I will not go back. I'll find another dealership for service. My car has recalls that needed to be taken care of. I scheduled it specifically for this service. I was told it would be a half day. They called after 9 hours and said it was done. I asked if there were issues, and they said no. The guy at the service counter gave me my keys without any discussion. I got home to find a text message from them with a video attached showing an "inspection" they did. It states they checked fluids and topped off. I had told them I didn't want any other service, so I'm not sure why they checked anything. Then they stated in the video that they had problems with 2 lugs on the wheel that they had to remove to perform the recall service. They said they cross threaded and could only get one of those two back on. I checked my vehicle and found that they, in fact, did not replace one of the lugs. I checked inside my car, and the lug is gone. The video stated they recommended the replacement of those 2 studs. Cross threading only happens when applying nuts, not removing them. They damaged and did not fix it. Then they allowed me to drive it away without telling me. I live an hour from the dealership, and they knew that. My husband has fixed the issue, which wasn't expensive but still should not have happened.

Went in for a simple shifter same day recall- ended up a nightmare. DONT LEAVE WITHOUT A LOANER!! Their First instinct is deny and lie- not acknowledge and accept responsibility. They damaged the brake line and told me to come back the next day, tried to get me to leave without a loaner and thank god I argued for 30 minutes to get one. (Lied about not having any and pretended to call enterprise , said they were sold out although I went on their website and saw cars and called them out on it, a loaner magically then appeared) The next morning turned to 2 weeks because it was back ordered, so they wanted me gone without a vehicle knowing it was back ordered. Finally go to pick up the car- car is completely dead and they jump it and tried to get me to leave and I refused because it was a new battery and knew something was wrong. After arguing with the rep and service manager, who completely didn t want to help and was adamant about it being our problem not theirs, they finally decided to give the loaner back and take a look at it. During this process the rep locked the keys in the car while jumping it and the service manager tried to blame me and told ME to call triple a roadside - I told him to check the cameras, it was his employee, I never touched the front door. INSANE the lack of accepting responsibility but it gets worse!! Next day I get a call with an apology saying they forgot to tighten the negative terminal- so they tried to kick me out and have my car die and be stuck. Went to go pick the car up again- drove 45 minutes straight to my destination and the shifter fails when I went to park. They first tried to say it s not their problem and gave me a number for a tow and enterprise s number to get my own rental even though I just had dropped a loaner off. After 20minutes arguing on the phone, they agreed to come tow it (took 1.5 hours) and give me the loaner I just had dropped off back. Next day I get a call saying don t know why it was loose but we tightened it . Hmm you don t know why?? Just accept the fact that you messed up! Vehicle is now running but making noises that weren t there before. Shocked this place has good reviews, the way I was treated and lied to multiple times is sad. I feel bad for those who don t stand up and believe everything and get taken advantage of.

The service department at Chapman Ford EHT is great. How i was treated when i would take my partners Bronco in for oil changes is what made me do business with them for my new car as well.Alex, one of the service reps is AWESOME!!!!! She's incredibly helpful and when my car needed a new ac fan, she made sure i was able to get my car in for service right away. The part came in and several hours later it was already done and ready to be picked up.This is a type of place that won't try to overcharge you or talk you into things you don't need! A rock got stuck between our brake pad and made a deep groove on one of our roters ... so we wanted to replace them the back roters ... after the tech drove the car around, they convinced us that, no the car does not need new roters, they aren't warped, or affecting the way your car drives... thats honesty right there and saved us some money!It's nice to have a dealership nearby where the sales and the service department are great to work with ... slam dunk!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Buyer Beware!! Purchased an extended warranty in 2020 from a Ford Dealership and Chapman has decided not to honor this agreement. I will report to BBB however did want to warn other customers to be very careful who you do business with!
