I had a pleasant experience with Aamco. My truck problem was diagnosed quickly and the problem, solution and cost was explained to me. All of my questions were answered professionally and in detail. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and attentive. I was relieved when my transmission issue could be repaired for around $500. Truck is running great now. A dishonest repair shop could have told me I needed a new $6,000 transmission.My 8 year old battery died when I picked up my truck, so I had them replace it for me, which they did on the spot. $348 for a 36 month battery was a bit high. I probably could have replaced it on my own for $200, but I opted for the convenience of having it done on the spot. I m not dinging them for that. They did explain the cost to me up front and I could have declined. No hard sell. It was my choice. I realize they need to be paid for the time it took them to remove the old battery and install a new one.I recommend this shop and will use them again.

What a great experience I had with AAMCO in Egg Harbor. The people who work here are very dedicated indiviuals. Anytime I ever have a problem they are right there to fix it or tell me my best options. I have always had a rough time trusting mechanics do to previous encounters but these guys really know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. George, Molly and the Crew over here are great!

Staff was awesome! Molly and Tom were nice and very professional. They explained everything from pricing to even the small details about my car. Jimmy also did a splendid job working on my car, fast and efficient. I would recommend anyone who needs the job done right to stop here.

George and Molly are the absolute best. They're both super dedicated to their work and have always gone above and beyond to work with my warranty company and perform solid repairs to my vehicle. If you need work done and want to go somewhere with people who actually care about their craft and where you won't get taken advantage of, go to the aamco in EHT

I went there to get an estimate for brakes on January 26th approximately 9:00 a.m. I waited approximately 10 to 15 minutes while the gentleman was on the phone in the back room talking about restaurants and completely ignoring the fact that I was there.I left and got my brakes done somewhere.This is a response to your reply I am not confused I knew exactly where I was at. Perhaps you were confused and handling your personal affairs when you should have been attending to your establishment.The fact that you would make a statement like that shows what type of organization you're running or at least trying to run.

Molly, Mike, and George are a great team. Not too many auto repair shops would take on Land Rovers. However, these guys/lady made an assessment, isolated the problem, and fix the problem in less than 2 hours. Great job. I highly recommend This shop.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I took my car to this place. It was said that I needed a new transmission costing between 3 and 4 thousand. I got a second opinion and was told that I didn't need a new transmission at all. problem was fixed for 400 dollars.

I brought the Mini Van I had just purchased and within 2 days. They were able to diagnose the problems and get it back to me in perfect working condition and anything that was even slightly imperfect was re-evaluated and taken care of. I cannot express my appreciation for and confidence in this business enough. Was experiencing weird vibrations in my car when accelerating and decelerating. Thought it was a transmission issue. George of EHT Aamco found damaged control arm bushings instead and fixed the problem. Both Molly and George are super nice to work with. They explain everything and even called an Uber for me when I dropped off my car and forgot my phone at home. Would definitely use their services again and recommend this business to friends.

I walked in the door to get my transmission replaced. I was told one second I ll be right with you . Which is fine, I can be patient. Then 10 minutes goes by and I pop my head around the corner to that same person nodding off. I can t trust a business where you contact person is like this. Sorry

Called on aThursday for estimate for new struts and shocks. Molly took my information stated she would call me back.Stopped by that same day she told she hadn t gotten to it , but would give me a call.Never received a call. Called back on Monday George answered the phone, told him what happened. He took my information and started he would call meback. Never received a call back, glad theydidn t if that is the customer service you receive. What will get when they work onYour vehicle!!!!!

Very satisfied with this AAMCO EHT from the moment I stopped by for just an estimate. Molly,George, Brian and their technicians all worked very well to receive 5 stars. I came in for a water pump repair and I left that same day with my water pump happily repaired!

Ask for Molly! I've been coming here the last couple years, dont want to put all my business out there. But I recently picked up a new ride, thought I had some issues with it, so I took it in to get looked at. They could have told me anything was wrong with it, but they didn't. They inspected and gave me piece of mind! They told me the vehicle was fine, I just needed tires! Got to love the honesty, I appreciate them for not trying to rip me off! Can't thank them enough for their help today. We were towing our camper and were washing it at the car wash next door. After we finished the truck wouldn't start. They first lent us a jump box and when that didn't work they came over and tried to get it started. When that didn't work they pushed it to the shop and were able to replace the starter and did it the same day. So happy with their service.

There s something to say when the staff of ANY business can remember your face and the history of your vehicle like it s their own. Remembering my time at AAMCO is a delight. They assisted my car post-accident by taking the time to analyze every possible foreseeable problem. Brake fluid refilled. Steering check in real time. And of course, an oil change. I went AAMCO Transmission this summer. The customer service is Excellent. They are extremely thorough and explain everything to you about your vehicle. Was in the area from out of town went next door to Valvoline first just to get a light bulb replaced. They made me wait in the line for about an hour just to tell me they didn't have it and provided no additional support. Decided to check with AAMCO since it was next door. Molly was very helpful! She looked up what bulb I needed and helped find out where else I could get it done in the area. Great customer service!

In my opinion, the most important virtues of a car repair shop are skilled technicians, good communication, and customer trust. This AAMCO location offers these three and so much more.Molly is professional, considerate, and very good at communicating with the customers. She keeps the customers informed and listens to their concerns patiently and acts upon them.They have never tried to overcharge or point me towards fixing unnecessary things. In fact, I distinctly remember George telling me upfront (before I agreed to repairs) that my recent tune up will only return 5% of the engine power in my old car. This kind of honesty is greatly appreciated!

could not have been a better experience.Molly is an absolute sweetheart to deal with. she was always available via phone.I had a transmission rebuilt. it was done on time. exact price I was quoted. just as delightful an experience as a car repair could be.I'll be taking all my vehicle biusness there from now on!

I was very impressed with Aamco. I brought my vehicle in when my car started lurching forward when putting it into gear. They completed a transmission service and the car runs like it did when I bought it 10 years ago. A few weeks later, I brought my wife's car in for a similar problem. Her car is now also running like new. When you bring your car in, they complete a 100+ point inspection of your vehicle. You can get an appointment very quickly and they take care of your car the same day. Molly at the front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, George, is also a great guy. These two visits have instilled a lot of trust for me. In addition to using all the latest technology, I feel that they also have people who are just really good mechanics.
