I have purchased several vehicles from Auto Lenders. I have never been disappointed. Thomas Sullivan was my salesman and he was so patient and knowledgeable. He was extremely accommodating and helpful with everything! What I like most about Auto Lenders is that there is never any pressure selling like other car dealers. I would highly recommend Thomas. He is a great asset to the company.

My recent experience at Autolenders was a seamless one. Nor, my sales rep, was accommodating, welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful from the first contact to me driving off the lot in my new car. Dan in finance made that part of the transaction smooth, and again, very helpful and patient with my questions. I very much appreciate the crew there making, what can be a frustrating event, easy and enjoyable.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received a few weeks ago when I bought a Nissan Rogue! Oscar was my sales person, he ordered the car to be delivered from another site and texted updates. He was extremely courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. I'm hooked on this Auto Lenders for any used cars I purchase in the future. They were just great!

Our family has purchased 4 cars from Auto Lenders. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Auto Lenders offers the best of the best. Each car was is great condition and needed nothing. My Sales rep, Thomas Sullivan is an honest, no pressure guy and worthy of your business. We love Auto Lenders and will return again and again.

Best car buying experience, hands down. I came in very clear on my wants and needs and Ryan was very hard working and transparent about what they could do. He was my advocate and thought partner through the whole process and I didn't realize it at the time but now I do, that it felt like I was working this out with a friend rather than a stranger sales personMy first impression set the tone. Ryan was standing outside, available but he did not approach me, I waved to him once I had found a few vehicles I was interested in. That was great because we all hate being trampled when you step foot a car lot.Everything flowed smoothly from there, from test drive to finance. They were very professional, prompt, respectful, and honorable. They treated me like a person rather than a number. They didn't even take my credit info until well into the process. They processed my trade first and made sure that made sense for everyone. Finance was quick and easy, and I was out of there with my beautiful, new vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time.I highly recommend to any one looking for a new car and premium car buying experience. A++++

Sharon at Corp. and Keith in maintenance took great care of my Tiguan. The car unfortunately needed a new engine and they came through with a great deal that I couldn't pass up. Had it not been for this great customer service, I may not have returned to Autolenders in the future. Now - they have shown they truly care about customer satisfaction, even after the sale!

Service department is Very friendly and helpful!! In and out. They constantly keep you updated on your car .. love the text and email reminders and updates. Highly recommended!!Auto Lenders dealership also gets 5 stars!! I bought two cars from them and my son bought his first truck from them. Great deals, super friendly, and awesome variety of vehicles to choose from. They ll even drive down another vehicle from another Auto Lenders to get you what you want (like they did for my son). Didn t cost my son anything .. his truck came from PA, and got it within a cpl of hours!! Superior service from both dealership and service department!!

I had an outstanding experience at AutoLenders! I walked in with the assumption that I wouldn't be driving away with a vehicle, but thanks to Thomas Sullivan's expertise and patience, I am now the proud owner of a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I absolutely love. Thomas listened carefully to my preferences and needs, guiding me towards practical choices. He made the selection process efficient and stress-free. This marks my third vehicle from AutoLenders, and it certainly won't be my last. The value I got for my trade-in exceeded my expectations, and the team kindly waited while I arranged my insurance. I have to say this is the worst experience I ve had when purchasing a car! This place is absolutely bad for business, I spent over a week trying to find a car in my budget, finally found a car within my budget agreed on the deal which was lastnight, gets to the dealership today, less than 24 hours after the deal and they tell me they sold the car! Then have the audacity to offer me a different car with 60,000 miles more, I absolutely refused! They then try to give me another vehicle $50 more than the vehicle I came in for and tried to bamboozle me by trying to tack on additional $70 to the car note I agreed to! This place is not the place to do business with, they in my opinion is Money Hungry establishment attempting to rob people of their hard earned money! I am hurt and mad and will never recommend this place! The finance manager is a scam artist!The next day, I was contacted by Corporate>>>>>>After one of the worst experiences, Nick from Corporate worked it out he's Phenomenal! It was a pleasure working w/ Matt one of the Finance Managers (Stay away from Mike) Dan & Tom it was a pleasure! And lastly Ryan my sales guy, Thank you for all your hard work and patience.

I filled out online questionnaire- Someone then called within minutes and sent me a link- I followed the instructions/ attached photos requested of the car and odometer, title, reg, lic, and 30 minutes later they sent confirmation all was accepted. Drove to Toms River location- they looked over the car and within 15 minutes, I had my check. Very happy-

"Ah, Auto Lenders, the place where hope goes to get a flat tire. I gave it the old college try, testing out three cars, each with their own special quirks like mystery stains and sounds only a haunted house would envy. But just as I was warming up for car number four, I was gently nudged towards the door. Why? Because apparently, they were closing early due to snow... the next day. Yep, you heard that right. In anticipation of the great Snowmageddon, they decided to shut down faster than my enthusiasm for car number three.So, off I went to Boardwalk Honda, where I found a car with less mileage and newer than my last relationship. It was love at first drive. The moral of the story? Sometimes, you've got to weather a little premature snow closure to find the real deal. Thanks, Auto Lenders, for pushing me into the arms of a better car deal. I couldn't have done it without your clairvoyant weather predictions!"

