Just bought my 3rd Jeep from Joe Quaranta & Atlantic Chrysler Jeep VW dealership and could not be happier with my purchase. They went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal and the exact vehicle I was looking for. What I wanted they didn t have on their lot. Not only did they find exactly what I wanted, they drove out of state to go get it!!! I am absolutely in love with my 2023 Grand Cherokee 4xe Trailhawk! Overall 10/10 experience, forever an Atlantic Chrysler Jeep customer!! I can t thank you all enough!!!

Fantastic dealership with great service! Ask for Frank! Such a mellow gentleman who actually makes buying a car fun again I told him he reminded me of Bruno Mars and when got in the car, sure enough Bruno was on the radio (it was a good laugh) Can t wait to see him again!Thanks again Frank!

I recently purchased a ram 1500 from Christian. I went in talked about what I was looking for, he helped me thru whole process no rush type of guy. Everything he said he would make happen did. Highly recommend christian if anyone wants a smooth and easy buying experience.

He understood what I wanted right away and explained everything about the Wrangler in a way I could understand. Christian was upfront about the price and financing, so there were no surprises. He made sure all the paperwork was done smoothly, and he showed me how everything worked before I drove off. After stopping in to test drive a Ram 2500, our salesman and the sales manager went above and beyond to put a deal together that worked for me. I returned the next day to take delivery at 7 pm. We went through finance and drove out of the lot at 7:45. I have purchased over 20 new vehicles over the years and this was the most stress free experience ever!!

A very nice experience from start to finish. Issac, Angelo, Ahmed, Frank, and Joe were all very helpful and pleasant to work with. I didn t feel any pressure as some car shopping can feel like. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and kind when walking me through all of the features my new Volkswagen Atlas has!! I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I usually don t write reviews! But I must say, I just bought a brand new truck from Christian. He was professional, courteous and kind and helped me through the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone that goes to the dealership. He is very trustworthy and that is hard to find in the car business. !

We worked with Anthony as our salesman. He was patient and helpful with us trying to decide on which vehicle we would eventually choose to purchase. We also dealt with Mike as the finance manager to close the deal. He was pleasant and willing to work with us regarding our concerns. Overall good experience.

Christian Estrada is a very good salesman to work with. He was respectful & courteous with my time and selection of vehicle. Christian was very easy to connect with I don t have a finance backround, but he used terminology that was comprehensible for me. He is very kind. He took his time to help me understand the specs of the car. Definitely recommend him.

I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Joe Q in December 2023 at the Northfield location. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from him. It is always a seamless process he knows and listens to my needs and always accommodates them. He has become more than a salesman he is a new found friend as well he is caring and considerate. If your going to buy a car ask for Joe Q when you go he is just a great guy funny and makes the process enjoyable and easy (side note he always has snacks and drinks :)) and works so very hard to get you exactly what you want. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience's purchasing cars from him he is the only salesman I trust.

If your looking too purchase a vehicle go to Chrysler jeep in Egg HarborTownship , New Jersey. Ask for Frank . He 's an amazing Representative for this establishment. I purchased a 2023 Grand Cherokee L Limited from them back in April of 2023. Everything thing went flawless with the process. To this Day Frank continues too reach out too me too see how I'm am doing with my vehicle and also too remind me of certain services for the vehicle In which they offer. You will not be disappointed. I was very pleased with the treatment and service that I received here and feel that I was given a fair deal on my new 2023 Ram 1500 Big Horn. My salesman, Clivens Jean, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and always answered my questions and follow-up texts after the deal. Ahmed, who worked out the financial details of the sale was also a pleasure to work with. He listened to what I wanted to pay and made it happen. I was also pleased with the service dept., including Tom, who was also courteous and answered questions that I had about my new truck. They did an excellent job installing my new running boards, tonneau cover and floor mats. I highly recommend Atlantic CDJR Dealership if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

This dealership is incredibly deceptive; they promise one thing, but when you arrive, the truck isn't even available. Despite assurance from the sales rep and manager, the truck was nowhere to be found. If you enjoy being baited and switched, this dealership is perfect for you.

I was ready to look at a hybrid vehicle and being a loyal JEEP owner, researched the Grand Cherokee 4xe and decided to go for it. I ended up choosing the first one I test drove. Michee was my salesperson and he is awesome. He is professional, knowledgeable and so polite. His parents should be very proud of him.Unfortunately there was an issue with the car and even though they offered to rectify the problem (believing that it was a minor issue and easily corrected) I just couldn t talk myself into keeping a vehicle that was defective right out of the gate. Tom in service was very helpful in scheduling the service appointment but in the end I just couldn t accept a brand new vehicle with issues right from the start.I returned the next day and was admittedly nervous about the situation because I don t like confrontation in general. I met with the manager John. He was so very helpful and listened to me patiently as I explained my issues and told him I wanted to return the car. Even though it was a huge PIA to redo all the paperwork with the bank, the DMV and the insurance, he made it happen and I was able to drive out of there in a different car.John Q was my salesperson on this day and he couldn t have been more efficient, caring and helpful. (He must be the person who trained Michee).As a woman who shops for and buys her cars independently, I have sometimes come up against misogynistic and patronizing salespeople and finance guys. I admit I find the process painful and unpleasant at best. But I did not feel that way this time; I felt respected and appreciated.I m not going to say that every experience I ve had at this dealership has been all wine and roses but this particular experience has been great and deserving of 5 stars. And I love my new car!

I brought a 2021 Honda Accord. My salesperson was Meech. He was very helpful throughout my whole process and kept my interests in my mind in terms of matching what I wanted and my price range. He ensured I walked out of there with the best deal possible and I couldn t be more grateful for that. Also, he is always checking up to see if I am still enjoying my ride and if I m having any issues with it. If you re looking for a car and a good deal Meech is the guy to go to.

In 2022 we took our Ram 1500 here for a few repair's, we were so happy with the service that we order our 2022 4xe Rubi from them. We had no issues at all, sales team was great, vehicle was ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. We did have to bring the 4xe back for service a few months ago. It would have been around the same time that is seems that other customers were leaving negative reviews regarding the service department, we had issues as well. We were actually to the point where were were going to have another dealer service our vehicles going forward. However we decided to give them another chance. Good thing we did! Seems like the service is back to level that we first experienced. Very friendly on the phone when I called to make the appointment for our 4XE. Appt was scheduled for Monday. I received a call Monday early afternoon with an update on all my concerns that I had asked them to look into. They did have to wait for a part to come in to make one repair so it stayed for another couple of days and they kept us posted on the status. Great communication! Picked up the vehicle , they went over everything they did ( even took care of some things I didn't have on the list) they brought the vehicle to the door, it was clean , and the issues were fixed. I am the first to complain if service is bad , felt like they deserve credit also for taking the past criticism and actually caring enough to correct those concerns. Great customer experience ,we will continue taking our vehicles here for service and when were ready for our next vehicle , this is where we will go
