I had a screw in my tire. They couldn't fix as the tire was too worn in places, so they put on a doughnut & went to Pep Boys. Brennan's could have jacked me up but they didn't. They hooked me up. As I have a 4 wheel drive I had to replace all (UGH) but the buy 3 get 1 free & free installation helped a little.

Ridiculously overpriced. They charged me 1000$ for a battery, spark plugs, change the brakes and oil. Couldn t do my alignment (which is half the reason I brought it there) and when I took it to someone else to do the alignment, they said the brakes were on wrong. So happy with the service here! Very honest. Mechanics and staff are top notch. Very experienced, friendly, and helpful. Did a great job on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 getting her back on the road and inspected. Highly recommend.

Had brought me car into this shop a few times for check engine light and AC problems. I still have problems with both issues that I originally needed fixed. Also came to them to fix my passenger door that got stuck, they told me to order a part for it that they couldn't find themselves (found it on Amazon BTW) this took a month for me to finally make an appointment. Then waited all that time for them to then tell me that I have to order ANOTHERPART that was way more money because they missed the original issue the first time. Then put my door back together without fixing it after I told them to leave it apart so I can get it looked at somewhere else. mind you. Had already paid them to do this work that never got done.Never again.

Great customer service here. my little nissan cube broke down unexpectedly the other day and i had it towed to Brennans. They fixed it quickly and the mechanic was so great. They didn't do any work without my authorization and the price was good too. Will definitely recommend to family & friends!

After taking my son to Kevin for auto service back in 2014 and realizing that he genuinely cared for my kid's safety I won't go anywhere else. Unfortunately my son bought the 1st used car he found when he turned 17 & he poured over 7 grand in repairs the past 2 years. Honestly if we went anywhere else it would've been easily over 10 grand. My son left for freshman yr college & sold the car to my middle daughter. She's up in school over 21/2 hours away and I only trust her with the car knowing that Kevin Pearl does all the service. He's very honest & thorough. If he's out of the shop he has his mechanic Ruben filling in and he's awesome too! If you want dependable honesty go no further!

Easily the best shop I have been to. Great work done by great and honest people. Brennan's is reliable and fast, the team explains everything and just so easy to work with. They really do have the customers best interest in mind. Never going anywhere else.

The old 'fast, friendly service' is alive and well here. And inexpensive! What's more, there have been two instances where I thought I would need more service done and they assured me, "No, you can wait on that." Saving you money all while getting the necessary service done. Highly recommended.

The staff was nice but the service wasn't the best. I had an appt for 9am for a regular oil change and let them know I had to wait. That day I was there from open to close waiting for my truck smh. I don't think I'll go back

Took my daughter's car to Mike for new tires and he fixed a rim that I thought we had to replace. He saved her a great amount of money. Mike's mechanics did an excellent job and I will recommend them highly.

These are the kindest, most caring individuals around! Reuben is AMAZING!!! They give the kind of service that you don't see too much, these days...and they know what they are doing when it comes to servicing ANY vehicle!!! If that isn't enough, their prices are very affordable! I have been going to them for years, now!

If you want an honest auto care center, Brennan's is the place. The check engine light was on in my car. I took it to Brennan's at a neighbor's suggestion. They did a diagnostic on it and advised me that it was a head gasket and should be under an extended warranty provided by the manufacturer. I took it to a local dealer and it turns out it was covered and I got the work done for free. Brennan's was honest and did not take advantage of me. I will trust them with my car anytime.

Kevin and his crew go above and beyond to ensure quality repairs with honest pricing. I've recommended these guys for years. These people giving one star for taking too long are the problem with society. Not everything is as easy as sitting behind a desk.

Made an appointment for Monday 04/02/18Dropped it off the night before.Called at noon, they hadn't looked at the car, said they would call me back. It's 330.I'll be collecting my car at 4.The end....except for the cost of taking a day off. No car repair, no pay for the day. It sucks but, I learned a lesson? My ONLY 1 STAR REVIEW. carry on.

terrible mechanic, didn t know how to properly work on a Honda CivicThe fans were installed but they dont work so my car overheats, i had to take the fans and installed em myself, what kinda rookie mechanics you be having working in brennans if they can t even install fans properly, not to mention they tried to charged me 400$ to fix the ac when all it needed was a ac refill, i tested this shop to see if they can work on the easiest car i own to say they less they failed miserably, and i have all the paperwork from other mechanics stating that the work that brennans did was absolute garbage, they will charge an arm an a leg, but they will put the cheapest part and will install incorrectly, do yourself a favor and dont go to this shop, cause if they couldn t fix a civic they can t fix anything 0 stars for brennans if i couldServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I took ny car here because they had good reviews and apparently they were "fair" turns out they charged me $110 just to tell me what I already knew but get this if I paid cash they would charged me $100 for the estimate. My heater/AC broke and they were trying to install a used part worth $200 and charge me one thousand for labor... Crazy!

I recently failed inspection for emission problems. I decided to take my car to Brennan's, to see what the problem was. Mike(the owner) was very helpful and personable and told me what needed to be done. I agreed and paid $300 to have my car fixed. Most of the time I spent talking with Mike was about how he doesnt understand how mechaincs rip people off and how they can live with themselves.Saying that a lot of mechanics nowaday just clear the codes to get the light off, but dont fix anything !After looking over my car for a pre trip inspection he said i needed a blinker light replaced(which i didnt) and needed $500 more work done to my car.. Well here i am a week later with my check engine light back on...makes me wonder if he's one of those people that just wants your money!!!

Took my BMW here to have my thermostat and water pump replaced (was told by BMW dealer that was what I needed). They decided to only fix the thermostat causing me to have to spend additional money in getting the car towed out of their shop and into a better one. In the end I spent DOUBLE MY MONEY getting the same problem fixed because this place did not know what they were doing!!!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY

Brennans auto service has a new owner Master mechanic Kevin Pearl. He has a true concern for customer satisfaction has a great personality and is a pleasure to deal with YOU CAN TRUST HIM which is just as important as getting the job done right the first time. Kevin the Manager/Boss is a conniving liar with No customer service. They just put bandaids on the problem and take your money the won t take owner ship. Left my car there for 4 weeks got it back worse then when I took it.
