So I went there to have them put new tires on and balance them for me. I already had new tires. All was good until I left and now my abs light is on. I went back to them explaining how it wasn't on before they put new tires on. They must of hit something by mistake and I got attitude saying there's no way that putting new tires on would make the abs light come on. They denied any wrong doing on their part and just cleared the light off. Saying it shouldn't come back on even though they didn't fix anything at all. Just plug the thing in to read the light and cleared it. Which obviously it came right back on as I started to drive. They was closing at this point and knowing they wasn't going to do anything to fix the problem they caused. I just drove home with my daughter/ praying I'll make it home in the rain and googled it more. If you google it you will find how it is possible that they could have bumped or damaged the sensors that is at each tire when installing the new tires. I was treated as if I was stupid which made me second guess myself but I was right all along. I highly recommend not going there because if they do something wrong they won't even try to fix it. Yeah it could have been an accident but to not want to resolve the issue is clear how they don't care or take responsibility for their actions.

Our food truck had a sidewall bubble that was unsafe to continue driving on. We went to Deltona without an appointment and they got us rolling again with 2 front tires in under an hour! Highly recommend

They were really fast and replaced my bent rim in a little less than an hour. Didn't even have to make an appointment. Fair price too.

My wife had flat tire on the rear driver side. I have a lot going on and honestly I was just under the impression I was coughing up $150 or so dollars for a tire. Whatever it took to get out of there and on to what I had to handle for the rest of the day. Long story short Darcy informed me that there was a nail in the tire. Dave patched it and Darcy recommended new tires before the summer because my wifes tires were dry rotted. This is an example of going above and beyond. Not only that it s February 24th it s a gloomy rainy day and for them to have Darcy working that front counter with her beautiful smile and pleasant attitude- it s just a real asset to the company from a customer service aspect. So 5 stars and I d give 10 if I could.

Just had a tire replaced. The staff here could not have been nicer. The service was fast and efficient and as I sat in the waiting area every employee that walked through spoke to me. And I was on my way in under an hour! Darcie was courteous and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend Deltona tires to anyone who needs tires. I will be back!

Well went today without appointment have my tires rotated. Usually i would go dealership I bought it from . I purchased tire from Deltona back spring after getting ready head out of town on my dashboard light came on saying low pressure with all construction area thought well might be nail in tire. Unfortunately dealership didn t have tires in stock and I needed car so drove up street Deltona and bamn was fixed immediately and since I ve been going back for them be done there. Extremely pleasant and mechanic are very nice never long wait. They deserve have received 2023 gold best of press award

Got a set of new tires, the customer service was excellent, prices were great and Carter(the owner) took extra time and patiently answered my questionsof other auto issues, when as a women I know little about. I've found my new auto shop. Thankyou Carter and Josh

This is the used tire i purchased That had a plug in it . Matted down so well that I couldn't even see until I got home and found bubbles on it. You should inspect your tires before selling them. Charge people $7 core charge for each tire then resell their old tires for $65 each shame on you. I know your response is going to be bring it back and we will take care of the problem.

If I lived near here this would be my go-to 100%! My family and I were driving down to the jersey shore for a vacation and got a flat tire on the parkway. This was the closest shop so I headed straight here for a replacement. These guys are no nonsense, honest, and totally efficient. He took a look at the tire and said it was a clean puncture so he was able to patch it and rotate it and send me on my way. He could have easily sold me one (or more) brand new tires, but instead he was honest and only did exactly what was needed. They were super busy but still got me in and out in no time. If I had to get a flat tire, at least I got it in the right place!

Good tire shop, reasonably priced. Generally short-handed so getting work done without an appointment is dicey.

The workers were nice and the inside was cool too! The pictures and a statue has a mask on it which I thought was funny. There is also outdoor seating to wait outside which is nice for some fresh air!

