So grateful for this place and Jake who helped me this morning.Dropped my husband off at work this morning and stopped for gas, but when I went to start the car it wouldn t start. Wonderful individuals at the gas station helped me push the car to the side, and there was an individual from roadside assistance right there at the same time who graciously offered to help. Roadside assistance jumped my battery and advised I needed a new battery because mine was leaking.Went to AutoZone and purchased .Jake happily assisted me with my purchase and even installed my new battery for me. So grateful thank you!!!Definitely a welcoming place to count on when you need help with your vehicle. Thank You Jake at AutoZone and everyone who assisted me. Very grateful!!!

Had nothing but positive experience from start to finish with Jake and the team. Called ahead on a battery, was given 3 different price options and Jake took the time to explain the difference in power to cost. He then was nice enough to show me how to change the battery free of charge so I could do it myself next time. I offered a tip and Jake was happy enough to have helped and he didn t take the cash. He got a customer for life with us going forward.

I m not sure of the employees name but he was wonderful! I went Sunday 1/28 at @4pm. He helped me find the correct headlight bulb and installed it for me!! I m extremely grateful. Great customer service!

Jan 9th, pouring rain. Dead battery getting out of work, got it started and headed right over.The 2 guys working saved me! Steve and I think Kurt were God sent!! They have gained a customer

Connie was a great help to my daughter and I as we stopped in last night with our dying battery! Turns out we needed a new battery and she accommodated us right away. She also kept my daughter super cool by singing her songs from encanto! I ll come back just to see her :)

Sales associate was very helpful and changed the fuse that had malfunctioned. He took the time to get everything working and the price for fuse was reasonably priced. I appreciate this kind of service and will definitely give them my business in the future. I've visited here a few times in the past and they never disappoint!!

I m not quite sure what hiring operation this store has but it s terrible I was hired over 3 weeks ago and never got a single date about training. I ve called multiple times to speak to a manager and either none are their or they will tell me they will figure it out then call me back still waiting. Don t apply to this store waste of my time could have gotten another job already before they even gave me my first day for training.

I came off the island to get a tool I needed yesterday. I brought my children with me. What a horrible mistake. As soon as I walked in a fight between a customer and 3 associates broke out. The associates where screaming every word in the book at the customer. F bombs b bombs and every other word could be heard. My children where litterally shooken up and have not been able to get over it. This was my first time in this store and will be my last.

They were helpful after they figure out why were where there. We came in with an exchange and the women in-charge didn't understand what we were saying and she wouldn't listen to any of her employees. It took her a good minuet.

Great service! I needed to replace my 6 yr old car battery 2 days ago. I called around for prices due to the specific type of battery I needed. Auto Zone was less expensive than a local competitor. I spoke to Jake on the phone who was very helpful & when asked he told me he would be able to install it for me at no extra charge. Once I got to the store, Jake once again helped me out, installed the new battery & my car started right up without any issues. I offered a tip to him but he said he was not able to accept it as per company policy. Jake was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. I would definitely come back to this store for any future vehicle needs. Thanks Jake!

This is a grateful shout out to the young gentleman named Dale. I pulled into the parking lot without realizing the store wasn't open yet. As I proceeded to get out of my car, Dale informed me that they weren't open yet but he asked me what I needed. I was looking for a new back wiper blade to buy and install. He then took all of my information needed to research the part I needed and told me they were opening soon. I left and came back. Once again, Dale came out and told me they were out of stock and where I could purchase elsewhere. He then said let me look at it. It turns out that my wiper had popped off one of the clips and fixed it. I'd definitely recommend Dale and this store. Thanks again.

Went in today to ask if they could remove my hitch ball and no problem. Came right out with the tools. We got it done in 5 minutes. Not like Mavis tire that is right next door. They said I d have to bring it back tomorrow. Unreal. I m grateful for Autozone taking care of me! Thank you! Store number 2255

Thank you Jackie U. I Had bought a few items like battery spark plugs sockets wiper blades ect ect in which Jackie U., was able to help me with everything and even with questions I had. I was more than happy and satisfied. A few more like Jackie and you'll have the perfect crew. Once again thank you for everything Jackie U.

I needed a battery for my car and it hadn t been been replaced in 7 years. What should have been a easy replacement turned into an ordeal. John and Jacob both helped me by going above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back on the road. In a time when your just looking for a deal, the guys at this store reminded me that there is value in Customer Service ...Thanks again guys!!!!

I've come to this AutoZone only a few times but each experience was pleasant. I was even happier today when John B. went above and beyond with his customer service. Without him, I most likely would have gone through a struggle with my Cruiser.

Staff as helpful as a potato. They are always bothered trying to help find something. They never seem to know anything. I was looking for a battery fir my 34' sport fisher which uses group 8d batteries They didn't even know what an 8d battery was. Yes I know it's an auto store but they do sell some marine items. The issue here is they don't seem to know much.

Sadly everytime I call the Tuckerton AZ for parts for 94 Explorer 4.0 never have anything on hand & have to order them? Over heated 1/5/22 needed thermostat & temp sending unit, and as usual Nothing !. Theres dif style sending units but with nothing to compare too the one that was send was incorrect, but didn't notice terminal post was too thick till I installed it & tryed to put the wire on the top post..Whys that the Absecon AZ seem to always have parts on hand and this one never does? Thought finally having one in town be great but Im back to going a 1/2 hr a way again get the parts I need...#2255 needs to get some inventory in....

Purchased a battery for my truck after needing a jump that afternoon. Salesman offered to install it, no charge, would not accept a tip, and I was all set within a matter of minutes. Fantastic service.

These guys went above and beyond for me!!!! I'm an over the road truck driver and my truck broke down two blocks away. I call 5 parts places in the area and no one had a electric universal radiator fan. I called these guys at 5pm on Aug 5th and they told me they had a few on the shelf. I came in and Justin went above and beyond for me. He sourced out another part from the autozone north of here and had got it down here to me. The night crew on Aug 5 2021 at this location was amazing!!!!!! Thank you guys!!!!!!

Stopped in for wiper blades. It was confusing as the ones that were on the car were different from what the book said I needed.The people at Autozone spent so much time and made multiple trips to the car to help. Then one of the associates installed them for me and refused to take a tip.I was probably the biggest pain in the neck customer they had all day but they never gave up.Thank you, Autozone in LEH!!!

The staff at AutoZone are knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been in some auto parts stores were you better know what you need an what it looks like your you will get the wrong part an have to go back. Here they know what they are doing. If you get the wrong part it's most likely you asked for the wrong part.

Always smiling always helpful. Had a defective part, replaced with no questions asked....other than do you want new or a refund. Good quality great staff
