I had a stress free experience dealing with Cliff at Whitehorse RV! He answered all the questions I had and was not overbearing or pushy in anyway. I also really appreciate that they post detailed pics of their inventory including the stickers so that you can see exactly what you're going to wind up with. I wound up ordering a new Grand Design 23LDE and delivery day was super smooth thanks to Charlie in the service department. I had some conversations with other dealers and they were pretty uninterested in talking to me unless they saw the money potential in a timely manor, and I just didn't have that feeling here at all. Would highly recommend!

We just purchased our second RV from White Horse RV. Joe C was our salesman both times. He is great. He is attentive without being pushy or overbearing. The settlement went smoothly and Glen delivered the RV to our seasonal site for us. He even came back to make some adjustments to its positioning. I will always buy from White Horse!

My husband and I just bought our first travel trailer from White Horse RV in Galloway yesterday and are so happy with our purchase. They walked us through the trailer and got us setup & hooked up, even in the pouring rain!

I must mention that it took me 2 months looking for every detail that would make my 1st RV almost perfect , let s start CLIFF TOWNSEND, I want to say to him that he is an Angel in this perfect purchase that I achieved!, THANK YOU INFINITELY , TITO another ANGEL who speaks my same language (spanish) (he barely took a thank you video call from this business), BRIAN KRIKEWYCZ helped us with his little Spanish to feel as if we were buying perhaps the latest and most expensive model of the RVs in the world, he is one of the best MANAGERS I have ever met... and JON ALLEN cannot be missing if one day they want to know any details about any RV and want the best jobs outside and inside their RVs... this man is great, also I drove from one town to another and set up my new home in the exact place my wife and son wanted!!! I ve been coming there for 2 nights with my wife and son (with freezing temperatures and intense rain... and my RV barely yawns no more words! - Cliff Townsend Sales MGR ext 105

I couldn't ask for a greater customer experience from the purchase 2 yrs ago to the service and yearly maintenance. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Alex, in service, was amazing. He kept me informed of the maintenance being done on my Transcend travel trailer frequently; promptly communicating issue as they arose. The general manager, Brian, was great to deal with - he showing a genuine interest in my customer experience and stayed in touch with me to make sure everything that I needed was being taken care of.

My husband and I just purchased a Grand Design Imagine travel Trailer at White Horse Rv. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Chris and Jennica helped us with settlement and warranty questions . Cliff and Brian were very nice, Cliff showed us the trailers as well. Bill went through the trailer with us and he was very thorough. The girls at the front were helpful. John and Rachel will help us with any service issues that come up. We re happy we went with this company and would recommend them .

We had a bit of a mixup at the start of our journey to purchase a 2021 Grand Design at White Horse RV Center, but the staff worked hard to make everything work out. Brian is a great general manager, fair, easy to work with, and stepped in to make sure we went away happy. Joe and the rest of the team were great. Good tour of our new unit, every detail attended to, enjoying it every day!

After 24 years it was time to replace our rv and we are so happy we went here! Helped us find the right fit, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Everyone from sales to finance to service was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Bought my second RV here, a Coachmen Apex Nano 208bh, and I will not go anywhere else. I have to travel three hours coming from Long Island and navigate through NYC. It is well worth the trip fighting traffic and paying exorbitant tolls. White Horse RV has always been accommodating to my concerns, and go out of their way to make sure things are right. My salesmen Chris was upfront and Honest with me and was always there to answer any question I had even after bombarding him with text and calls. Not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. The price of the camper was very fair and honest, with no hidden fees or surprises. Finance department got me the best rate, and setup up the financing with no stress. The service department was also outstanding in showing the camper and setting up the weight distribution hitch. Even in the pouring rain they were thorough, concise and clear in their instruction on the how the camper operates. Not once did I feel rushed. They even re winterized it for me after the tour with no extra charge or hesitation. There setup of the Weight distribution hitch was spot on, not once did I feel uneasy towing a bigger camper. Even after the High winds on the Verrazano Bridge, the hitch handle it flawlessly, because it was correctly set up by the service tech.I highly recomend White Horse RV for all your RV needs, They have been fantastic to me. White horse RV will always be my go to RV dealer. Nothing but good experiences with them.

We were treated very well by the whole staff . They are a great bunch of folks. They completely lived up to their end of the deal. It s nice to leave the dealer after a purchase and feel good about it with no doubts.

Great buying experience! Spoke with Chris Spancake through the internet portal which was a great experience! Chris did not make my wife and I feel pressure at all while talking numbers. We wound up going with the Transcend 200 MK. After deciding on that trailer Chris set us up with Jenica Carpenter the business manager and she was also great to deal with! Both Chris and Jenica are super friendly and happy to help with anything you might need! Jenica got us a great deal with the bank and made the financial side of things very painless! Chris then scheduled us to come in and they did a full walkthrough with the camper. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend anyone looking to buy a camper to go to white horse rv!

