Having been in an accident and insurance giving me the run around, Ultimate Collision has been hands down the easiest as well as most professional experience I have ever had with an Auto Shop.They are honest, upfront and very quick to communicate.If I could give more than 5 stars I would!To the staff if your reading this, thank you so much, you guys took so much stress off of my fianc� and mine plate. You guys are amazing.

I had a terrible experience with Ultimate Collision Repair. They made me sign paperwork when I first dropped off the car and before the car insurance company had even been made aware of the level of damage to the vehicle. The signed paperwork was to order parts. Once Ultimate Collision Repair disassembled the car and saw the damage, they came up with over 15,000 dollars in repairs. State Farm refused that quote based on their experts. As a result of the back and forth between Ultimate Collision Repair and State Farm, I had to pay for a portion of my rental and an additional $4,729 to have the car repaired by the shop. As much as I wanted to avoid Ultimate Collision Repair doing the repairs on the vehicle, no other body shop would take the parts that Ultimate Collision Repair had already ordered.In closing, Young Lee and Bridget Zayas will be pleasant to you until it is time to hurt the customer's pocket. To make matters worse, I later discovered they had done the same thing to another customer just a few months before. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Ultimate Collision Repair is a dishonest place to take your car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TESLA HERE.

Excellent Service. Jerry, Tony, Bridget and all other team members very responsive and caring. They don't cut corners, unlike many others. Once repairs are done, they walk you through the changes and show the parts replaced (if you so desire). My car looked like new!!

I strongly advise against using Ultimate Collision in Edison for Tesla repairs. Despite being a Tesla authorized repair shop, my experience was highly disappointing. After a tree fell on my car, causing over $20,000 in damages, the service was awful. Upon picking up the vehicle, a persistent grinding sound appeared, and despite attempts to diagnose it, the issue resurfaced. Additionally, they returned my car without a backseat seatbelts, posing a safety concern as well as no front heated seats. The windshield replacement was also flawed, with manufacturing tape left on, causing glare in sunny conditions. The numerous issues arising after their service led me to trade in my Tesla prematurely/early. The car was NEVER the same. Avoid this repair shop for Tesla vehicles; my overall experience was horrible!!

I had to repair my Tesla 2023 model 3, they fixed everything within 30 days and they did an amazing Job on the painting (midnight blue ). Tony was really nice , and they mentioned how I have a lifetime warranty on any of the repairs done.

I had a good experience with Ultimate Collision in getting an in-warranty exterior panel replaced and painted. UC really did a significant job and had the car available within a week from drop-off, washed, cleaned and appear as new. Totally satisfied with Tyler Mcnee in the processing and co-ordinating paperwork with the manufacturer and the total repair work. Also another plus -UC is conveniently located in Central Jersey where great things happen !!My 2 cents to UC team and Tyler - great job and continue keeping up the good customer experience.

The owner Jerry and his shop are 'Thee Absolute Best in the Business'!!!!I was traveling from DC to NJ when I experienced a fluke accident on the highway, where a hubcap from another vehicle flew off and hit the front drivers side of my car and broke the fog light, the framing and all the brackets that held it up on my BMW. I was devastated (see photo) Through the referral of a friend, I took my car to Ultimate Collision Repair that same night and Jerry and his team took care of it in 1-1/2 hours while we ate dinner. Just before closing. Like 5pm to 6:30 and they closed at 6pm. I came back to see that it was fully repaired and very meticulously. He also replaced the fog light bulb. I was and still am TOTALLY OVERJOYED. This could have easily been an extremely expensive situation for me. But they repair at an unbelievably low cost and sent me own my way. So If you're searching for Fantastic car repairs from a trusted mechanic/body shop. UCP is the one to go with. Thank you so much Jerry for your quick and friendly help repairing my car. After an incident, I took my Mustang to Ultimate Collision Repair. Bober Khan, Matt and Tony performed a fantastic job fixing my car. They tend to little issues that could eventually cause harm.I really appreciate the work they did to make my car appear brand new! Bober is fantastic at explaining things Highly recommended.

When your baby gets smashed up, you definitely want to work with the great folks at Ultimate Collision! From my original visit when Young Lee helped with original intake, to the girls Bridget and Mona at the front desk and to Tony and his crew in the repair shop everyone treated me with respect and care ... Like family. My baby was so well taken care of, they fixed up her boo boo's, worked with me to get her an additional ceramic coating so she shines bright as she roles down the street, got her beautiful new window panels for her soft top and helped me by going out of their way to help install my Nexar camera so I can keep her protected and monitored! Everyone was amazing and while I pray I never ever need their service again ... If my baby ever gets banged up again ... I know exactly who will take care of her! Ultimate Collision! I had an accident on my totyota RAV4 vehcile. Dropped it here. Tyler and team were complely transperant in process and explaining everything. They helped me through identifying damages and worked with my insurance company and adjuster that provided me the best outcome. I will definately recommand them.

