Phenomenal service. When I called today after blowing out my tire on a curb, the ladies from the service department and parts department were of amazing help. They got me the info I needed promptly and helped provide different solutions to getting in and getting my tire fixed. When I arrived to the service center a mere 30 minutes before all the mechanics leave for the day they were still able and willing to get my car in to replace the tire. It means a lot that everyone was so willing and ready to help me out in such a stressful situation and I am so greatful to them all!!! Thank you so very much members of Board Walk Honda team you guys are life savers!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing my daughter s first car. Corey was an excellent sales rep and made the process seamless. There s no need to spend hours in the dealership because they are upfront with their pricing. Shout out to Jean the finance director as well! He finalized the process with just a few signitures. Everyone was so nice and really made us feel at home. We will be returning to Boardwalk Honda the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.

I was greeted by Alex who was so friendly and helpful. It wasn t easy to find the problem with my 2011 Honda Ofyssey. My local mechanic kept replacing parts but after two trips decided to bring it to Honda. Best decision. After hours of troubleshooting they were able to fix my van and it s perfect again. Great team. I ll be back for service and my next Honda.

My purchase of my 2016 Camaro SS was outstanding from the first phone call to the day I drove her home. This dealer not only beat everyone's price for a similar model with similar mileage, but made the whole purchase an anxiety free transaction, that is very rare when buying a car. Great staff, great selection, great prices.I really wanted the Telluride that they had on their lot and had emailed and phoned about it the day before.� Unfortunately, I had a meeting and by the time I arrived to see her, she was being looked at by another customer who eventually bought her.Although they did not have anything on their lot that I�thought�I would like, I was told about the car I eventually bought and decided to take it for a test drive.� I absolutely loved it.� And, not only did it have fewer miles on it than the Telluride, it was less expensive.The only problem was that I was told it had a tow package installed, and it did not.� When we discovered that, I asked if one could be installed at no�charge and, if so, I would buy the car.� Well, they did not choose to install the tow kit but, instead offered me a discount that more than covered the estimated�cost of installation.� What a great deal. I was actually able to buy one on Amazon and install it myself for a quarter of the discount they gave me.I have never bought from Boardwalk Honda before but, you can be sure I will highly recommend Boardwalk�Honda to all my friends who are looking for a car.� And, when it is time to get the electric vehicle I want, they will be my first stop.

When we first walked in we were welcomed and treated very nicely. We were given complimentary beverages to warmup. The vehicle we were looking at was out front waiting for us to inspect. Carfax was present along with the service records of the vehicle and the services preformed on the vehicle in preparation for sale.Sales representative was polite and accommodating along with the website sales manager. Vehicle was priced competitively with the surrounding area and with the vehicles condition.Low stress environment and easy process.

Today was the worst experience at Boardwalk Honda. I have purchased and serviced my last two vehicles with them and have always been pleased. I am a VIP Hostess at Borgata and I know what good customer service is.Today I scheduled an appointment to replace my timing belt. The one man who works there said it s going to take all day so they gave me a loaner for the day. A very nice salesman took out my car seats from my vehicle and installed them in the loaner. When I went back to pick up my car none of the men working would help install the car seats back into my car. They sat there and watched as I struggled for over an hour with my 3 girls who are all under 5 yrs old. They said it was against company policy to install child car seats. Then why did they do it in the morning? They said I had to speak to the manager about it and when I spoke to him he acted clueless as well.Finally one very nice man neame John Buchanan who works there helped me along with the salesman(he had been busy with customers) who had helped me in the morning. The rest of the workers there went out of their way to be of no service. Like they were amused by it. I'm no longer recommend any one to you guys any more .. John Buchanan wants above and beyond he deserves the 5 and also that's one sales men as well.

I stopped using this location for over a year due to poor customer service in the service department. I didn't feel like the extra travel today so I decided to give them another try. Victtoria provided me with great customer service. I have scheduled my service work to be done with Boardwalk Honda after our interaction. They have earned me back as a customer.

It is my first time buying a car from a Honda dealer, so I was a little confused at certain points that were explained to me because they didn't explain everything correctly with the person who works in finance, he told me a price, then I read the contract and it turned out. Being another price very different from what had been explained to me, I returned to the dealer the next day to clarify those doubts and Cecilia Gallelli and Anaya Carrion helped me clarify those doubts. Thank you for your patience and for helping me with everything and clarifying my doubts. Anayah and Cecilia are excellent people. If I could give it a 100 star, I would give it. They clarified all my doubts and I felt very good with their treatment of me and my husband. We are very grateful for how well they treated me God bless them and to do business, I recommend them one hundred percent. Corey was the one who helped me sell the car and was very attentive to me and my family. He treats people very well, he is a very attentive and very kind person, and Felix also helped me a lot and was very honest and very kind. The manager also helped me a lot, they are a great team, all very nice people and very good service.