Just purchased new rv from White Horse RV Center-Galloway and thus far have been very pleased with knowledge, professionalism and friendliness exemplified by every company employee we met from Mgmt to Service. Joe Cramasta, Sales Rep, was patient, knowledgeable, and provided us with a very positive experience. Jenica Carpentier, Business Mgr finalized our purchase in an extremely professional, courteous and friendly manner. My wife and I just purchased a Grand Design reflection 5th wheel. We had a great experience. We traveled out of state for our 2 previous rv purchaes. It's nice to find such a great company right in our own backyard. We look forward to being a member of the White Horse family.

Buyer Beware! These guys sold us a Grand Design 5th wheel that was not put through a proper Post Delivery Inspection (PDI) and had missing hardware on the Happi Jac bed frame, causing it to separate and fall down resulting in major damage to the garage area of the coach. This is one of several issues they did not repair. They wasted months of our time after we brought it in for service and we suspect they never intended to take responsibility for any defects or damages. We wound up picking the coach up to take it elsewhere. The only professionals we ve dealt with are the sales people. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I like to thank Eric and Rachel for taking care of my problems with my Rv especially Eric he did a great job installing the parts he did clean job like it was his own I give him 3 he can work on my trailer anytime !! Also I like to thank cliff everytime I was there he always greeted me and made sure if I had any problems he directed me to the person to solve a problem . To me that s great service and business ! Thank You White Horse Rv you got a Great team !!

We brought our RV in for an emergency slide repair. White Horse RV Center was the only repair center that would gladly take us when all other shops were booked months out. Can't thank John, Alex and Rachel enough for their diligence, patience and expertise in repairing our fifth wheel! They kept us updated, worked with the manufacturer on our behalf and made the process so easy. Highly recommend!

The selection ,quality , sales service and especially the general manager Brian krykewycz .were not only the most knowledgeable dealership I visited in our area but the whole process was fun and exciting. Plus they have a fully stocked rv parts and accessories store for any extras I might want

Had a fifth wheel hitch installed. The entire group is very friendly and very helpful. They are one of the best groups I have ever dealt with. Thanks for everything and keeping me straight with the right selection of what I needed. If you have any doubt with you RV or selection call White Horse. If you are going to one of those big RV shows to find a RV please call them first. They will help guide you because they don t give you all the details you need at the RV show about ongoing maintenance and potential RV issues. They have been the best. Thanks again.

My wife and I recently purchased a camper from White Horse RV and had a great experience. Cliff in sales maintained great communication and made the purchase smooth and anxiety free. Charlie took his time and showed us first-timers exactly how everything worked. Perhaps most importantly, the camper itself is in great condition. I would recommend this place to everyone interested in camping.

UPDATE...since this first review I was contacted by Brian ..we were able to move forward with the repairs that were needed and I want to thank Alex for his help and correspondence with myself and the insurance company through the ordeal. I would like to thank Charlie and Jon for the repairs and help when we ran into a snag and also to Service Manager Rachel, she was very nice to me and helped orchestrate pick up when finished. I am very happy with the outcome. If I could change anything it would be that they would work on older rigs. We bought from Whitehorse a Jayco MH in 2003 and still love it but am fearful who to turn to when things start breaking because I was told by Alex they don't work on older campers as a general rule.They made an exception for me at the time because we originally purchased it there. I am thrilled no complaints...thanks again Brian I owe it all to you for helping. Linda FoyI gave 3 stars because it was GREAT buying the motorhome from WHR at the time. We were treated with upmost respect however I would seriously like to know why after 18 yrs of a verbal disagreement between Mr. Ed and my husband got us red lined or black balled from WHRV. I never knew this till I tried to get repair on my rig from a minor accident. I have called and emailed and have got no response asking why? I have never said anything derogatory about WHRV til now that I know of unless my irritated hubs did under my name. I apologized back then when this happened for his behavior of yelling and screaming. He is his own person and an adult I am not responsible for his outburst. It was unprofessional on both ends of the spectrum over something so minor but that did not include me. This is my RV I own it too not just him and I wasn't given a chance to even discuss anything and 18 yrs is a long time for such a great RV company to black ball a customer that purchased from them 18 yrs ago ,and no we never went back because he was told not to come back by Mr. Ed over a verbal disagreement....I am very confused at this point how a business such as yours does this to people for such a minor thing and would greatly appreciate your feedback.I put it in review because nobody has gotten back to me otherwise. Thank you

White Horse RV Center is hands down the absolute best in customer service and repairs!We bought our camper from another dealer and they would not help us with the issues we were having getting warranty work done. Our dealership told us they couldn t help us and that we had to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer put us in touch with White Horse RV Center and they went above and beyond to help us and making sure all of the repairs were done quickly and correctly and we weren t even their customers! I will definitely be buying my next camper from White Horse RV Center! They are absolutely amazing!!! Thank you thank you thank you White Horse RV Center!!!!!Kathy and Rafael
