They are not doing a good job taking care of the details. The plate frame ($40 bought from the Tesla shop online) around the plate was damaged when dropped off and they said it would be covered, but when picked up the car, it s missing. Pete explained as a customer, I should order and go through with insurance instead of them, which is different than what they promised. Then I found the painting at the back bumper has 2 lines of paint dropping and another line on the left lower side, Pete as a manager, didn t think that s a thing and said if you think that s a problem we can fix it in a min, make you think that s not their fault not doing a good job, but me myself s. I worked in a auto repair shop, I know if happens when the clear was not sanded. The painting guy is good enough to realize and said it s embarrassing so we have no problem with it and we understand it happens sometime. We are okay to wait for 30-60mins to have them redo even though it s not as good as we expected. But the customer service Pete represented as a manger is so unprofessional, which is unseen in the other shops I dealt with as a customer. Pete you may want to improve your customer service level, learn to admit if you did not do a good job, use fewer excuses. I have high expectation for Tesla certified auto shop, but so disappointing using the service here. I barely leave reviews and the only 1-2 reviews I left were all 5 stars. But this time you really make me think I do need to say so other customers know what to expect dealing with you.

I had mine and my wife s car repaired her.The people are very nice and helpful and they did an excellent job on my cars.Would definitely recommend these guys

Not tesla certified. They just have the connection to a tesla certified shop. Connection.