Brought my 2012 Camaro 45th Anniversary Edition I had just picked up from Carvana in since I have been experiencing slight to intermediate vibrations in the steering wheel while driving at highway speeds {even after getting my tires speed balanced at PepBoys). Rolled in around 8:15 AM on a Saturday and was checked in within 5 minutes of arriving. I got set up for road force balancing for all four wheels and after being shown the myriad of weights PepBoys had installed on my rears trying to chase the issue, the Deltona tech proceeded with the road force balancing. I was done in about an hour and was charged a very competitive rate for the service. As soon as I got back on the road I could feel the difference! Vibrations were all but gone and I could finally enjoy some spirited driving on the parkway without that annoying vibration. Thanks Deltona for your guidance and excellent work!

Been going to Deltona tire since I got my first car many moons ago. Whenever I've had a tire issue they get me in and out 30 minutes or less! Always my go to tire repair shop. Most recently 1 of the few places that works on Teslas because of the necessity to left the vehicle a certain way. They even have the "pucks" needed to jack up Tesla and fix tire :)

Went in for a wheel alighment IT appears to have been done correctly and for a fair price because the car is riding great. But was told I needed a 200 dollar repair under the hood I took it to a friend mechanic who doesn t do wheel alignments and he said there was nothing wrong and I didn t need the 200 dollar repair.BE CAREFUL

Was Very helpful and friendly the first day. Then I was lied to. I needed a new rim and tire. I wanted to keep the old rim. But was told he need to keep it for a core fee. Which is a LIE he probably just wanted to get the scrap fee for it. So he essentially stole it. I will never go back again.

Si and his men are top notch, I recommend this shop for any and all car repairs. Prompt service by super qualified mechanics with great prices and a pleasure to deal with. Definitely use this place if you need car or truck repairs .... !!!!

Just had the best experience with this establishment We rolled in at the end of their work day desperate for a new (used) tire. Thank God for these guys. Their prices are beyond fair and reasonable. My whole family and I ve been coming here for 10+ years. Extremely trustworthy, hardworking, and goes above and beyond for their customers. They ve been taking care of my Honda Civic ever since I got it and it still runs like a new car after 2-3 years. Any time we have an emergency, they re always there to help us no matter what the problem is. Everyone is always kind and respectful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a service done! Thank you Deltona always!

I've only gone to Deltona twice now, but both times was a great experience. These guys work hard, are honest & reliable, and have good prices. They told me the truth which actually saved me a good deal of money the first time, but also helped me the 2nd time. I know they are honest because my brother is my mechanic and they always say what he's already told me! Not to mention they don't touch a single thing in my car except the keys and steering wheel. They took my car right away both times and it only took about a half hour each time (I was just doing tires). They even put my spare back really neatly! These guys are great. You should definitely go if you need work done.

Dishonest business. Went to get 2 used tires for my pickup. They sell me 1 new tire for $240 after telling me that it "was the only they had" that fit. My brother calls them a few minutes later and they tell him they have used tires. My entire family uses Deltona but not anymore.

After years of getting tires and generally being happy with the service they finally got me good.I took my truck in to have the steering rack rack replaced. I got it back with the air bag light on. Went to the office only to have an old bitter counter guy berating me about them having my steering column apart and this being a problem in the steering column was pure coincidence. Then I m told the owner said they would take care of it due to me being a good customer.The next day I get a call that they talked to Toyota who said there is no way this was their fault. It s a $13 dollar wire and an hour of labor. They offered to split it with me and send the truck to Toyota for repair. Figuring it s the best chance I get at recouping some money I agree.I m headed to pick up the truck on a Sunday and hit some traffic. I call to them I might be a couple minutes late and angry old guy tells me he s locking the door at 3. I luckily get there in time and I m hit with a $250 bill and no explanation.Monday I call Toyota and they tell me there is absolutely no way it was a coincidence and the part is $197 and it takes 2.5 hrs of labor. Lied all the way around and I ve had a terrible shake in the front end they just fixed. I go to pull the tire to see what the issue is and the lug nuts are way over tightened. Tire changers should at least know how to torque lug nuts.
