They aligned my 2011 jetta sel w sport package, back in 2019 summer, through caliber collision. Did an amazing job with excellent print outs. Would deffinitely reccomend these guys!

We are terribly horrified to hear the story of the above stated review. We also had no issue handing her the old parts from the vehicle. Upon arrival she insisted that "Only" the steering box needed adjusting and a wheel alignment. Upon inspection we noticed the idler arm loose and also advised the customer that in most circumstances Steering boxes on vehicles are not meant to be adjusted and her steering box had more then likely been damaged. We also advised the customer that due to the fact she had 37 Inch tall off road tires on her vehicle that it could be a possibility that the were in fact " To large" for stock suspension components to handle for everyday use let alone hard off road driving.We have been in business for 40+ years family owned and operated. Any business can not and will not sustain any duration of time by cheating individuals out of their hard earned money. We are terribly sorry the above stated individual has had a poor experience with her " Lifted Vehicle". We hope that we had been given a opportunity to remedy her situation before poor untrue reviews were posted and wish her the best in her future endeavors. We would also like to thank our loyal customer base we have worked hard to keep happy and continue to serve.

Bob and Dave are the best! I moved out of the area and pay extra just to have my vehicles brought back to their shop for the quality of work, expertise, and value they provide.I am a business owner with a fleet of vehicles and they get all my work.

While visiting my mother out of state I took her car to RPM, the guys were very helpful and patient with us. I prefer going to the dealership for repairs myself but after visiting this shop I realized there are still good fair guys out there.

If I could leave a lower review I would. They charged me $600 to replace a idler arm on my truck (which i asked for back and they didnt want to give it to me) because my steering had about 3 inches of play each way. Took 5 days to get my truck back to me, the steering was tight for about 2 hours. Then right back to the way it was. I called them and asked them to take another look at it and they said "No, its your fault for driving a lifted truck". Then after taking my idler arm to 3 other shops for 2nd opinions they all told me it was completely fine and didnt need to even be replaced in the first place. All that was needed was a adjustment on my steering box and that fixed my problem. Seriously worst place ever, biggest rip off and cant accept when theyve done something wrong!

I trust Dave and Bob with both of my cars and my truck. I like them because they don't BS you like other shops. Honest, good quality work.

Only place I will take my cars for service or any other work needed. They are honest with their work and prices, and make dealing with simple service appointments or any mechanical issues easy. I would recommend RPM to anyone who wants their vehicle properly serviced or priced.

I've always had good car repair experiences here. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, able to explain issues in detail with honesty. Only problem is sometimes they are too busy to look at vehicle right away.
