This is my second time buying a car from Auto Plaza. It's so much different than your traditional car dealer. First of all you actually feel welcome, not uncomfortable. Secondly they listen to what exactly you are looking for and will not try to pressure you into something different just to get a sale. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Both times I've bought cars here I've felt as if I've made new friendships. I can't recommend them high enough if you are in the market for a quality used car.

Terrible place terrible ppl it s closed now but they are liars and only care about money the scary part is they talk about Jesus a lot and had crosses everywhere but they are so money hungry it s sick

Wonderful people. Nice, small, family run business. Not pushy and no pressure. Willing to take their time and work with you, yet once you know what you want and can afford, they get the ball rolling! Offered first oil change free, then got me in and out in about 40 minutes, the same day I called to make the appointment. I think they're the greatest. The owner is really nice and worked with me to help me get my phone synced to the car. Holly runs the service department right on site there and let me know when I would need to come in for services like fluids, tire rotation, tune up, etc... That's perfect for someone like me who doesn't know about those things, other than they need to be done. I would recommend them, and would go there again myself. Lastly, I didn't find out until after the fact, I just needed a safe and reliable car, but when I looked up the Kelly blue book value , I found that I had been charged well within the range that was quoted. I'm thankful they were there for me.

Samantha, is a one of a kind salesman! Her expertise and knowledge in this field is phenomenal! She made sure i was aware of every knock and cranny from my car loan to how to use some of the accessories on my car! Her customer service was impeccable, and her overall demeanor was wonderful. I never knew all that really goes into getting a car loan , but with Samantha s help it was broken down and explained to me ! Thanks Samantha , for everything you have done and making my car buying experience so effortless! You are the best, Auto Plaza is lucky to have you !

I bought a car from auto plaza five months ago and traded my jeep in that I still owed money on. They told me they would pay it off. It took them five months to pay it off. My credit went down by a 100 points. I would call them everyday and they would lie and say they paid it off. They finally paid it off jan 27 2022. Two months after buying my car they sold my old car to someone else without paying off my jeep. Don't go there they rip u off

I purchased my first car two days ago and I can t explain how happy I am ! Samantha was more than helpful. She made sure I found the perfect vehicle to fit the needs of me and my 2 kids, she gave suggestions but wasn t pushy so I never felt pressured as I did at other dealerships. I had my fussy newborn with me and she was so patient with us. I was nervous about the prices but Samantha got me a great deal that I can afford. She took the time to show me how to work everything inside the car and made sure I was all set as far as my phone and Bluetooth ect. Hands down my customer service experience at Auto Plaza was PHENOMENAL! I highly recommend going to see SAMANTHA for your next car purchase.

Do Not Believe Anything Negative said about this place!!! Must come see for Yourself..honestly. The Owner is Honest and really down to earth. Good people. Holly went soooo far and beyond for me. Really nice Family atmosphere. If you need a car..GO.. Please believe me..GO to AUTO PLAZA they will help you. I drove away in a 2019 Loaded Ford Fusion. 5 for me!!

I bought my car 3 months ago and put about 3k miles on my car. I took it in to get my first free oil change and they refused to change the oil. Stating it s still good and has 4K more miles left before needing an oil change. As long as I ve owned cars I ve be told to change the oil every 3 months or 3000 miles. Also they said they would order me a new key for my car. The first time the key came in it was wrong and wouldn t program to my car. I m still waiting to get my new spare key. I only got one key with the car. This dealership also said they would give my mom a referral bonus for referring me. She never received her referral bonus. This dealership makes promises and doesn t follow through. I m very disappointed. I will never buy a car from them again.

6 months in owning a car bought from here already had to do 2 brake jobs and had to change the shocks. This partly my fault for not doing my homework but you would expect to get a decent car. And their service department never tells you what issues you may have after taking it in. Won't purchase from here again. If you do buy from here make sure you have a mechanic with you.

The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful they didn't keep me there all day and I got a car that is reliable that I can afford I would strongly recommend anybody who needs a car to stop by and give these guys a chance. They're very friendly and they will help you. Any vehicles I Look to purchase in the future I will absolutely return.

Nice guys, but kind of a sleazy looking place. They'll try to rip you off also. I had a vehicle that was worth 11k+ trade in blue book. Was hoping to trade it in for a vehicle worth 10k blue book in excellent condition (and it was not even close to excellent). They wanted to charge me another 5k after my trade in. They had the vehicle listed for $13k and wanted to give me 8k for my trade in. They wouldn't budge, so I walked out. They have something they call "ap certified" which is really just a ruse to trick you into buying with them. Every vehicle I looked at was overpriced by $3-5k, and not a single one was close to excellent shape. One truck I looked at had three different brands of tires on it, and all of them had almost no tread left. I would recommend skipping this place. They will not negotiate on their ridiculously overpriced poorly maintained vehicles

Service is good but do not buy cars from here unless you are willing to fix your car constantly. Their cars look good on the outside but they are poorly maintained. I bought a Subaru Legacy 2016 from them a year ago and ran into more problems than any other cars I own in a short amount of time. I am not even confident enough to have the car travel long distance...

This place has a history of scamming customers. Please be aware! The prey on people who have bad credit or don t know much about cars like college students and women. They sell you cars with bad brakes lines and claim to fix them until time passes and then they can claim you caused the problems. Their staff are liars and mislead people to think they are doing right by them. They would rather make a buck off of desperate people than be a Reputable business. And anytime someone complains to the BBB they write lies trying to justify their scamming way. They ve been getting away with this for years. And the owner is 100% complicit. And Holly in service is rude and disrespectful. She insinuates that because I didn t want to pay for a problem they should have fixed in the beginning that I couldn t afford it. What a place I tell ya!!