Had an unfortunate situation today my car wouldn t start, it was the battery. I called the service department because of the warranty and Christian in the service department not only was very professional and caring , but was able to get my car there and install a new battery for me !!! Kept me informed of everything and everything was done the same day within hours, I was extremely happy and back in the car with no issues 10 out of 10 extremely satisfied with the services, thank you .

DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF!!!Bought my 2017 jeep renegade here July 19, been in service five times already for things that shouldn't even have passed inspection. From the night I sat in it the brakes were squeaky. I was told it was due to a groove caused by a rock getting stuck between the brake pad and rotor. Third day I said something about the jerking I was hearing and I was told "it's a jeep jerk". Go for the first oil change get a transmission update, still complain about squeaking brakes . Amazing how the brakes and rotors were all shot so bad I had to sign a safety waiver to take her out to another place to get the brakes done because I wouldn't pay them over $800 to do it. Meantime right and left axle were replaced, or were they? Come to find out one axle wasn't fixed still broken. Went for all lights coming on and car automatically putting itself into 35 mph mode, car was in for 3 days lost income. Had to get tie rods, sway bar, alignment, refix axle, transmission flush, and electronic panel maintenance update. After picking it up I realized the car is automatically engaging parking brake every time I park, day two after getting it back the jerking happens 3 times. I call service no answer leave a message no call back. By Sunday of the same week of three days service I'm on the side of the road this time car going 14 mph with every light lit up. Monday morning I'm back in service department and demanding a rental car because I refuse to lose yet more work and have to pick my son up from college. After repeated phone calls etc I'm told there's something wrong but we don't know what. I was called and asked permission for one of the mechanics to take it for an overnight test drive, absolutely I say please do I hope she acts up for you. After almost a week in service I'm told it would be more beneficial to be put in another car, after making an appointment and sitting from 9:30a-1:30p I'm told I can't be put in another car and I'll just have to keep bringing it back every time it acts up! So I'm supposed to lose money and my mental well being at this point? Oh and still pay my car payments for a car that should be lemon lawed at this point? Pick up the car from service Saturday and parking brake still engaging every time she parks as well as looking at the mileage and seeing it wasn't drove 45 min away by supposed overnight test drive in fact the car was barely driven 20 miles! Liars and thief's of sanity is what this place is. Save yourself the headache, money, and legal battle and go somewhere else you will thank me for filling you in. Update , Monday morning and the service engine lights are back on but it just must be me, right?

Scott went above and beyond for me and my husband yesterday. The trade in process was easy, the financing part was somehow even easy! We laughed the whole day, and walked away with a safe, reliable Subaru that I look forward to driving for many many years. Thank you for taking such good care of us. A necessary ray of sunshine after my car died suddenly on me. Much love to the whole crew. Ill be sending anyone I know who needs a car this way!

Review is for Scott Vogel, he is absolutely awesome. Came in august, 3rd shopping for an SUV. After 3 hours or so, got approved and left with a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV, and I couldn t be happier with my decision. Scott was able to get my down payment low with my trade in, and was able to get me off the lot all for under $2000, with a pretty affordable payment.I have no regrets, or anything bad to say about the service. They have coffee, soda, snacks, water for customers while you wait.Filled the gas tank, freshly cleaned the car, and helped me with the paperwork with no hassles. Seems like a very honest person, and I wish him the best.

I found this beautiful gem at Auto Lenders EHT and can t wipe the smile off my face! Very easy and pleasant experience as a first time buyer with them. One small issue after purchasing was taken care of fast and with excellent customer service. Thank you to Scott Vogel and Jason Scudieri for helping me find my dream car!

Absolutely horrible. I have got a mercades from autolenders in the middle of august and I was able to drive it for a full month but during that month, the breaks were rotten and needed replacement, the sunroof was broken and still hasn t been fixed after three times to the shop cause they don t know how to put the proper sunroof in correctly. After all of this has happen, I was able drive the car for two weeks until the engine seized out of no where. They have order a USED engine and try to replace it and found out that engine was broken also!. They got a second USED engine and couldn t figure out why it wouldn t connect with the car! And just dropped it off to Mercedes with no words and they had no idea the car was there or anything about the car. Bonus part : they did nothing for me, or any help and NEVER updated at all. Now it s been 3 months in the shop and still have pay for a car that isn t driving. Never will get a luxury car here again . They don t know how to deal with them or work on them.

Very nice experience, I had a a problem with the wheel alignment and the service department fixed it correctly. Everyone was very friendly from sales to service. I would recommend buying from Auto Lenders.

I bought a car here a year ago and purchased the warranty that was sold to me as a "bumper to bumper" warranty. Not only does the warranty not cover any of the issues I've had (multiple in the single year I've had the car), but auto lenders also takes absolutely no responsibility for their actions or for the fact that a car they sold me 1 year ago has required multiple instances of work. I will never buy a car from Auto Lenders again.Edited: After posting this review, the team at auto lenders did go above and beyond to try to get my warranty to cover the work I needed. Although we were unable to get the warranty to cover it, they graciously discounted the price of the service for me. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and recognize that they've tried their best to get me the coverage that I thought I was purchasing with this warranty. Lesson learned: DON'T buy the warranty.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Auto Lenders, and let me tell you, they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. After previously selling my late-model Lexus to a big competitor, I was left with a decent price but a painfully slow and cumbersome process. However, Auto Lenders was an absolute gem of an experience.First and foremost, their online quote for my vehicle was a fantastic 9 percent higher than what I had received elsewhere.
