I got a great deal for my tires pre Black Friday, and scheduled an installation. My car was checked in at 3:00, and finished around 5:15. If you have the Walmart app, you can track the service. Be realistic, this will take some time. I did some shopping as I waited.They need to be more organized here. The guy at desk- Mukesh was pleasant, but overwhelmed. Once you check-in, he then goes to search for your tires. Imagine all the tires delivered to the store, stored in trailers outside. The associates in the department were helpful as I checked out. ** I had tried calling store for days. Nobody picked up. This is not acceptable. Fix this problem.

Something dubious, strange, very suspicious and fishy is going on at this place. I don't even know how to start, I just needed a simple tire installation and had no business there in the end. 4 tires paid, they charged the installation service with taxes, disappear with a tire that's shows ready to pick up claiming multiple excuses, but claim that they can't refund a service they didn't provide ??? I drove to this place multiple times. over 5. All for nothing. Unbelievable. They don't refund you for service here, even service not provided. Staff is probably sabotaging the facility and there's NO MANAGER.

I had to urgently get my car battery replaced. I called 4 different places to get a quote and Walmart auto was significantly cheaper than the others and offered a 4year warranty as compared to the others offering only 3years warranty for more than twice the price.The service was excellent! Right from the person at the reception who had taken my call to the others in the workshop made my experience absolutely seamless. I very highly recommend this place.

If you want incompetent workers to fix your car, come to this location. I drove 40 minutes to the Edison location to change all of my tires yesterday. They took one hour and a half to service my vehicle incorrectly. I received the notification that my car was ready but 4 technicians were driving my car back and forth and were inspecting the rear tires for about 10 minutes after the notification. When I finally received my car, my tpms sensor was still visible in the dashboard. I notified the technicians and they told me it would turn off on its own after driving a couple of miles. I drove 40 minutes back home and the sensor was still on. The next day I drove for twenty minutes when I heard a loud pop coming from the back of my car. Following the loud sound, my car began making a scraping sound as I was driving. I was forced to go to the nearest mechanic when I was notified that the technicians at Walmart put a screw in crooked and it fell out while I was driving. If I would have drove the 40 minutes to the Edison location, my tire could have popped out or my car could have spun out. The nearby mechanic had to remove my tires, and brakes to fix Walmart s mistake. When I called the Walmart auto center and told them what happened to my car, the employee told me there was nothing they can do since I went to a different mechanic to fix their mistake. There was no remorse or empathy from their staff. He did not seem to care about the effects of their careless mistake. They knew what they did wrong and still gave me my car knowing the risks. The employee hung up on me while I was talking. This is the worst experience I ve had while servicing my car and I will not be going back or recommending Walmart to anyone else. The workers here are incompetent and rude. I m not sure if it is a training issue or a hiring one but this auto center is not professional at all. If I could give a 0 star review, I would.

Bad management. If you make an appointment for 8 AM, you'll start being served around 9 AM. For some unclear reason, the staff allows other clients without appointments to use the service. Therefore, your time can easily be pushed back by an hour or more. There were two people without appointments in front of me and they began to be served even though the employee knew there were people in line with appointments. The mechanics do their job excellently!

Great service. Mr Angelo was very helpful when my Tire Order did not sync properly in their system. Having knowledgeable people fill in for problems caused by their Computer Gliches makes for a Better Customer experience. Give Angelo and Crew 5 stars. Walmart gets 3 cause they need to fix the gliches. Also, they Lost my package. I also had to order 8X due to website issues with Fraud. There is a Way to stop Fraud and order. Use phone codes. Dropped in without an appointment because my windshield wipers were clashing. Angelo the department manager was very helpful. Assessed my wipers for me right away and gave me an honest evaluation of the problem when I could have easily been ripped off. Would happily return here. Thank you Angelo!

This is by far the worse auto care service. I had an appointment at 10am i specifically asked the lady how long will it take for them to service me car. She told me one hour. I walked around the store for an hour & went back to the auto center & my car still was sitting in the same place. I then again got up to go get me something to eat. At 12:08 pm they text and told me that my car was starting to be serviced. I walked back to the auto center now it s 5 mins to 1. Once again my car was sitting there & has not been touch. I then started asking for a manager no one never came. Now it s 1:30 and I m walking about the store looking for some type of manager. I found one and the first thing they say is their employees called out. Now although i understand that s possible but the communication & customer service is very poor. One of the managers finally walk me back to my car at this time it s 2:00pm & my car still wasn t being serviced. She then tell me that the pulled my car inside & went to lunch. I got a text a little after 12pm & now it s after 2pm & my car still haven t been serviced & let s not forget I ve been there since 10am. They were finally fine she s with my car at 4:15 pm. I spent my whole day there. This is the worst place ever. If i could ve gave it zero stars i would ve.

I found out for tires or any work done oil change. Tune upIt's no longer just walk in you Have to make an appointment before going. You can set it up on line. Make sure you set the appointment for the correct location.

Worst service ever!!! I spent 1.5 hours just to PICK UP my tires that I ordered and paid for ahead of time on the Walmart app. I didn t even speak to an employee for about 35 minutes because there was no one attending the lobby. I asked for help twice and they responded that they couldn t because they had to hurry up with other things to go home soon (it was 5:30pm and they close at 7). Once I was able to finally get serviced, it took them 45 minutes to look for my tires. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALMART!!

