Couldn t ask for better place deal with. Mike my service advisor is awesome always willing help with anything you need and pleasure dealing with as is Tamin gentleman man we ve bought three cars from. My opinion Boardwalk Honda best they re not only business but they both treat you like family and exactly how they run company. Not just typical car dealership when you deal with two gentleman I meant your treated like family

Dropped my car off for service and John was very accommodating and helpful. Service was done quickly and I was able to pick up my car easily when it was ready.

My Honda Accord with 60 k miles has three oil leaks after local city driving from ventnor to Atlantic city. The dealership addressed the problem .I paid to do the repairs .Definitely will come back for service and maintenance

Liars and absolutely useless mechanics, i have no idea how horrible they get treated, but my honda crv2018 will never ever go to this useless service again, they cant even place the air filter back on properly, one side was unhooked........they were trying to kill my car, then the tire.....lies and horrible horrible service, I WILL BUY A HONDA AGAIN, BUT I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE HONDA BACK TO GET SERVICED!!!!!!!!! called and scheduled an appointment to get a new tire after my flat. Pulled up waiting 1hr literally jus for them to tell they would have to order the tire because they didn t have it in stock. They called me next day for and told me the tire had came in after i ordered. I scheduled an appointment for the day. Next day got there waited 2hrs literally 2hrs and and some change for jus for a them to change the1 tires. Ain t never coming back they move on they own time ain t coming backService: Tires

Ok well I did have a problem when I went in for service oil change and all around check up. I had a bit of a problem a couple of things I asked them to do were not done. I wrote a review and by the next day they called (Sean service Dept) and they had me come in and did those items for free and my next oil change will be free as well. This is the reason I drive quite a distance to go to Boardwalk Honda. There may be some hiccups along the way but they fix it and work with the customer to make it better. This is my second car from the company and I get all my service done there as well. I will continue to do so. Thanks

Just got our first oil change done on a 2017 Honda accord sport that my wife and I purchased just 4 months ago as a certified preowned vehicle...in 4 months we've owned said vehicle, we have driven a whopping 2700 miles, all to mostly local doctors visits so now...after our first oil change, the Honda service dept has recommended we get tire balance and rotation, valve gasket replacement, brake fluid exchange, perform fuel injection and throttle body service...so they are saying that all 4 tires are (abnormally worn) in only 4 months and 2700 miles later after purchasing a certified pre-owned that went through a Honda multi-point inspection prior to our purchase?, yet all this within 4 months!!? At a $903.95 estimate!? You've got to be kidding me, and again looking back at the multi-point check list from the date we bought the car, there was nothing checked in any boxes but suddenly all these potential issues have arised in less than 2700 miles of local driving?! This is really disheartening to say the least...and believe me I have been around cars for over 5 decades, I know when our vehicle needs service, not to say that it doesn't but to purchase a "certified" ya don't expect this in only 4 months to suddenly need extensive work done. Our thoughts and feelings a bit mixed right now.

Excellent service center. Our service advisor, Vikki Blair, is the best. She is always courteous and she listens closely to our service requests. She is a great communicator. Bought 2017 Honda Civic Hatch new here and since then lots of failing parts. The air conditioning stopped blowing cold air just over a year ago and luckily Honda sent a recall to get the condenser replaced. Had it replaced at the end of July last year and 13 months later here I am with the same exact issue and lo and behold the limited warranty to get it replaced is for 12 months. Funny how that always happens. Unsure now if Honda is sending lemon OEM parts for a lemon car or Honda technicians are installing parts for failure. Had the warranty work performed here. This is my last Honda guaranteed!Service: Air conditioning

Called for a price on a water pump on an 06 pilot. Was told they would call me back. Never did. Called again and got the same "I'll have to call you back" again......never did. I had an issue with the sales dept before. Should have known better. I will not consider them in the future.

They opened up on time and they have coupons! I'm a 1st car owner so I didn't know what to expect but we got a free multipoint inspection so that's a nice plus.

Very big turn over in service help! Don't listen to your service request and try and sell you maintenance you don't want at the time...Have purchased 13 Honda's from this facility and this is the worst I've seen it run.