Boardwalk Honda provided top notch service on my Honda Pilot. It was easy to schedule the service online. Once I arrived at the dealership it was an in and out oil change. They weren't pushy about needing other services. I was only in town for the weekend. I wish I had this top notch service from my local Honda dealership.

Had a great experience with Boardwalk s service department. Brought my car in without an appointment. Matt was awesome and got me checked in quickly. I received text messages and calls with updates. Had my car back early the next morning. Highly recommend this dealership!

Horrible customer service. I took my vehicle here to get an oil change for years but this past September and they told me I needed to get a few services done. I literally got my vehicle serviced by a mechanic the day before coming to them for an oil change and nothing was discovered other than what I came to get done. I get my vehicle done and I hear a noise I ve never heard before and my check engine light came on an hour after getting my car back from them.I would give them 0 stars but that s not an option. I only go to them because it s convenient but they definitely lost a customer.

Our sales representative, Tanim, was great! He listened to what we were looking for, explained the ins and outs of a few different models, and helped us settle on the one we wanted. JR came in and worked with us on the best deal for a lease that we were very happy with. Overall, this is the best dealership we've been to, and we've been to many over the years. A great place to buy a vehicle!!

I had a great experience as soon as I entered the door. My appointment was scheduled for 1PM, so I decided to show up a little earlier to get some work done in their free wifi lounge. They were happy to take me ahead of schedule and conducted a diagnostic for free. I did indeed need some work done, but the representative by the name of Ryan took great care of me and my needs for the vehicle. He even offered me a loaner free of charge. Highly recommend this dealership as they are attentive to the customer experience.

I brought my wife's 2020 Honda Accord in for an oil change on 12/08/23 and it was my 1st time taking her car for service. I was greeted with a smile by a team member immediately. He ushered me to the service advisor and John De los Santos greeted me with a smile and assured me that my wife's car would be taken care of . I was then directed to the waiting room and everything was so clean and neatly put together. I was really pleased with the comfortable atmosphere. My visit was just about hour and in and out just like that. Im a people person and not only i said goodbye to John but to all the service advisors and they said goodbye as well. A very wonderful 1st time experience at Boardwalk Honda of Egg Harbor Township and i will be back again.

I m happy with the service today. Service Advisor Alex Mercado does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. As well, I am satisfied with the Tech Mechanic works for doing videos, showing and explaining what are the problem with my car. I think this new thingy Video/Media Report is an excellent idea to keep customers aware and informed what has been done to our cars and proved that every issues were addressed accordingly. It s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly. This will eliminate the hesitations and doubts from the common misconception of most customers about Auto Repair Shops.

Drove my car to the Service area, and had my car intake done in less than 5 mins. Got real-time texts on my phone that gave me continues status updates for my car repairs. Even sent me additional forms to read and sign via text, also option to pay via my mobile, and pick up late until 6:30 pm.

Excellent experience from making the appointment to paying when the work was completed. Vicky may just be the best service person I ve ever dealt with and I ve owned a lot of cars across a lot of manufacturers. Overall, a great experience with everyone. I ll be back!

My car needed service while I was staying in the island, so I scheduled my Honda at Boardwalk. Alex did my intake, close out and orchestrated the Boardwalk house car, to take be back to the island and pick me up at the end of the day when my car was ready. He was friendly, got me in/out quickly and made the entire process 100% hassle-free. Craig transported me to/from the dealership. He could not have been more kind - a rare soul that you meet when you least expect it. Bravo to the mechanics who worked their magic and the rest of the team for an A+ experience.

Boardwalk Honda in Northfield has been the best car purchase I ve ever had. Everyone has gone above and beyond to get me a great vehicle, at a fair price and followed up my purchase with the best customer service.I want to say this about Juan, who was my sales person. Thank you Juan, you are just such a super person to buy a car from . No oressure, no sneaky add one, or costs that I didn t ask for. Just a class guy and a wonderful family man. I say if you want to buy a beautiful Honda, see this gentleman.I d also like to thank Brian, Steve and Alex. Three good people who helped me get the car I have been searching for for six months. After waiting 90 MINUTES at the dealership for the routine maintenance to be completed on my 2020 Honda Accord, my service representative told me the wait was going to take an ADDITIONAL 90-120 minutes! I was only then offered a loaner car. WHY NOT OFFER ME THE LOANER CAR when I first dropped off my vehicle??? Poor communication between my service rep and the technicians. Poor service.
