Whatever to oder a gas cap ,not in stock,but depford store had one .but it would be a day and extra 10$ shipping they lost my business order one online same time line less money, genuine gm parts. The days of customer service are over

I'd prefer going to Advance Auto rather than Auto Zone because I'm not sure if it's me, but at Advance Auto I get better service every time. Last time I was at Auto Zone they couldn't find my account and I have one because I've got a card, just happened not to have it at the time. Since the prices are the same you go to the business where you can get treated better!

Stopped in for motor oil and a remote battery. The clerk was super helpful as was the manager. I picked up an oil bundle deal and for whatever reason the price kept coming up wrong. They could have said there was nothing they could do but they took the time to make sure I got the special price and that's the kind of service that brings me back here.

Waited on hold for 20 mins to use their loan a tool system. To then be told the tool I needed to use was not available for loan and they didn't have it in stock at all

Places to take my butt more than once. They always have what we need this particular time of course it was raining and I needed windshield wiper blades so when the rains let up just a little bit I ran in to get windshield wiper blades I don't know why what a pain. Gentleman came out and made me look like a fool we both laughed and had a good time but he fixed it with no problem at all thank you again for being there

Hi .I'm a man without EGO problems.. Whenever I visit the store Lisa is on point She is super helpful every time,and I'm not just saying when she helps me. I have always witnessed her patienly take care of customers .. LISA IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. God bless her

I went to Advance Auto Parts early in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The manager on duty was really nice. She answered all 1,000 of my questions without losing her patience. The store felt very laid back overall and I would definitely shop here again.

Absolutely frustrating experience, I went there to replace my Car Remote Key "battery" replacement, after waiting there almost over 40 Minutes in the line, the lady @the counter just gave me a point blank "refusal". Never again to this store, hopeless experience. Pretty rude also.

Walked in to by a few things. Went to check out employees talking to each other and just looked at us. We waited for the one cashier to get done but he was trying to solve a problem for someone. You would think that someone could stop talking so we could pay for our items but I guess what they were talking about was more important then there customers so we left the things on the counter and left.And watch out for the older lady they have working there. She cusses about her co workers. Never going back there again

Short fat Juan was a real ignorant employee. He completely ignored me as I stood in front of him while he was carrying on about some work drama with another employee. Totally unprofessional. When I was finally acknowledged I was treated as though I were wasting his time. The entire transaction was awful. When I asked him about how my refund would apply he scoffed at me! I'm a professional courier and I drive about 90 thousand miles per year. Is this the kind of experience I should have walking into this establishment? If you want terrible customer service, ask for "Short Fat Juan"

I love this place.The most knowledgeable staff and extremely helpfulDid tune up on my boat with recommended spark plugs regular maitanance on the boatInstalled a hitch on a 40 ft school busIncluding maitainance recommended by the staff thereEmergency brake rigging on a jeepThese guys and gals know there stuffIf u read my review you will see i brought in alot of..... crazy? Maybe not the norm problems ideas and issuesAnd the staff here was able to point me in the right direction everytimeThese guys earn 5 stars all day longBtw took the 40 ft bus converted to motor home out to san diego where i currently reside it made itIn part thanks to these guys and gals

I have a great experience everytime I go to this store. The people are always helpful as well know what they are doing if a part isn't in stock the get it in a good amount of time as well. Need more advances like this one!!!!!

Everything is always so expensive. If they want to stay open as a small retail store they should consider competing w Walmart prices. Walmart is taking over and they are open 24-7.

I'm confused I thought mask are suppose to be worn at all time.The heavy set manager didn't have his mask on and was communicating with customer. Brian the younger kid not sure if he was new or not but had no clue where to find a oil filter. Then tried to charge me for an item that I purchased online SMH I will not be coming back here.

Staff was extremely knowledgable and patient. They answered all of my questions and made sure I got what I needed to do the job. Will keep coming back