Had issues with my infinity wheel well, grinding on my tires. Didn't have an appointment but Ultimate Collision squeezed me in and took care of the issue fast and as usual, perfectly fixed the issue! Always recommend Ultimate Collision

The experience I had encouraged me to write a review on the service of Ultimate Collision. My insurance company provided me with names of shops that repair Tesla, and I chose Ultimate Collision, which was my best decision. It took five weeks for me to get my car. The insurance agency refused to cooperate with Ultimate Collision, which halted all the work. In addition, the insurance company stopped paying for the rental. This was a significant problem since I had patients to treat. I went to Ultimate Collision out of desperation and met with Matt. He listened to my concern and started to plan strategies to return my car the following week. He was respectful and very helpful to me. Matt communicated with the appraisers and worked out a plan with the insurance company to ensure I received my car the following week.This is what separates Ultimate Collision from the other repair shops. They focus on the customer and will go out of their way to ensure the customer is satisfied,

Great company. We needed Ultimate many years ago for an accident and we were quite pleased with their work. Unfortunately, we required Ultimate again and it was great to see the quality and service is still the same. From the start with Jerry, his team and especially Matt, our current experience was wonderful. It is a stressful time when there is an accident and you have to deal with that along with the insurance company. Ultimate Collision helped us through the whole process. We felt the repair came first with Ultimate and our impressions were spot on. They are certified in the repair of many brands including ours. We picked up the car and it is prefect!

It seems like others have gone through a similar experience where ultimate tried to extort money after repairs have been complete. The car was fixed through insurance. We signed the aoip(assignment of insurance). After repairs were complete/took possession months later ucr sent threatening letter that we owe more money and we need to sign an arbitration agreement. DO NOT SIGN anything after you sign the aoip. We refused to sign the arbitration agreement and almost a year later they are still sending threatening letters from the lawyers that we owe money.AGAIN once you sign the aoip and drive the car off the premises you have 0 financial liability. You DON T owe a penny.If this happened to you contact the NJ attorneys generals office and submit a complaint. They are committing fraud and extortion. We documented all interactions and sent to the AGs office for review.Service: Body & Trim

Really great experience, they always keep you I loop and car looks brand new even after an accident. Tesla takes their sweet timr to deliver body parts but ultimate collision keeps you updated every step of the way. It did take some time for me to get the csr back but it was worth it. Next time go forbit my car needs reapir I'd definitely go to ultimate repair.

As I'm writing this it has been exactly 8 weeks and 3 days since my car was taken to this place and I still have no idea when I'll get it back. My wheel was stolen off my car so I submitted an insurance claim. As expected, the shop decided to take my insurance company for a ride and fix everything they found damaged in the car. Fine, my insurance covered virtually all of it so not much for me to pay. But this is beyond ridiculous. I call 2-3x/week for an update and for the last 5 weeks there's been no progress because of a missing part. It's become a cruel joke at this point. Twice I've called before to ask about my car and I've been lied to, "your parts are finally here, car will be ready next week". Only to call again and be met with confusion "not sure who told you that we're still missing the part". Just gross incompetence and negligence. I refuse to believe any part for a Honda Accord takes this long or is this rare. Nothing much I can do at this point but write this review, hopefully it does something or helps someone.

I brought my SUV to Ultimate Collision Repair following an accident. Gerry and his team did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. Not only did they repair the damage, but they fixed every little defect on the entire car. It looks brand new! I highly recommend Ultimate Collision Repair.