0 star if I can give. They did not replace my tire because they broke lug nuts and put the blame on me. Their technicians don t know the job. There is 1 women who is manager or whatever ( looks like a baby cow) color in hair is so weird and don t know how to speak. When she find out their mistake she started getting angry. I ended up calling cops. Make sure you pay attention to your car.

The worst service I've ever had. I had an appointment at 9 am to install my tires, as I know the work takes 30-45 minutes, but it took them 3.5 hours, incredible!!!!!! I absolutely do not recommend this service in this place!

Please for the sake of yourself do not go to this place unless it is your last and only option. The service people are unhelpful (and not present at the desk) and the technicians (I am sure there are kind ones) as a whole are rude. Like just blatantly rude and clearly demonstrate that they do not intend to do their job. I never leave reviews, this is simply a warning for those to come. Have a great day!

I ordered 4 tires and scheduled installation but it got delayed 2 weeks. When I came to pick up they only had 3 out 4 and no record installation appointment. The system didn't tell me to reschedule either.

We went there 2hrs before closing time for oil changing, there was no waiting still they refused to provide the service. The mechanics were just wandering around. Walmart is very big venture taking no care of their customer, there are so many reviews about their poor service. How many years will it take to look upon these reviews? What is the point of this review feature if there's no action taken?It's better to close this AutoCare service to save people's time and gas.

all i did was order a new set of tires and i called and called and calllllllllllleddddd for like an HOUR they only answered once mumbled something and hung up and didnt answer again! if i have to drive all the way there to talk to someone the managers getting an earful because ARENT YOU RUNNING A BUSINESS HERE??? whyyy is nobody in ALL OF WALMART answering the phone how do you even run a business like that smhi should have just had them delivered to my house

this place is the 9th circle of hell. I would never have come here based on the horrific reviews, but my boyfriend paid for 2 tires and made an appointment to install and rotate them, and it was too late to cancel by the time I found out about the reviews.I arrived a few minutes before my appt, and no one in the bays acknowledged me. I had to get out to ask someone where I should wait. then, I waited inside at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone came in to check me in. they said they couldn t find my tires that were ordered 3 weeks ago they were in the store , but not where they re supposed to be I said if they don t have them, then put another equal value Goodyear tire on because I have an 11:30 appt and this should have only have taken an hour, and by now it was 35 min into my appt.Peter was courteous, but at no point could he tell me how long this would take. TWO HOURS later, I see my car moved back to the parking lot, so I went out to see the work and guess what .?THEY DIDN T ROTATE THE TIRES.I spoke to Peter again and advised him of the error. he went out to look, and verified that they weren t rotated, showed me the note on file and turns out the mechanic didn t see the note.he said it would take five minutes to fix the problem. thirty minutes later, I had to ask someone if I could pay for my car because it was sitting in the parking lot again.this shop is not worth the hassle. I d rather pay $100 more somewhere else to have things done on time and correctly.

Must Read:This Walmart auto care center is by far the worst across the US. The response is incredibly disappointing. They don't offer online appointment bookings, and even when you arrive in person, they claim to prioritize appointments. It's contradictory and frustrating. They take approximately 5 hours for any repair work.To make matters worse, they lost my car's lug key and admitted their mistake. The manager agreed to reimburse the cost of a new lug key if I provided the bill. I purchased a new lug key for $194 on the same day, but they reneged on their commitment and refused reimbursement. Their lack of ethics is evident, and trusting their employees is impossible. They don't uphold their promises and are entirely untrustworthy. I'm thoroughly disappointed and can't recommend them. Their lack of responsibility and unreliability are concerning. Think twice before considering their services.

Would never go there. Just spent an hour and a half waiting for them to change my tires only for them to cancel the appointment because they did not have appropriate tools.

Do not go here. New tires installed on two different vehicles. Both vehicle tires were leaking from the stam. I had to go back for the first vehicle, and the mechanic replaced the Stam took a while. 2nd time I went and I was told they can not do anything and should book an appointment. How do u book an appointment when your tire is leaking and it needs to be fixed right away. Guess what? Do not purchase extra coverage for flats because they would want u to book the appointment. Not all the staff is bad. But most of the time, there is no one at the desk. Try calling them ,you have better chances of winning the lottery.

The most mismanaged place, everyone in the queue is frustrated. Even with appointments customers have to wait unlimited amount of time. Better to go somewhere else for tire replacement. Oil change is also looks the same.

Need to OIL CHANGE ?go elsewhere, I was here 8am in line for walk in technician says we don t accept walk ins today since less man power appointments only.So I went to Valvoline and got my oil change in under 10 minsSave your time, Walmart here known for poor service

Avoid this place. This place is nightmare. Rude, unprofessional, helpless. Extremely! Extremely! Extremely! Slow! I came on the morning 7:30. They told me first come first serve. I was the second on line and I waited 4 hours to get my new tires installed! They left my old tires uninstalled and left it for more than 1 hour and no body came to install the new ones! Really? If you value your time and money, avoid this place!
