Took my BMW in for body work and a new seat belt mechanism in the back seat. Walter and his staff did excellent work. The price was right too! Walter is the best!

Walter has been my body repair mechanic for years. My car was recently rear ended resulting in extensive body damage. Not only did he handle the insurance company but made sure I was given quality certified parts and not secondhand parts. There was also an issue with my battery and Walter is the kind of mechanic who truly cares about the safety of his clients. He let me borrow his spare battery jumper until I was able to come back in for that issue. I will always return to Red Rose for that kind of service.

Worst Body ever and if you don't believe me take your vehicle there mine had front fender and driver door damage it was there for a month then went back for another week and a half and still looks like someone with no experience in the body shop business did the job. Walter and his staff all need to retire from the body shop business none of them know what to do they asked me several times to call the insurance my front fender and driver door and drivers passengers door we're all painted by Walter and they look like orange peel worst paint job ever. After I got my vehicle back the first time the trim was falling off around the door as well as the seal. And Walter wants to blame everything on the girl that works in the office instead of taking responsibility for his own business. I only gave them one store because if not I couldn't post my review

I brought in my 2013 Honda CrV with front bumper and dents on both side doors. My car now looks brand new. Great work and attention to detail. I went to him based on the recommendation of a co-worker that commutes her car all the way from New York to his shop. I also now always do the same.

My experience at Red Rose was great. My car was hit and needed body work. Ruben and Walter were very helpful with the insurance process; it was seamless. When the insurance company wanted to use substandard parts to save money, Walter told them he would not use poor quality parts and ended up getting the certified parts installed. Their new shop in EHC is really nice, and my car was done earlier than expected. I would recommend them to my family and friends, and will use them again if the need arises.

My daughter ran over a tire and damaged the undercarriage of the vehicle. She goes to school nearby. I just looked up auto body shops online. No prior experience with Red Rose. I sat and waited for an estimate, which only took 15 minutes. While waiting, I listened to the owner on the phone with a couple calls. He was polite and wanted to work with the customers. The costs of the work to my car were very reasonable. Once they began the work, they realized replacing one part was more labor intensive. They didn't try to upsell me on the need for the part. They decided to adjust the price downward and send the part back to the supply company. A rare quality in auto repair. Work was completed in a day and is running great. I can't say enough great things about these guys. Thank you!!

My wife jeep cherokee latitude got hit badly the driver side doors Walter and his son did great job, they got me the parts and replaced the damaged one, even they did some dent on the other side of the jeep with No charge, they took the time to do great job I'm happy with the works they did,I know Walter for few years he used to do the damaged cars in my car wash business, he did an excellent job.I'm taking the jeep back to them to do stripes and some other car accessories. They great guys works with you, definitely I recommend his shop to friends and family.

Walter is a great mechanic! He does the job right in a timely manner. I love that he is honest and very reasonable with pricing. Mechanics like him are very hard to find . He really knows what he s doing. Ive gotten a few things done by him and wont go anywhere else! Good guy.

Red Rose once again has made my vehicle look new again !!! Second time banging up my Acura RDX and the father/son team at Red Rose came through both times. My vehicle is white and had painting work done twice now and you cannot tell the original body sections of the vehicle from the new ones after both accidents. The guys are also helpful with working with the insurance company and car rental company too. Hate to have a fender bender but when I do I'm glad these guys are there to take care of my vehicle. Honest, reliable and excellent workmanship.

I had a good experience at Red Rose Body Shop. They fixed my doors and door handles. Walter really took his time to find me the best prices for my vehicle. I highly recommend taking your car here!

Red Rose is a great body shop in EHC very, nice great and comfortable place;after my truck was hit for other vehicle Mr Walter and Ruben help me a lot with the insurance process; they goes the extra mile.Thanks ,Two thumbs up!!!.They did a great job on a frame time.
