Car has been in there over a week and have not been updated on status. Call service no one answers the phone. I really don t this place is managed well or has skilled technicians. Car has been back for same problems they fixed before. Not the kinda service we re used to with other BMW dealers. If I could zero stars I would.

I went to AC BMW collision center and to be honest, I ve never had a better experience! Anthony took so much time explaining how the process will infold with the insurance company and the timeline for repairs. He handled everything with my insurance and my car was done a few days earlier than expected! It looks amazing. Like I was never in a collision. I can t imagine using another collision center after the experience I had there! I d give 20 stars if I couldServices: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

I needed major work done, so I informed the collision manager, Anthony Falcon, of my situation. I never realized that I'd be waiting for 2 months, for the repairs to be taken care of. So, I started paying out of pocket for my rental. After informing Anthony of my situation, he was very helpful and understanding, towards my problem, so decided to take care of my coverage, until my car was repaired. My experience at BMW collision center was GREAT! My service advisor , Matt Trani was excellent throughout the process. He gave me an estimated date that my car would be fixed, he stayed in communication with me throughout the process. From the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up the customer service was great.When I picked up my car it definitely exceeded my expectations, the car was completely clean and the areas that needed to be repaired were fixed. I have dealt with a collision place before that was awful so I was dreading this entire experience. Afterwards , I was glad I had chosen BMW of Atlantic City to repair my car and I even referred a co-worker to use this company as well! First estimate was $2,400 wind up ending balance $4,000 took over 3 weeks to get the car back once had the vehicle there was scratches in the brand new paint over spray was the attempted fix and continue to have to pay for a rental for an additional day that was unnecessaryService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Best and easiest experiences I ve had at a collision center. Anthony did a great job on my car. He and his team exceeded my expectations and finished my car way sooner than expected. Would definitely come back here again if needed and I would also recommend Anthony and the BMW Collison center of Atlantic City to anyone in need of body work and or maintenance, etc.

I booked a repair of my car that was in an accident for 8-23-2022 and got a call today changing that to 9-28-2022. Why did they book me ? I can see a few days later, but 5.5 weeks is crazy. I am going somewhere else. Do not ever use this place. It delayed my car getting fixed by 3 weeks

My family and I use BMW Collision Center for all our repairs and body work on our vehicles. The staff especially Matt are professional, understanding, and knowledgeable to the entire process of completing the work in a timely fashion with no inconvenience to myself or my family. My vehicles are always returned in great condition. Thank you to all the staff for your most recent help!

Had BMW of Atlantic City fill in the front license plate mounting screw holes Required in NJ but not in Florida and repaint the bumper cover.. Although the job took much longer than estimated, the paint work was excellent. Check engine light resulting at the completion of the paint work was cleared expeditiously by service. Staff was friendly and helpful.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic

Took my car to the BMW of AC body shop to have a few deep scratches removed from the Hood of the car. Anthony was really helpful and reviewed multiple options with me to make the repairs. Got the car back quickly and looks better then ever. Great job!

You did a Very nice job re-painting my Honda (due to their faulty original painting). I would have given a 5-Star rating if you would have returned my calls when I was inquiring about date of completion.Thanks for the fine job!Rick Scull

Matthew took good care of my needs. He made it possible for me to get a rental while my car was being fixed. They delivered my car fixed promptly. Will recommend this dealer to anyone.

Matt is so easy to work with, answers all your issues and concerns. Picked up my Acura and was extremely pleased plus he had it all vacuumed out!!Highly recommend.

Worst BMW center ever! No kidding, I bought my car there, and I get my car repaired there in may 2017, it was a Monday, they told me will be done in a week, I received an phone call on Friday, said it's almost done just missing one part, the following Monday I called nobody answered I left voicemail asking when will be done? Because I need the car following day, if they can't finish repair, I just had to get a rental, but nobody answered, and nobody call back to tell me anything, I kept calling them to check on the status, they don't want to answer my phone call, finally 3weeks later, I went to pick up my car, but I was so stupid I didn't check carefully, I just found out last week they forgot to put back the X3 lettering on the back of the rear door, I emailed them, called them, nobody replies

I took my car there on a Saturday for a check service light they diagnosed it left it there to get it fix a week later ten other problems came up that never came up the week before & never fix the problem it went there for won't recommend anybody there they try to get me to spend 5,000 to fix the problems smh no service for them shut them down

Worst experience EVER. Work took 2 weeks longer than they quoted. Called insurance company to say I lost check and pay them directly which was incorrect. Promised car 4 different dates received one month after drop off. Got car back and it was still damaged had to take to a different repair center to be fixed. Everyone that works in the collision center tells you different than the person you spoke to before!

Highly disappointed with the service. To have my car for repairs past 45 days is absurd. Fail to diagnose the problems and repair the car correctly the first time. The lack of communication regarding the progress was non existent. I'm not a happy customer.

Great workmanship, excellent service. Charged what the insurance estimated and got the extra from them. They left my car very clean and even got the crud in the door hinges.

The back and forth with them has been most unpleasant. I've had to physically come here multiple times just to get one estimate on my car. It's hard to get someone on the phone at the collision center and the service center at least will answer. It's not hard to have someone write on a sticky note

Anthony at BMW collision and the entire team were very courteous, kept me updated on the status of my repairs, and their work is supurb! My car looks brand new, they even cleaned the inside...thankyou!!!

Had my 2017 Civic sideswiped while it was parked out front of my house. Repairs were finished ahead of scheduled date and car looked brand new. Couldn't have been happier.

Between Boardwalk Honda and AC BMW they had my car for 4 weeks for damage that AC BMW said only takes 4 days of actual work .Boardwalk Honda sat on my car for 2 weeks and my insurance company was there a day after drop off .. then my pick up day was on a Saturday and I was told I would receive a call when to pick it up . I was never called to pick it up I took it upon myself to go down to AC BMW to pick the car up and when I got there they were closed . I had to wait a whole weekend to pick up my car totally unacceptable experience

Just had some major work done at BMW of Atlantic City, couldn't be more satisfied with the mechanical and the craftsmanship of the body shop, being a mechanic myself also in the auto body industry the work was spot-on! Thanks to all at BMW of Atlantic City!

After 30 years of car purchasing and driving over 17 cars this dealer was by the most disfunctional from their lack of courtesy to expertise with their own vehicles. Stay away at all costs.
