Service with a smile great customer service representatives love going to AutoZone they have what you might need and if it isn't there they will order it for you.

This place is full of ish I ordered a part was called the night before around 8/9 to tell me my part was there. Got another call the next day 1pm to tell my part is there I said okay I will pay for the part when my mechanic comes. Well my mechanic didn t come til 8pm that night and they sold my part to someone else like are you kidding me. Nope I m just over it

Two young gentlemen helped me out . Very polite and knowledgeable over heard them talk about when a call comes in and they have a customer at the register. They said if they are checking someone out and the phone rings, they have to answer the call and take care of them before finishing with the customer in the store. If that ever happens to me I would walk out and never come back. That person that calls should know, customers in the store need to be helped first. And the employees will get to them asap

This AutoZone store located in Egg Harbor City is one of my my go-to sources for parts, fluids and accessories. The customer service is very good. They do not hesitate to eagerly assist on the phone or in the store. Furthermore I have ordered complicated kits for brake jobs delivered to my location. The parts were some of the best fit and quality that I have ever purchased.

Stopped in the EHC NJ store today because my headlight was out. The store was well stocked, clean, and all of the employees were friendly nd very knowledgeable. Thank you Nate nd Susan for going out of your way to help me by installing the new bulbs & makeing sure my headlights were now working correctly.

Nathan was so helpful! Our car broke down across the street, he helped us figure out the issue. We bought a battery and he installed it for us right away. Extremely helpful store! We are very grateful to Nathan.

The employees at AutoZone in Egg Harbor City are very knowledgeable and helpful. They also rent tools out for free with a small deposit which is refunded 100% when you return the tool. I have had to return an item in the past due to buying more than one and it was not needed, the return process was very simple. I did not even need a receipt because my email is in their computer system and they can print and/or email a receipt to their customers. I use this company often.

As a girl, it s sometimes intimidating going into an auto parts stores. Not here! Every single time I come here they treat me with respect. When I don t know or understand something they explain it. My mom and I bought headlights a few months ago, somehow the right headlight just stopped working, the manager Nate was sooo helpful! The fuses weren t blown so we were both confused as to why one wasn t working. He replaced both headlights for us & figured out what the problem was. It s very reassuring that I am able to leave the store with peace of mind.

It was late at night, and we were driving my wife's Toyota down the Atlantic City Expressway. The wind ripped one of the windshield wipers clean off. We pulled over, found the nearest AutoZone, and got the help we needed to get back on the road. Highly recommended.

Awful guy kept taking mask off. Then fake putting it on. At least 3times while ringing us out. Then we sat in the parking lot ordering food. He was out there 2x in 20 minutes smoking! I beeeeet he didn't wash nor sanitize his hands!Might I add he looked really dirty too. Sooo I Won't BE BACK. If your employee's cant follow rules then you cant have my money either. This is infuriating!

They were very nice and checked to see if they had lug nuts. They did not have as many as I needed for my car. They needed to update inventory in the store. Given what has been going on in general...not a big deal. Thank you!

Nathan replaced my battery for me (which was an extreme struggle due to all the plastic covering my engine) and was so pleasant and knowledgeable! Fast and efficient service, can t beat it!

Thay had the part that I needed and even put it on the side for me. considering it was the last one in stock until I could get there. Above and beyond service . I highly recommend them .

I like the people there ,very friendly and they know what they are doing. They have pretty much anything you want to do with a car. If they don't have it they'll recommend somewhere you can get it. Their prices are reasonable.Always a good experience !! !!

I needed new wipers and could not get mine off. Heather found me the right ones and out them on in 10 seconds IN THE RAIN and wouldn't even accept a tip! Great store, and great service!!!

Today I went into AutoZone in Egg Harbor City. I purchased windshield wipers for my car and associate Gary helped me. He put my wiper's on and also showed me how to do it for the next time. Gary was very helpful.

Bought a part for my air conditioner they ordered it it came in the next day the wrong one and I've been waiting 3 days for the right one to come in the lady behind the counter has an attitude problem and when you call up there she's got an attitude problem and I shouldn't say lady cuz she's a young girl

Full range of all things automotive. The staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. The only negative is the small parking lot. Trying to get in and out of the parking lot is difficult due to heavy traffic and location of traffic light.

I visited the Autozone because my check oil light came on in my car. The worker assisted me my checking my oit level and I bought the oil that my car needed. The worker was very helpful. I would recommend the Autozone on Rte 30 in Egg Harbor to everyone.
