Came in at approximately 6:30 pm needing tires balanced. It's generally only a 10-15min job. All bays were open, two service techs were at the counter playing on cell phones and refused to take on work. They cited that they needed the time for clean up, yet that is generally done after hours as well they were smug and seemed pleased by their ability to shrug off work. That type of ethic should make people consider trusting this store with their automobiles.

Very disappointed with this place. I brought my car here 3 times for a maintenence check and they say nothing is wrong. On the 4th visit they say there's multiple things were wrong which one was the brakes which were done prior to my 1st visit. I declined that service obviously but allow them to service 2 other issues. They quoted me a price that I thought was a bit much. And said it'll be done in 2 hours. So 5 hours later they tell me that the car is done and charged me $400 more than the original quote. I was frustrated and disappointed especially when the car drove basically the same way. The next day the car didn't start at all. So I called and personally came in to address my concerns and was left waiting and eventually ignored all together

Jay was awesome - they took my tire in with little notice on a Saturday, replaced the valve stem, and got it back to me very quickly. Price was reasonable and Jay was very service oriented. Would recommend.

Kinda frustrating that I took my car back 3 times, had to pay more money every time, and STILL had to take it to another mechanic to get the noises and issues to go away. Originally brought it in for shocks and spindle knuckles and was told knuckles are completely separate from the suspension, only to pay a second diagnostic fee and be told I needed new spindle knuckles Then out of curtsey they resurfaced my front break rotor (absolutely nothing wrong with the front breaks before this) and left their shop with a horrible metal scraping noise every time I break.My car shakes at highway speeds now which it never did before their work and overall just doesn t feel like anything has been fixed.Will never be going back.

Very disappointed the place closes at 7pm and refuses to take customers at 530pm. So if you re looking for service After 5pm go across the street to Mavis Tires. They were very welcoming and accommodating They saved the day. I ve been going to Firestone for years now Mavis has gained a new customer because of their welcoming approach and willingness to accommodate up until closing at 6pm.

Most of the employees are extremely and lack in customer service. I had an appointment to do alignment that took more than 2 hours for them to complete. Although, they stated on the phone that an alignment only takes maybe a hour. They will inconvenience your day and not care at all. Find somewhere else to go if at all possible.

Whenever I need my car serviced, Erin and her team treat me like a VIP. They always get me the appointment time I want and my car ism always completed on time.

Our van broke down right before Christmas. They disgnosed the problem and went out of there way to get parts needed as they were a little difficult to obtain. Van runs better then ever.

This place is the worst. The employees don t know what customer service is. They are rude and don t care how long they take to fix your vehicle. You might as well not even make an appointment because it s still going to take all day for an alignment. Avoid this place if you can. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

I like being able to schedule service online and see openings same or next day.Trusting the people and the work they do to keep my family s vehicles safe is extremely important.

Our car was showing a transmission light on our way home from the shore, and we went out of our way to come to this shop as they were the closest ones still open. They explained that they don t do transmissions and refused to look at my car. Fine. I asked for help as I had a car full of kids and a broken down car that they told me I should have towed. Five guys there and no one lifted a finger to help me. No one offered help. Severe thunderstorm coming. Car needs to be towed. Car full of kids. Car from home. And they cared only to inform that they were closing soon and I was on my own. They may be fine mechanics for people, but it s clear to me their character and desire to actually help people with their cars is not the primary concern.

Firestone has cost me A LOT of money because of their lack of care. I just paid another shop to re align my vehicle and replace 2 tires directly due to them not tightening bolts to spec.. Three of four cam alignment bolts were never tightened and my alignment was constantly changing and it destroyed my tires in under 1500 miles. I've been skeptical of their service lately but the evidence is too strong to not blame them now.

Front staff & mechanics are professional, attentive, kind and accommodating with the awareness to follow up with requests for vehicle safety.A good crew to trust my baby (vehicle ) maintenance too!Also, I d like to mention they are certified in quite a few things, giving them the ability to work on your vehicle and you not have to worry about insurance coverage service interruptions They have fair prices, and if it is not affordable, they can give you options of lower cost to keep you on the road safely. . This FireStone location comes highly recommended! Two thumbs up!

I have been using this firestone for years on all my vehicles. Once again, they have proven to be truly professional. Taking care of my car in a timely manner, Without trying to charge me unnecessarily for things I didn't need. I needed 245/40/r18 , this size tire shops usually have to order, but they said online they have it in stock, I scheduled an appointment online, got confirmation. I came in and then they figured out they would have to order. First they tried to tell me some stories like you didn t put this online you didn t put that, then they said anyway we don t have those tires in stock now, but we can order probably next week . Ok. I will go somewhere else, but probably drive one more day on donut, since everybody has to order that size. Really unprofessional.

Had my Jaguar F-pace SUV in for new tires. Bought through TireRack and used Firestone as a recommended service for tire mounting. I told them wheels are mint condition don't scratch them. I picked up SUV and paid. After inspecting wheels in parking lot before leaving, found 1 inch gouge in my wheels chipping off powder-coat. To repair its $300 and have to leave SUV 2 days 80 miles away at powder coat wheel repair center. Worst part is tech damaged wheel and did not say anything until I showed manager damage. They are not careful with new wheels and lack training and newest equipment for tire mounting.Service: Tires

Just had to get my starter replaced here. The mechanic called me and told me he could save me extra $100 if I waited because they found a starter cheaper which was nice, although I'm not sure why it was still over $400 when I just quickly looked up starters for my car on Google and it looked like it was in the $200s.What I'm more upset about is the fact that they had my car for over a day and when I finally got it back, I looked at the notes and it recommended my air filter get replaced and my oil life was only 20% left.Sometimes I feel like mechanics try to upsell which I don't like, however, if I knew I needed an air filter And oil change and I already spent $800+ I would have just done it. Now I'm gonna have to make another trip in like a week or so just because they never checked anything else after having my car for over a day. Kind of annoying.

The manager provided exemplary customer service. I was able to get an appointment within 10 days. The bonus was the fact that since I had a Firestone credit card my tires were balanced for free. Now my baby is balanced AND aligned! Thanks Firestone

I got 4 new wheels installed on my car. I ordered the wheels online and had them shipped to Firestone for installation. Chuck was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done beforehand. The wheels look amazing on my car and a few weeks later no problems. Installation price was even a little cheaper than I was quoted online. Would recommend.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. I m scheduled for 11am and my car doesn t even get brought to the garage until almost 12pm, they were busy i get it whatever. At 1:30 the attendant at the register who s name i do not know tells me all the things wrong with my car i already know, it s fine it s an old car, then one of the mechanics asks him no oil change? to which i reply confused yes because that is legitimately what I asked for along with a tire rotation. So by 1 pm my car is finally done and when the man tells me my total is over $105. It seems high but I figure prices on everything have gone up so I don t think anything of it. come to find out I was charged an extra $21.99 for a vehicle inspection that I did not ask for. I understand I should have caught it and looked closer at the receipt but at the same time I should not have been charged for it to begin with. One of many poor experiences at this specific Firestone.

Went in with a belt "chirping", no other noise. They told me its the power steering pump pulley. Ok. They Replaced it with a wrong pump, gave it back to me whining like crazy as if that's normal. Also, my original chirp noise was still there plus a loud whining. Called to bring it back. 2nd visit said they put a "new" pump on..but they still didn't even bleed it all the way. Still had whining especially when applying the brakes. Gave up with firestone. Took it to another mechanic and it was only the AC BELT...after firestone lied and charged $960 never fixing my original problem and literally gave me a new one. What a scam. Can't trust anyone.
