Great auto body shop! When I first called I spoke to Kathleen who was an absolute pleasure, calm and helpful. She received all the information about my car. I received a follow-up call from Bill, the owner of the auto shop. They gave me an appointment very quickly. When I arrived they had everything ready and prepared. Bill the owner came out to meet with me (which I thought was incredible customer service), we walked the car and they put together the estimate. When we returned from vacation the car was complete, Bill walked the car with us again and even had it detailed! Phenomenal job all around from start to finish! Hopefully nothing else happens to our cars, but if it does we are DEFINITELY bringing it back here!

My wife and I just had body and paint work done on my Chrysler 300. Cathrine did a patient and fantastic job coordinating the work to be done with my wife. William Miller and his team did an incredible job on the car. OMG I couldn t be happier with the results! My vehicle looks brand new. Thank you Atlantic Auto Body for doing such a great job with the restoration of my car. Thank you a million times over, I really couldn t be happier! Thank you for a job well done and for restoring my love and desire to drive this beauty again. The kids won t be driving my baby ever again lol. I m super happy. Thank you again to all involved. They did an EXCELLENT job on my 2019 Chysler 300 S. Looks like when I first purchased it off the show room floor. It took some time though, but like they said it will be worth the wait. I couldn't be any more happier. They made me feel likepart of the Atlantic Auto Body family. Ihighly recommend them.Thanks guys

I can't recommend this body shop enough! They took my car in after a fender bender and not only did the repairs leave the car looking flawless, but they also kept me updated throughout the process and even finished the work a day earlier than expected. The customer service was fantastic and they made a stressful situation a breeze.

I took my Ford f150 down to Atlantic Auto body after it was hit and met Bill the manager. I could not be more happier with the work that was done to my truck. My truck will only be worked on by them from here on out. Definitely better then any shop in my area.

After Mt Ephraim Dodge had our car for almost a year where they did the worst job possible & on top of it talked to us so disrespectfully we then had to then find another body shop and that s where we came across Bill Miller at Atlantic Auto Body and he assured us our vehicle would be in good hands and I MUST SAY, THAT HE DID! We got our vehicle back in great shape. He repaired where dodge had crashed my vehicle bringing it back after releasing it to us in unsafe conditions and then crashed it when we brought it back to them. ATLANTIC AUTO BODY FIXED ALL THE REPAIRS THAT DODGE CAUSED TO OUR CAR! I would recommend anyone Atlantic auto body and ask for Bill Miller. you will be in great hands!

If not for Atlantic Auto Body Shop I wouldn't have a car. My engine blew, I thought it was over for my car. Got it towed to atlantic auto body shop, an they were able to get everything fixed for me. The staff were amazing an kept me updated along they way. This was my 2nd time using them for car repairs, and they did not disappoint. My car runs great, and I wouldn't take it anywhere else for future repairs. Thank you Atlantic Auto Body Shop.

My car was ultimately returned to me in the same state that it was in before I got rear-ended. However, if you would like to avoid the long-drawn out wait time, poor costumer service and potentially having your car returned to you in unsafe drivable conditions, I would advise to go anywhere else. It took 10.5 weeks for my car to return to me. 30 days after my accident my car was ready and when I drove it off the lot my axel was still broken, I could not only FEEL it as I was driving, but I could HEAR it. I was surprised that the employee who drove it to me didn t have a concern for it. The blown out tire from the accident was still hanging out on the back of my jeep (which was supposed to be replaced with a new one-they assured me it was, it wasn t-). I brought the car back and they offered me a rental vehicle for a week and were going to send a rush job and have the vehicle worked on in Cherry hill. 1 day before my courtesy rental was up, I called Atlantic auto body and they said the car was still in Cherry Hill and they would extend it for another week. I knew the name of who I spoke with and approximately one week after that they told me they were only going to cover the one week and nothing longer. That was not what was communicated to me. The manager Bill told me that whether they said it or did not say it they were not covering it regardless. He threatened that if I kept complaining about it that he would call the credit card company and cancel their payment and have me pay for the two weeks fully. When I tried to explain that the courtesy vehicle was given to me because they did not fix the car and returned it back to me in unsafe conditions, he said that I was just looking for a fight and looking for something for free. I ve worked in customer service type jobs since I was 16 years old. I don t believe that the customer is always right, but this was all down right wrong and poor treatment. I would have taken my car somewhere else in a heart beat but I would have had to pay for the remaining expenses out of pocket and not through my insurance. Do yourself a favor and do not bring your car here. Also the owners of this establishment should train their employees better on handling situations like this.

I had my vehicle repaired at Atlantic Auto Body, the front office was extremely helpful from the time I dropped my vehicle off till the day I was called that my vehicle was ready, I rec'd weekly updates while my vehicle was in the shop, picked up my vehicle and it looks great just like nothing ever happened.

