The team at the Egg Harbor Township Caliber Collision site was outstanding from the time I called to make an appointment, through keeping me informed, until I picked up my car when it was ready. It was ready sooner than I thought it would be and the job they did was outstanding.I highly recommend the caliber collision team.

My car took significantly longer to repair -correctly - they told me it was ready - when I went to pick it up they did a horrible job - there was a large gap where they tried to attach the bumper and pry marks and chipped paint where they removed the bumper. ZERO Quality control. They were rude on the phone (this was the Manager) when I called to get updates, first, they told me Ford built the car poorly and it must have always had a big gap and pry marks, and I'd have to live with that. After I told them I had pictures of my car before the accident and it was ridiculous to blame the car manufacturer, they agreed, they'd have to call in a supplemental and re-do the work. Every time I called for an update, they were rude and dismissive and kept complaining about how busy they were with other work, they were understaffed, and they would get to call in the supplemental and re-repair my car when they could get to it - no promises. I finally got my car back, despite paying 100% of the bill I received 10% service, so stay away from Caliber. UPDATE - after I posted my review they asked me to email them, so they could make things right... I did and - they emailed back asking "What is my issue?" really? - they have no intention to "try to make anything right" They say they appreciate me and value my business" That is not true - they only care about making money and do not care about quality or customers. - again ZERO customer service - strongly urge you never to do business with Caliber.

I had my GMC Sierra in here for a repair recently.From the lady who greeted me, Sue, to the wonderful man Gary, who wrote my estimate and handled the repairs through my insurance company A+++What an excellent experience I highly recommend this fine establishment.The manager Joon, even walked me out to my truck.He was very friendly .

We had our truck repaired at Caliber Collision in Egg Harbor, New Jersey and are extremely disappointed. When we picked up the truck the bumper cover (which was repaired and painted) has defects in the paint and the not all of the fastener clips were fastened. The lift gate (which was also repaired and painted) also has defects in the paint. The interior trim pieces on the lift gate were also not fastened correctly and there was still tape stuck to the jam area. The worst part of all was the condition of the interior. The entire interior is covered in dust with zero effort to wipe anything down. A 2 year-old child rides in this vehicle and exposing her to the sanding dust that is spread across the interior is a serious health risk. I m surprised that someone would look at any of the obvious issues and still allow the truck to be released despite the fact that we told the shop manager that the shop could keep the truck until the next week as we had a rental car. All we wanted was the truck returned to the condition it was before it was rear-ended. The poor paint quality means the truck is not returned to it s previous condition, and the dust covering the interior means that we have to spend more money to have the truck detailed so we can ride in it without being exposed to the harmful particles. I hope we never have another incident where we need auto body repair, but if we or anyone else we know needs it, we will not recommend Caliber.

My wife got into an accident in June we took it to the shop and it was done in a timely matter. The customer service was great and service was excellent. Weeks after getting her car back she was hit again parked. Door hanging off. We went back and the team makes you feel like family. Gave us great advice and got us in and car fixed again in a timely matter. We appreciate your great customer service and excellent service on our car! We recommend this to everyone. You're in the best hands with this team.

I had a minor fender bender about a month ago and had to go through insurance to get my bumper replaced. They were not only super fast in getting my car repaired, everyone that I talked to was super pleasant and just overall awesome people. I appreciate their efficient service and if I ever run into an issue like this again, I will definitely be back! They also work with enterprise so I didn t even have to drop my rental off to the rental place. You just drop it off right there and they take care of the rest. As a mother of two toddlers, this could not have gone more smoothly, so I thank everyone there!!!Service: Body & Trim

Calliber Collision at EHT location was recommended to me by my father because they have done such a great job with his vehicle in the past! I went with them after my car was sideswept in september and their service was quick & amazing. They really made my car look exactly as it did before! They did an amazing job and their communication throughout the process is a 10/10. I brought my vehicle back recently to address another concern and Steve communicated so well and helped me with all my concerns. They have such amazing service & great staffing. Susan and Gary were just wonderful and very helpful.My car looks great ,you would never know someone hit my 2022 new car.I highly recommend them for all your body work. The Caliber Collision office at 6324 Black Horse Pike in EH T.Also rented a car from Enterprise and they picked me up there and I left the car at Caliber Collision.

My experience was nothing less than amazing. Everyone from the body guys and office staff up to the manager were extremely friendly, and understanding and actually listened to me and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a person. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience and the way I was treated as if I were family. Caliber was recommended by my insurance company after the entire driver side of my car was destroyed by a hit and run driver in a parking lot. They restored everything perfectly, kept me informed throughout the process and their customer service was outstanding. i had a perfect experience with caliber collision... with a big chunk taken out of my front bumper and a pretty nasty scrape on the side of my car, they finished the repairs in less than a week. they were nothing but kind and explained everything that needed to be done. i was even surprised to see that they vacuumed my interior too as a courtesy. would definitely recommend
