Linda always takes her Christmas decorations here that need odd size batteries. The guys are all so nice and put the batteries in the ornaments. Busy guys but are never too busy for small town service . Sometimes the little things are the special things. Linda

This Napa is one of the best ones I've ever shopped at. They have everything that you may need. Both the Egg Harbor City and Hammonton locations have very knowledgeable counter staff and they are the only parts store that I know of that still have catalogs that they can look in to find the small hard to find parts that the computer systems don't showIt is worth the extra drive to go to this Napa instead of the corporate owned stores. Because this is a franchise store you still get the small-town individualized feel when you walk in the door.

These guys are friendly,and knowledgeable. Seldom do I receive the wrong part, and if I do it's usually my neglecting to give an important detail on the vehicle I'm buying parts for.

Has that old school auto parts store vibe. They carry the hard to find parts. If you need it they probably have it if not, they can get it. Reminds me of what auto parts stores use to be. Highly recommend

Very helpful. They helped me find a few nuts off my pressure washing rig as well as find 3 specific belts. One wasn't in-stock so they told me i could run to the one in Hammonton. They too were very helpful!

Needed a starter relay & some hoses on two recent occasions. Both times the staff were very helpful. Prices are decent and the availability will keep me checking back for my future needs.

My fiance and I always come here for our car needs. We usually go between here and another top chain store depending on the price and if they have our part. We always check here first and to be honest normally they have more knowledge and lower prices then the other place so nine times out of 10 we wind up purchasing our items here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and I definitely recommend coming here!

The last couple of times I've been to this establishment the customer service has been outstanding. The prices are very reasonable and the service is outstanding. The first time I purchased wipers and they installed them for me for no charge and were very happy to do it, and just today I purchased a rear tail light and they were very happy to install it as well. It's very refreshing to receive customer service like this. Customers are always quick to leave bad reviews so it gives me great pleasure to leave a good one.

I always get the parts I need, at a reasonable price at Valu Auto Parts, my local NAPA store. Their employees are always helpful and if one store is out of stock, I can usually get it from another location or overnight. Great customer service!

Stopped at this location on a whim to replace my headlamp bulb. Friendly greeting as soon as I entered the store. A second employee (I wish I caught his name) saw my sample bulb, dropped what he was doing, walked down an aisle and handed me a new bulb. He knew exactly where it was located. I gently mentioned that the bulb that was burnt out only lasted a few months, he gave me the new one at no cost to me. I said "thanks" and went to my car and installed the new bulb. He came outside to make sure that the bulb worked and I was a happy customer. Of course I'm a happy customer, I shop at Napa. Have been for years, and will continue to shop at Napa. I see no reason to go anywhere else. Thanks folks, thanks for great parts and great service.

This is been my store for years. I know the counter people very well. They have the knowledge to get you the right parts. As a mechanic and previous shop owner this is the number one most important thing. That's why it's been my store for years. Thank you Napa.

I've done decades of business with NAPA stores and they've built solid trust with me. I just made two separate online purchases in Egg Harbor City and it couldn't have been any easier. NAPA parts also excel.

They had everything I was l looking for, but also out they cut rotors too. Very polite and gave me a discount under there current April promotion. Easy to get to also.

Egg harbor City's Napa is the only store I travel too unless I have to go to hammonton. EHC Napa is a place where the employees are not just workers but they relate with you on your lifestyle. Very helpful and few laughs before you leave. Everybody there has the ability to get what you need in a timely fashion. Rich Ron Donny Joe and T.C are the best that I highly recommend you talk too about anything

The customer service at this place is great !! I not only got new oil for my car when I went, but they checked my oil for me too which was an added bonus.

They almost always have everything in stock and when they dont they usually get it fast. Staff is more knowledgeable then other parts stores I've went to.