This place is just going down the hill each and every day if ghetto is your thing then this is your place. I wonder if the owner knows what goes on at this place, but I'm still going to report them to the BBB. Bill is possibly one of the biggest scumbags i've met in my 40 years of life. The old lady upfront doesn't know what she's talking about. Although, the young man in the back was very respectful I hope he gets a different job. He's got a bright future can't imagine surrounding myself in that kind of environment. Hace is your guy if you need anything or just want to deal with a normal human being. I recently had some repair work done at this autobody shop and I cannot express how disappointed I was, please read this and all of the other one star reviews and understand there is a reason for so many poor reviews. Also for context you can see how often i give positive feedback on my review.Not only did they overcharge me for the work, but their customer service was terrible. The Manager Bill was extremely unprofessional and threatened me with multiple lawsuits when I called to get updates on my repair. I had to constantly call to get my problem addressed/updates. The car sat in the yard for almost a month without being worked on and without any update being provided.I would not recommend this place to anyone unless this is your only option. They did a good job on the actual repairs but expect it to take a very long time and be a very painful experience.Service: Body & Trim

girlfriends car was brought here for two rims and a tire. Initially they said it would take 1-2 days. Was told it was put on the lift the second day, yet it took them a week to diagnose a suspension issue (just said it was a "bent suspension" no specifics). Which now that it's out, brought it to a different shop and guess what? NO SUSPENSION ISSUES. So after 1-2 days turns into over a week, they called screaming saying they refuse to work on the vehicle because I left a poor review (which I would have never left if they did the job correctly from the start), and that you have pay $1200 to get it out of the shop after doing no work. Just read all the reviews and save yourself the risk of trouble from this scammy body shop.Service: Tires

Myself and My wife were so pleased with this company. The staff is extremely friendly and excellent. Especially Ms.Jones. We called at the last minute and she got us right in. She kept her word about everything that was going on. I didn't expect the car to look as good as it did but they definitely did a good job. Please use this company if it comes down to you needing a place to take your vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took the vehicle there because I was side swiped by another vehicle so the other person's insurance was paying for it. They never contacted me to let me know what was being done or even when the vehicle was complete. It was there for 3 weeks. I called for status and that's how I found out it was finished and they were waiting for payment from the insurance. I had to call the insurance myself 4 times and finally got it back 5 days after I found out that it was ready (because I called). The day after I got it back, I realize that my keyfob no longer opens the 2 automatic side doors or the tailgate. It unlocks but won't open automatically. I called to tell them about it and they told me it was probably the battery. Maybe that's true but it seems very fishy that it worked completely fine until I left the van with them. The real problem is that when I called to ask about it the receptionist and then another unidentified man talked over me so much that I couldn't explain myself. He said it was the battery and if I brought it there they would charge me for a new battery. Again, maybe it is the battery but they were so rude I couldn't even discuss it with them. And it worked fine before I left it there, seems like a pretty big coincidence that the fob battery dies while in their possession. It's probably an easy fix. For good will alone, they should have fixed it instead of giving me a really hard time.Service: Painting

Went there for an estimate on some small items. Not insurance related. They gave me an estimate that was very competitive so I gave them the business. They exceeded my expectations with the work performed and turnaround time. In the past I have paid more, and received less. The price was great and the workmanship top notch. I ve been waiting for my vehicle to be repaired since December. It is now February. Two weeks after they received my car, Jennifer told me they still hadn t received the part. I called every week since then to get an update. Every week Bob and Jennifer had contradicting stories. Blaming COVID, shipping delays, and speaking on personal issues of their employees as an excuse for the company s incompetence.They are highly unprofessional and inadequate. I wouldn t recommend Atlantic Auto to anyone. Read their reviews. You will notice a pattern. A race pattern when it comes to customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Very unprofessional, took almost 2 months to fix a bumper and a fender. They lied to the insurance company claiming a rear sensor was defected due to the accident to get more money from them and in the process they kept my van another two weeks. Now I was out of the rental and my van with a $500.00 rental bill. The manager told me over the phone he was going to adjust my final bill due to their negligence in keeping my van so long. When I went to pick up my van it had scratches on my new bumper in numerous places. When I went in to pay the remainder balance I told the receptionist what the manager had told me about adjusting my bill, he came out and lied to my face that he did not tell me that, I told him to his face he was a lier. He stated it would be fraud if he adjusted my bill. So I guess it's not fraud to lie to the insurance company on falsifying repairs. He acted as if he had done me a favor in falsifying the repair. I could have repaired that myself with the $500.00 rental money.Take my free advice do not take your vehicle to this lying, stealing, company.
