Hands down one of the best mechanic shop/garage in the area! Honest, straightforward with reasonable prices. Mike and his crew are friendly and trustworthy. They walk you through the process and answer any and all questions. Highly recommend!!!

Mike is great at diagnosing what is wrong and fixes it promptly and correctly the first time. He let's you know what's wrong and how much it will cost before he goes ahead with the job. He is the only mechanic I have ever recommended or will use.

tl;dr: This mechanic was not interested in explaining to me or understanding what was causing coils to fail in my car and tried to tell me my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced immediately, which was not true. Would not recommend.I went in because I had a misfiring cylinder in my car. I was told that a coil had gone bad and it needed to be replaced, and that while they were at it, they would replace my spark plugs. The owner tried to get me to have him replace all of the coils, not just the bad one, which I refused because coils don't wear down over time, they just spontaneously go bad occasionally, and this was the first coil I've had go bad in 13 years of owning my truck. I had my truck back for less than 48 hours when a second coil went bad, and the owner talked down to me, saying that I should have replaced all of them in the first place like he recommended *in spite of not being able to say why two coils would fail within two days after over a decade of no issues*. I ended up shelling out another $300 to replace all three of the remaining coils just so I wouldn't get burned again.After fixing my truck, he told me that his mechanic had noticed while working on the engine that my brake pads were extremely low and needed to be replaced immediately in 1-2 months tops (and he helpfully quoted to me how much it would be to get new brake pads and rotors for the front wheels). First of all, you don't need rotors unless your rotors are warped, so that was something extra he was trying to get me to buy. I can change my own brake pads, so I immediately went home and ordered pads for all four wheels. What did I find when I took off the old brake pads? They still had a quarter of the pad left. It wasn't necessarily bad to replace them, but they easily would have lasted another year or two.I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone.

Mike is the best I've ever seen. My family and I have going to him and the crew since 2008. He's a stand up guy, always up front, no tricks and he treats us like family!

Mike is honest and been going to Zotic for years. He'll let you know what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait. Been recommending him to many family and friends for years.

I have never purchased from them but I am a local resident and sometimes walk from Edison to Highland Park on Woodbridge Ave. I have to hand it to these guys for cleaning up their sidewalk and keeping the cars off the sidewalk. It's a pleasure walking in front of their establishment. Let's hear it for good community citizens such as Zotic Auto Repair!
