $40 for it. (Dodged the bullet there, thank you you tube) otherwise good place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this particular Jiffy Lube. Jan. 5, 2024 They did an oil change & Tire Rotation. After leaving I discovered my tires were loud and the car was riding rough. When I returned on Jan.9,2024 told them what the issue was,the Tech suggested he would put the tires back where they were and do a refund. This particular day the Manager was out and the Asst.Manager (Angel) told me he didn't know how to do a refund. They put my tires back and he argued with me for 10 minutes bc I couldn't understand how, an assistant Manager doesn't know how to perform a refund.He told me i could come back tomorrow, i said no,i paid you at time of service,I expect the same in return. I explained to him how unprofessional he was and that I want a Refund. After going back and forth with me ,he reached in his pocket and refunded my money. Only to turn around and attempt to snatch it back,because I couldn't make change for him! I thought this was the most Ludicrous thing I've ever seen or heard! I told him he was rude,ignorant and very unprofessional! Though I kept the money and left. THIS establishment could never Get my time or my business again. After Patronizing this location for years i will never return.

Got right in and everyone was very nice and the price they told me was what I paid..did nice job and I got to watch it all...will be back when it's time ...thank you for the courtesy and efficient job

I went for an oil change they did not try to sell me anything else. The mechanics were all very helpful and friendly. They even put on my new license plate for me. The kindest people.

Don't send anybody there, they robbed customers. You can get a oil change @$50.00 they charge me $91.00 , when I ask them. Cashier told me, that's there price. Never ever go there again.

I have visited this Jiffy Lube shop multiple times for various services, and I am consistently impressed. Their prices are great, and the customer service is excellent. The mechanics are friendly, skilled, and efficient at their job. I appreciate how they take the time to explain the necessity of certain repairs and whether my car is safe to drive. Overall, I have had a great experience with this shop and highly recommend them to others.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Got an oil change and replaced my air filter. Everything went smooth until I noticed after leaving, some candy I had in my door s pocket was stolen. Probably thought I wouldn t notice but I literally just got it and I know for a fact it was taken as only 2 pieces were left out of a handful. Not exactly too pressed about the candy missing but it makes me wonder what else could have been taken. Definitely not coming back to this location where employees can t keep their hands off of other people s personal things.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Wow what can I say I am more then greatful for the staff. They always so patience and friendly. They explain everything in detail and show me as well. Very empathetic and humble. BEWARE!!! Friendly service BUT it's a scam! They smile at you but they know they're not doing right. They sell you a service for $65, which is significantly cheaper than the dealership and most other places but it's better to pay more and get what you pay for than to let these jokers rip you off! My mom took her car there for an oil change and they were supposed to clean the windows and vacuum out the car along with an oil change. It's easier to list what they didn't do than what they did do. They didn't reset the meter, they didn't vacuum the car, and they messed up the back window to the point where it's foggy instead of clean as if they squeegied it with a foam paint brush but I just realized that all they did was run over the windows with filthy water because the residue is all over the car and its a white car. Totally unprofessional and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE! BEWARE!

We've been here several times over the past few years with multiple vehicles, and it seems like it's under new management every time we go. New people, new procedures, and inconsistent service. What is consistent is that they always try to upsell you. And this last time they said they don't have the technology to reset your oil change notification or your low tire notification. So this was probably our last visit.

Had a coupon, regular oil change was $35, using coupon. Then I needed an air conditioner filter. I said please don't tell me I need anything else! Final bill with tax $71.

Great service! Fast and affordable! Got there at 4:25 (mind you they close at 5 pm) with a very vague hope that I can get an oil change or schedule an appointment for the near future. They took me right in, even though there were 3 cars ahead of me they had to work on. Was there for 25 min tops, got oil change, tire rotation, tire pressure check. Very friendly and respectful customer service! Will never waste my time going to a regular car repair shop again, where an oil change is looked at as a minor, non priority job. Jiffy Lube is a perfect spot to get your vehicle maintenance done fast and done right!

