I drove 8 hours from Deerfield NH to Galloway NJ to grab a piece of construction equipment for work. My one ton truck ended up loosing the passenger ball joints at 50mph while pulling an equipment trailer, which then ended up causing massive damage to the front end. Basically the whole front passenger side axle/drivetrain was totaled! After calling 6 local shops & all of them saying they couldn't help me, Superior was lucky number 7 and said they could get it done the next day with confidence. Had the truck & trailer towed to there shop. They kept to there word and even did the job under budget! And my trailer with the load stayed behind a locked fence over night as well. They even helped me find a hotel & dropped me off & picked me up when the truck was done! It's a scary thing being broken down 8hrs from home, but the staff at Superior Automotive made me feel at home & gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. Thank you so much guys!!!

These guys got me in to replace my Catalytic converter, got my car back to me within the day, and price was fair. upfront and transparent. Couldn t ask for more. Thank you Superior Auto!

Very honest, friendly staff. Will definitely be back anytime I need any work done on my car!Just took my car there again for some work and they really are top notch mechanics! Very pleased once again! Thank you to Jeff and David for explaining everything to me and making my experience there so comfortable!Had a problem with my car yesterday. These guys went all out to help and make sure my car was safe to drive!! I appreciate it so much!! Harry and Jeff, I can't thank you enough!! It's a good feeling to know that I have an auto repair shop that I can count on every time I need them!!I went out of town last week and had a problem with my car again. I stopped at two mechanics where I was and neither one could figure out what was wrong. Drove back to town and to Superior Auto and once again Jeff diagnosed the problem and fixed what was wrong!!! We were stranded at a nearby RV Park and scheduled to leave in 3 days. Jeff was able to get our truck in and repaired same day. Excellent service and fair price to repair our fuel system and get us back on the road. Would recommend this automotive repair facility to anyone in Southern New Jersey. 5 stars is not enough for this performance!

I'm beyond happy with the work Superior Automotive Repair did for me. Everyone there is very kind and willing to answer any questions you may have.I had a full synthetic oil change, brake fluid flush, tire rotation, and spark plug replacement done yesterday. My 2016 mazda 3 feels brand new again.I will definitely be coming back for all my car maintenance needs and I am going to suggest this business to all my friends and family.I can't thank them enough for the honesty, trustworthiness, and attention to detail among other things. I'm so glad I decided to come here.

I went to this for the second time because of my first great experience. My second time was beyond my expectations. My car lighter socket was not working, and I drive for work immensely. I took my car there, and the nice owner not only changed the fuse which fixed my lighter, but he refused to charge me. He explained how my own charger blew the fuse and then he was so helpful in making sure it worked! This is a great place with highly helpful and honest people. Thank you again for your superior service.

Fred took time out of his busy day to give my AC compressor a voltage test. He found a bad connection and had it fixed in minutes. He didn t have to do that, since I was just coming in off the street and asking for help. Fred just jumped right in without hesitation. He was very happy to help and I would take my vehicle back here in a heartbeat. Thank you and God Bless you.

On the highway coming home from AC heading to Philadelphia. I had car troubles. Pulled over at Superior Automotive Repair. The owner himself fixed the issue and had my family back on the road safely.

I recently moved to the area and was in need of a good reliable vehicle mechanic. And I hit a gold mine. I ve utilized Superior Automotive a few times now due to the fact I have an older vehicle, and they have given me far more than a 5 star service. They are transparent and trustworthy. Fair pricing for excellent service. I would highly recommend this buisness if anyone is in need of a dependable vehicle mechanic.

Called this company late Wednesday, 9/7 and asked if they could do a brake job on my VW by Saturday. Jeff asked me to send him the Vin number, and with in an hour he called me (which is unheard of in todays times!) and quoted me and said he'd try for Friday. Sure enough, I brought my car late Thursday night and by 10:30 am today, Friday 9/9 I received a call my car was done. Professional, polite and fair. A pleasure to do business with. We had a coolant housing come loose on our Jeep while we were on our way to the beach for a few hours. We looked up a shop close to where we were we called 3 places and no answer thankfully the 4th was Superior Auto! Jay answered the phone and dispatched a tow truck immediately. The tow service was excellent all this is happening on Labor Day Weekend. We were brought to the shop which is probably one of the nicest shop offices I ve been in. Jay walked out and took a look and had us fixed within a very short time.The shop was full of cars and very busy as well. If your ever in the area of Superior Auto and need service on your vehicle don t hesitate give them a call they will treat you right. I was 3 hours away from home, and my truck started giving me problems. My son-in- laws' father recommended Superior Automotive because he had used them in the past. Took his advice and they not only had it fixed the next day, but the cost was what they had quoted. That was about a month ago, and the truck is still running fine. It was a pleasure to deal with trustworthy people while being in a bad situation!

When I am looking for an auto-repair shop, one of my top requirements is finding someone I can trust to do great work and not take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Superior Automotive checks both of these boxes! They seem to really care about their clients and their work. They were able to quickly diagnosis my car s air conditioning problem and they let me know all of my options. They actually explained the issue to me a few times since it s a bit over my head and they did this patiently and kindly. They are caring and compassionate people and I will definitely bring my car back to them in the future.

I thought my car might be unrepairable but Superior Automotive was able to fix my car within only 2 days, which is very quick Superior Automotive exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond the original issue, and really fixing my whole car and now it runs better than ever. Also, a representative was timely in making phone calls and communicating about what was going on. So I've gone here twice now and each time it has been worth it, both customer service and competitive pricing. I brought my wife's car (huge break issue) late yesterday and today it was done. They went above and beyond to help me as quickly as possible right before the forth of July. Definitely earned my repeat business.

I went to Superior Automotive because my Honda air conditioner wasn't working. When they began to analyze the problem, and seeing all that would be needed, I was told that I might be looking at a bill of up to $2,000.00!!! Being retired, I was not a happy camper. But Jeff was able to determine that my car was still under warranty, and I will now be taking it to the Honda dealership with no cost! Now how many companies are that honest????? Thank you, Fred, Jeff, and Noah. You made my day and renewed my faith in businesses!!!Service: Air conditioning

New purchase of 2017 Subaru Outback. While still under warranty, I did not go back to the dealership & picked SuperiorAutomotive. The issue was properly diagnosed & repaired. More - I found my repair shop home. Local, awesome communication, and yes trustworthy. There was no need to mention to this shop that I am a property damage adjuster and 'Have seen a thing or two.'

This was one of the friendlist places I have ever done business with. Quick and highly efficient service. Polite, fast and and prices. Brought some repairs that will need to be done in the next few months, depending on how much driving and how hard I drive.They didn't try any high pressure tactics or you need to do it right now sales pitches.