People were not the greatest. My mom bought a Dodge ram a while back and truck fell completely apart in less than 4 months and had low miles. Went back to get fixed and refused to fix any of it and were going to charge if anything was going to get done. Tried to have them buy it back and would not do it. Worst place to buy a vehicle ever. Terrible people, they are scams, and don't ever buy a vehicle there. Ended up trading it in somewhere else and got something else that is way better and hasn't ever broken down on me.

Samantha made my car buying such a breeze! From the start of my web submission to my purchase finalization was just 2 days! I am so please with my new vehicle! If I could give no stars I would. I bought my chevy equinox Friday September 30th, had it in the shop that next week for a noise coming underneath when I pushed on my brakes. Had my car there 9 times and they still couldn't figure out what was wrong. I wanted out of my car but apparently they needed a large down payment to trade me out of my car. But what I don't understand is if you are having problems with the car ever since you bought you would think they would help you get out of it. So I am now in the process of used car lemon law with the manufacturer. I will never be returning to this dealership again and advise everyone to stay away.

I went yesterday to a auto plaza and try to get a car. Well as soon as I walked in they where nothing but nice, and friendly to me. They worked with my credit went above and beyond for me had the best experience ever. A It's friendly and best customer service have Iever had and got me a good car. ThNk you holly and Michael they are the bomb... Most definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much... couldn't be happier.....

I d definitely put zero stars if I could terrible cons here and definitely pay attention bcuz THEY WILL SCAM YOU ,THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND SMILE IN YOUR FACE bought a car for 14k they put a warranty on it n whatever else extra ended up being 16k cool - I went to make my first payment and I owe 24k on the car, I go in on some hey there must be a mistake the car I bought was 13,999 why does it say I have to pay 24,447? Oh that s just how it calculates out well surely there must be a mistake I didn t agree to pay 10k more then the car was listed for. Then he started doing all the dealer talk nonsense if you just do this put a lil more money here n there.Long story short this isn t a place where you can go in an relax and enjoy buying a car . Be on edge on your toes, careful bcuz they do a lot of good talk n quick just sign here they don t care about you they just want the sell I made the mistake of trusting the family environment letting my guard down and opening up to just bite me in the end ANOTHER TIP! if your looking actually go 20steps across the street to auto lenders way better service you don t feel rushed to make a bad decision no commission and you can feel the difference they ll get you in something way better then these guys I wish I knew

RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY!They will get you. You will pay THOUSANDS above the reasonable value of the car. These people take advantage of poor and uneducated people who are in need of a car. Their cars are also in VERY bad condition. Look no further than to how dirty they keep their cars. They don't even have the decency of vacuuming the car for their customers. RUN AWAY!

Worst place ever to buy a car. My boyfriend got a car from there a few months ago. The heat and air didnt work unless you were driving more than 40mph. They claimed that was how the car was designed. Then we took it back to get the tired changed a few days later the tire fell off while we were driving. Had it towed back so they can fix it, not even 2 weeks later we had another flat tire....the same one that they already changed....we no longer have that car and we will never go back to auto plaza again

My gf bought a car from there and the whole experience was effortless and easy ! SAMANTHA made the buying process so easy and explained everything i needed to know ! I will be returning to buy myself a car as well from no one other then Samantha! Thanks girl for making it fast and efficient

This dealer sells you lemons!!!! Just tried to sell a vehicle with issues to a friend of mine the other day!!!! Such a rip off!!!! Back in either 2004 or 2005 they sold me a lemon. 1997 Chevy blazer, with an overheating issue. 3 thermostats, 2 water pumps, 2 radiators, a fan clutch, head gasket and freeze plug later, all at 100.00 deductible per repair, they still claimed they couldn't figure out what the issue was and refused to put me in another vehicle. And a few of my friends they've gotten over on as well. This was my first car pmt on this vehicle and they screwed me royally. Fakes and phonys at this place... also posted a Facebook review, which they deleted and then blocked me from posting another one! Guess the truth hurts!

I recently purchased a Chevy Yukon from Auto Plaza which is the fourth vehicle We have purchased from them.Since the purchase of the first Chevy my Son drives I've seen them grow to three locations which tells me they are doing something right, bad dealerships die rather expand.For this purchase orginally they did not have what i wanted in stock but within a few days found this Yukon which is exactly what I needed for comfort and off road use.We also have all our vehicles serviced there as they have earned our trust.

Coming here for the I think past 20 yrs, I never had a bad experience with service or buying a car. That's why we are coming back here. Holly, the service manager is the best...also, everyone from Charlie on down, can't beat their personalized service...-:)

I bought a car thru them and all of a sudden the rear of the car was making noises the mechanic even heard it by driving the said car they put it on a regular drive on lift an the mechanic couldn't find nothing wrong at all so I move to pa even thou I had the car for 2 years now the rear end was making the same noise again I took it to a garage and they put the car on a different kind a lift an found out what was wrong with the car which auto plaza didn't do the first time or the 2nd time I brought the car to them now this is the 3rd time so what this garage found that the rear axle is bad so I called auto plaza up an all they can say is I had the car for 2 years now and they won't fix it my problem is if they had the right lift for the car the problem would of been fix now an I was told that the rear axle for the car is a thousand dollars an still they didn't care now I am going thru the better business bureau against Auto Plaza and for all those who is reading this DONT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK IR VAN FROM AUTO PLAZA CAUSE THEY ARE NO GOOD CARS THERE PERIOD

Carla and Holly are great to to their customers they really try and work with you Kathy cows give me a chance to come with the deposit for something that she picked out for me I love it I'm going to try my best to get back there with $200 to hold it Holly you call me back she respected me when I got there we had a couple laps is very nice there
