So I stopped by Autozone for one item and Tasha Assist Store Manger was very nice and polite she helped me get everything I need I swear it never fails between Eht and Ventnor store I am never disappointed when walking in those two stores the managers and associates are very very helpful.

I came into the Egg Harbor Twp.NJ Auto Zone I hopes to get help taking the oil cap off to put oil in my Dodge Ram.I am familiar with Sergio from his previous job. I told him that I came in because I needed help getting the cap off. He took care of the customers that were in the store and assisted me with my problem. It meant a lot to me that he took the time to help me.I did need a passenger side windshield wiper so I purchased that while I was there. I truly appreciate his help because what he did is Not a part of his job.Thank you Sergio!

Please give this man a raise AVELARDO G . I just want to say you re the sweetest kindest man ever. You are a great person and the way you treat people with compassion shouldn t go unnoticed. Went to buy battery for my key. They didn't have the size. I walked to Advance purchased battery and came back to Autozone where they helped me put the battery back in.

Amazing customer service. The parts manager saved me a battery for my bike. I almost purchased a charger that would have totally destroyed my bike but he stopped me and let me know that only certain charges work well with bike batteries and helped me research to know which one is best. Thank you Dee!

I want to acknowledge a member of your staff Ashley who went above and beyond to help me in my time of need! She not only was attentive to my needs and resolved my issue quickly but she was friendly and courteous the entire time! I believe she was a manager and I must say she knows her job and does it well. She deserves recognition for a job well done!!

I came in the other day with an issue with my car and was having trouble finding parts. The manager Ashley was incredibly helpful! She walked me around and showed me exactly where the bulbs were and the ones that would work best for my car. I ended up being able to get all the other parts and fluid I needed with her assistantance. Excellent customer service and I'll definitely be coming back for everything I need in the future.

Very helpful staff. My left wiper blade flew off on the Verrazano Bridge. Assistant Manager Jon picked out the compatible replacement while I waited at the register and he and one of the other employees stood out in the rain to install it for me. They were both very friendly and I offered a tip but they are not allowed to accept tips so they turned it down. Overall excellent service and friendly staff!

Never will I go back to this store. The young lady I dealt with acted like I was bothering her especially when I said I couldn't hear her because she was facing away from me when she spoke to me, had a mask on and was talking from behind a piece of plexiglass. She became highly annoyed when I asked the difference in two windshield wipers.

I shop here at Autozone, as a company, not just this store, whether it s for parts or just random items around the store, point is, I ve never had such a bad experience at a store before. The staff gets a round of applause but the people who come in to shop are absolutely horrible . There were two employees working the counters during my visit yesterday, I went in to get a price on a starter for a customers vehicle that I was working on. As I waited in line like the rest of the customers, a older woman walked in and walked up directly to the counter where the younger guy employee was, greeted him and started saying rude things to the girl who was working on the counter who was dealing with a customer at the time. I say give them a round of applause because the girl working the counter did not let this woman get to her. At one point she excused herself from the customer she was dealing with and thanked the rest of us for waiting patiently and went to help the boy out who was helping the older woman.The woman refused her help but it seemed like she was the only manager around and there was no one else who could ve helped the boy or her. She continued to help the older woman until the lady snapped and started saying hate words and profanity for no reason it seemed like, the girl excused herself and went right back to the rest of the line. I did leave before the woman did but I will say your staff is trained extremely well in situations like this. All I can say is keep up the good work , it s people like the two employees that were there yesterday that keep people coming in.

The employee that helped me was so sweet and helpful. I purchased a taillight and though I fixed it myself he was very courteous and asked if I needed help installing it but didn't make me feel as if he only asked because I'm a woman. I enjoy not being made to feel I don't know how to do auto work because of my gender, in fact I'm very knowledgeable and can do mostly everything with regards to my truck.

Jack Gerbehy was so helpful and knowledgeable and installed the parts that I purchased. I needed turn signal lights and he took the time to install made sure they worked. He was kind, patient and great sense of humor.Great experience today as always.