Horrible well let me explain why a one star one of your staff was very disrespectful he had no patience to what I have to say then he told his colleague to back my car out and take it somewhere else I was there to check my fuel brakes and all because u annoyed he let me drive out without taking a look at it knowing that I m a woman horrible service I would not recommend no one to this place! That guy needs to be fired because he s dragging your business to the floor!

Do oil change places not put down paper to protect your floors anymore? I know mine aren't nice to start, but jeez... On the other hand, they honored my expired coupon and it was fast and easy.

I visited two times for an oil change and an air conditioner re-charge. First and foremost they were very courteous and welcoming. They accepted my online coupons and the oil change did not take long. When I visited the second time for air conditioner re-charge they checked and informed me that the compressor probably needed replacing. Although they could not complete the service, they did not charge me for that visit. I returned after the compressor was replaced and they did the freon re-charge. Great team! You could sense they all worked well together and customer service was their top priority.

I went in for an oil change I was told my radiator needed to be flushed. I paid $175.00 for the services when it was time to pay, the worker made a mistake and charged my services to another ladies credit card and her services to my credit card. To resolve this serious mistake the other customer and I had them charge our cards again so we would not have each other s personal information. 2 months later I still have not been refunded for the double charge. Every time I call I get told I will get called back and no one ever calls me back. I wouldn t recommend going there at all their customer service is horrible.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I hadn't gone to Jiffy Lube in years.I used to go there when I was in college, and didn't have much money because they were the most affordable. They are no longer the most affordable. Their prices have increased over 100% even with the coupon they sent me, it was like $44 for a simple oil change. Although the staff was very nice, accommodating and respectful, it seems to be a bit much, if you're on a tight budget.

Ot was timely, I brought coupon and it was honored. Also said I would do airconditoner flush if he honored 15% off, they did. This time and last time they said they did become front of car but dudnt either time. Didnt notice till I looked at receipt when I got home

The #729 jiffy lube in North field ,N.j is a straight rip off they change me $64 just to add 1 qt of oil to my 5qt I brought In my self ,(Mobile 1 oil and filter ) I ve been a loyal customer not after today. To note they have an $15 coupon on their site and they still can t find the decency to subvert from the coupon that they offer . The manager had no care in the world to even interact with me to say hey we have a $15 coupon have them take it off instead he took the full $63.91 Bad for the American PeopleService: Oil change

I'm a pretty easy customer - called for a price on spark plugs and wires - they gave me a exact number so I went the next day - when I get there they wanted 75% more money. The guy that gave me this price was even there (he looked the price up the day before, was on the phone with him a good 5 minutes). The manager came an offered to knock 50$ off the price that they now wanted... which was still 100$ more than both of the other nearby places I called.I do not appreciate the bait and switch Jiffylube pulled on me, when you give someone a price (which they did not deny, the guy was there apologizing) you don't tell someone 150$ more..(RIP OFF PRICES HERE, call other nearby auto places for different estimates, might save you hundreds)I've been to Jiffy Lube in the past for oil changes years back but 100% do not recommend them for anything aside from their overpriced oil changes. NOT trustworthy, Manager did not back up a price an employee gave me, not how a business should operate.I will say employees in the past/the day I went have been always nice and friendly though

Use to bring my company truck here for fast service, but now the M.I.T doesn't know how to process the paperwork. 1st time they sent me to the other JL 20 mins away, but it was closed, went again the next day and still didn't know how and sent me away again.

I have been going to this jiffy lube for years. I am always greeted pleasantly, escorted to the waiting room. When they explain what needs to be done, I have never been talked down to, or treated like I was dumb; as I have in other auto related shops. I appreciated that. I have always been treated with respect when I go have my oil changed.

Each time I have taken my Subaru in for service, I have experienced great customer service, knowledgeable service techs and never a long wait. The waiting area is comfortable; with TV, magazines, water and coffee. I always bring my Kindle just in case I have a longer than usual wait which has not happened yet, but it gives me a good opportunity to read.