*Due to Google review character limits I had to remove my Update #1 and Original Review - See Yelp for those to get the full story....*** UPDATE #2 Jan. 2019 ***I felt my update #1 was fair (even added 1-star) as well as accurate and respectful as to what corrective actions were taken, but now that I'm being called a liar lacking morals and ethics and the owner is changing his story I'm happy to reply with some evidence (2 photos attached) to defend myself as well as point out his omissions.Claim #1/#2 - That I had no errors on pickup and I did not drive directly to Tesla after pickup. As shown on my attached TeslaFi log of 12.7.18, I left UC at 11:54am and after a short lunch break arrived at Tesla Springfield at 12:15, was onsite for 1-hour and 18-min while my issues were diagnosed and scheduled for later service. Did I go there just to chat? Let's call them... Also on this TeslaFi log you'll notice my next stop which was Signature Detailing where the damage (high pressure water bubbles) to my PPF film (unrelated to my repair on driver side front & rear doors) was assessed and later corrected for me free of charge by Greg.Claim #3 - That Tesla just decided to replace my Radar under warranty for no reason and not due to the error (Autopilot Unavailable) previously mentioned. Again, see the attachment that shows the Tesla invoice which states, "Tech. discovered damage to front radar bracket", which is interesting since it was listed as a replaced item on my UC final invoice. Tesla also replaced the radar itself as well as another part to fix their faulty repair being that they referred me to UC as a "certified" shop. I did not neglect to mention anything about Tesla removing the bumper per repairs, I sent you the same exact invoice via email. Better yet as a Tesla "certified" shop you should be able to get the data/error logs from Springfield as well as the repairs for the dates and issues claimed, they were able to tell me when they were first recorded in their system, you should know this...PROVE ME WRONG!Claim #4 - At the time of pick up both Matt & I inspected the car prior to you taking it home. As previously stated I quickly examined the exterior of the car, but never even sat inside the car while Matt was present due to the fact it was barely 40-degrees and windy (also shown on the TeslaFi data log), hence the not seeing the errors immediately. When I did discover the errors AS STATED in Update #1, I should have refused delivery, which was admitted clearly. I also have a witness (my father) who dropped me off that delivery day as to the extent of the inspection. I didn't however see your admission of your claim that sometimes these "errors just pop up, and you can't explain them.." that was your explanation the first time around on the phone.Beyond that all Jerry wants to keep repeating is "5-weeks after" and your "17-day repair period" that was only missed twice, but these are just distractions from the facts. They may have been in the business a long time, but still haven't realized customers don't owe you anything, you're paid to make THEM happy...the FIRST time, lucky for them they got a second chance and a fair update to go along at that, but that wasn't enough apparently? I'm happy to go to Tesla corporate and/or NJM insurance to discuss my repairs and claims further.

Short version: Ultimate Collision is the ultimate one stop shop (no pun intended). They take care of all the repairs, they handle all correspondences with the insurance company, provide you a nice rental, and you can add extra services like ceramic coating.Long version: Recently, some one rear ended my Maserati on the GSP. I chose to have Ultimate Collision repair this because they are Maserati certified. UC owner, Gerry, personally walked me through the process. They dealt with the Insurance company directly. He assured me that the replacement parts would be original OEM. Only my right side exhaust tips needed to be replaced, but UC replaced all 4 tips so there wouldn't be any differences in appearance. We scheduled the repair only after the parts arrived from Italy, so they didn't have to hold on to my vehicle in advance. UC also provided me a new Camry rental while they were working on my car - this saved me a lot of time.The repair looks fabulous!! Looks like brand new!! The new bumper and paint job was perfect, and the exhaust tips look great!! UC even corrected a side panel that had a slight bulge, free of charge.In addition to the fender bender, I also purchased ceramic coating from UC. They did an amazing job on my car!!I'm sure my car will continue to look beautiful for the next few years.I definitely recommend UC for all your auto body repair. I had an accident in nyc when another car hit my Porsche Macan. I came to this shop as this place is porsche certified. Initially thought that these were minor scratches on the left front/side but interior damage was more. They ordered some new parts so overall took about 3 weeks to fix the car. They did a great job, car was fixed and they thoroughly cleaned interior/exterior as well.

I would give them a negative score if I could. These people talk so smoothly and get you to sign some papers. I had to pay about 10K from my pocket as insurance declined to cover so much and as per the insurance, UCR did repair without getting their agreement. Finally I got my fixed car back with so much loss! I ended up paying so much penalty and thanks to UCR!Rip off!!

I got my Tesla Model 3 repaired here and had a great experience. I can not be more happy with the service. Bridgette and Marissa went out of their way to ensure i was always informed and i got my car back as soon as possible while ensuring all my concerns were thoroughly addressed. They did all the coordination with Tesla and my insurance ensuring a seamless experience for me. Would definitely recommend to all.

Ultimate Collision is hands down the best body shop around. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service and quality workmanship is superb. The paint job and detailing was simply outstanding. They did not hesitate to go the extra mile to make me feel like royalty. The car was returned to me looking as good as it was brand new. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident back in February. I was recommended by my insurance carrier to take my vehicle to ultimate collision. I took my vehicle here for an estimate and worked with Yun. When I first met Yun it was an immediate relief due to his compassion, understanding, and professionalism of the circumstances. Once I brought my vehicle into the shop to have the work done Yun was nothing, but incredible with the process. My vehicle was deemed a total loss and Yun took the time to sit me down in his office and talk me through each and every step of the decision making between the shop and insurance. Yun brought it to my attention that there were multiple safety concerns with the vehicle which he personally was not comfortable with which was very reassuring. Yun went above and beyond the customer service factor with the process of my vehicle. If you re looking for professionalism, curiosity, and thorough work this is the place to go!
