I was thanked when they found out I traveled 2 hours to take a test drive. That was a great start. The car was in excellent condition and surpassed my expectations. The purchase process was simple and seamless. They checked in a few times to see if I had any questions. Quite Possibly the best car buying experience ever! Bill and Helena took great care of us. In our longstanding history with this shop, we've always relied on appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. This time, we called yesterday to schedule a headlight repair, a routine request considering our patronage. However, the response we received was unexpected - no appointments, just a directive to arrive at 9 am this morning on a first-come, first-served basis. Okay, no problem.Upon complying and being the first customers present this morning, our interaction with staff member Tommie was alarming. His behavior was a stark departure from the professionalism and courtesy we've come to expect. Instead of addressing our needs, he displayed rudeness and aggressiveness, contrasting sharply with the treatment afforded to the subsequent customer who had a scheduled 9 am appointment. To be specific about the rudeness, after he spoke to my husband, who was at the counter, staff member Tommie said "Move, give me full space. and shooed my husband away.Staff member Tommie's dismissive attitude extended beyond his demeanor; his comments insinuating financial inability to afford the repair were not only unwarranted but entirely unprofessional. To be specific, Tommie stated, "My guys labor rate is $150 an hour" alluding to what he felt my husband couldn't afford. I witnessed this and dismissed myself to sit in my husband's car as it was my SUV that needed the light fixed so he could handle it. We did not appreciate this treatment at all.Our past experiences at this establishment have always been positive, largely due to the owner's commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. However, this encounter with staff member Tommie was a complete deviation from those standards.While our rating reflects our direct encounter, it's important to emphasize that our dissatisfaction doesn't speak to the shop's overall competence or work quality. Our decision to cease patronage is solely based on encountering disrespectful behavior from a staff member, an experience that contradicts our prior positive interactions and the shop's reputation for quality service.

Recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Versa Note from James and Adam. It was the most stress - free experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle {and I'm no spring chicken lol} The customer service department is so professional and a joy to work with, the finance department are top notch. Before coming to Car Toyz, I looked at their website and found it enjoyable to navigate, great to see the fantastic pictures of the vehicles and all the information on them to help me decide on which vehicle I wanted to purchase. If you want to be treated with the utmost respect and made to feel special and {and not treated like you're just a number from like other dealerships do} Come to Car Toyz. Car Toyz had recently installed running boards on my work truck and this place was professionally all the way around. I had to receive 3 estimates from different establishments in the area, and Car Toyz beat the other 2 very easily with the low price and the amount of time it would take to complete the work. I dealt with Daniel at the service desk and he was more than accommodating for all my needs. He made sure that everything was taken care of and I could not be happier with the job. This was my first time dealing with Car Toyz, but it wont be my last!

got my car lowered on springs here wouldn t recommend it, charged me over $1000 cause they charged me an extra $200 to break one of my lugs studs which the guy called me back 30 mins later didn t know labor rate was $200 for 30 mins. They wanted to originally change the whole hub out told them no cause they wanted $1800. Brought it to my friends house and he got the rest of the stud out and rethreaded it in less than an hour. These aren t real techs here they re just parts replacers when they see something wrong. Not to mention springs weren t put on correctly driver side is lower than passenger side. The passenger side is supposed to be lower to compensate for driver sides weight.also over torqued my passenger lugs, family friend mechanic had to break two of them off. Didn t know it was so hard to google how much torque my studs needed

Got my truck tinted, and let me preface this by saying I have had dozens of trucks/vehicles tinted over the years and have become very picky about how well the lines are cut on the top of the windows. And obviously any bubbles.I had them tint my truck all the way around and a strip, everything came out perfect, the lines are as good as it gets, no bubbles or anything on any windows. I was so happy that we had 2 other family members trucks done (yukon and yukon xl) and they are also very pleased. Nice people in there and reasonably priced. They also had a ferrari out front when I picked up one of the yukon s, pretty cool!

Adam gave me great customer service. They processed my info over the phone so I wouldn t have to wait forever like most car dealerships. These guys are not your typical dealership. They are expanding and its not hard to see why.

Will highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to purchase a car here. Everyone was very helpful and nice. The best part is that I was able to apply for financing online and didn t have to spend 4 hours there like I always did at other dealerships. After I got approved for financing they called me and gave me all the info I needed. I was offered to have my new car delivered to my house. Total time invested was spend on test driving a car and a few phone calls regarding financing and vehicle delivery. I really appreciate their services.

There are two men that work the front desk consistently and they are some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I had to come month after month for service and I absolutely hate it. They are not helpful and need an attitude adjustment. I even asked if one was the owner, because of how rude he was. I can t believe they stay in business. Go elsewhere.

Purchased a used vehicle July 23 and they went above and beyond to make sure vehicle was good to go before we drove it off the lot. Everyone from the salesman to the service crew to the office staff was courteous and respectful. Owner was upfront and willing to make sure we were well served. He knows the vehicles on his lot and offered tips on maintaining my vehicle. He s an expert in his field. I would definitely go back for other car needs.

Good service overall but the one young kid that works there is extremely ignorant over the phone and pretty much will cut you off when you try to discuss something and call you a liar, how ever the older guy I think his name was Lee was extremely helpful and polite, the young college age kid does not understand customer service and definitely does not have any mechanic knowledge what so ever

Top notch customer service, friendly and very professional. Drove over four hours to buy a car here and it was worth the trip. They made the out of state purchase easy and took all the stress out of the process. Follow up was excellent as well.

Spent Thousands of $'s here. And recently had hood wrapped ( wanted it repainted, manager said wrap would be better way to go). Bout a year later, wrap looks terrible, totally fading and looks like primer. Took it in, same manager says " must not be cleaning it enough" , I clean it once a week at least. Then he says, paint is bad under the wrap . ( remember when I wanted it painted in the first place ? You didn't the steps to make sure paint was OK to wrap?) Then he says he will replace wrap one time for free as courtesy, but they have to paint it first then wait 30 days to rewrap..it was more money out of pocket to paint, but whatever, wanted it done. They call 2 days later, tell me it's under factory warranty , so to get it painted from Chrysler, then come back and theyd wrap for $600. ( what happened to the courtesy free rewrap you told me 2 days ago?) They couldn't get more money out of me, so just lied. Never going back to this place, best believe the cute little ' CarToyz' sticker you put on my back windshield is coming off too. Most employees are chill there, but the owner/manager is full of it, and will lie to you, find other options for any sort of work.

The crew at Car Toyz did a great job cleaning the inside of our rented minivan. The rental agency contacted them and within an hour they had accepted the vehicle to begin work. The van was ready the next day, spotless and odor free. Many thanks to the owner and staff at Car Toyz.

PLACES SUCKS and the owner too went 3 times on different occasions for labor for simple installments & he comes up with excuses that it can cause issues to other things . then my friends went a couple times for labor work and excuses overpriced like crazy too. treat people better when they check out the place in person!

The absolute BEST car leasing experience I've ever had!! (5 leases in the past)James really took care of us. We've never had a smoother process and in fact they delivered the car right to our house. We didn't even have to leave?!I would highly recommend James and his team to anyone who's interested in buying, leasing or upgrading their next (or current) car.Ditch the shady, looooong, time sucking waits over nickels and dimes at the dealership and get the best deal without the hassle and loss of TIME!Thanks again James!
