Tire center technician is not professional at all. They changed my tires and when I arrived to home. I found them flat tires. Take care before you work in Edison tire center and please hire professional technicians.

Arrived at 7.45am for 8am installation. Nobody there. 8.15am GM apologies and doesn t know the status if/when the employee will show up due to an inch of snow. Nobody contacted me to reschedule. Employee Jordan shows up and calls me at 11.30am, I arrive at noon. He ignores me at first. He didn t wanna be there clearly. I forgot my Sam s club credit card I used to order the tires. They refused the ring up the purchase from the cash register. Female indian mgr really didn t care about resolving the issue. I cancelled the order, too much aggravation for what it s worth. I won t be renewing my membership either. Costco, here I come!

Just purchased our third set of new tires at this location. Prices are very competitive and the service can't be beat. The value that you get with the $15 mount and balance fee is what makes the difference. Free tire rotations. Plus we have had several flat tires repaired at no cost. This last time they ordered tires for me that arrived the next day as promised. Installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with the new tires. Employees here are knowledgeable and honest. Came in 6 months ago to get new tires and was told we didn't need them yet. The tire center keeps me as a Sam's Club member.

Worst experience EVER.Purchased four tires online at Sam Club website and paid for installs as well. Called hundred times to schedule appt and never answered the phone. Showed up and had no car and the shop but told me I had to schedule an appointment. Ok, so got one for 3 days later and when I went, I registered and handed them the keys, waited an hour and nothing. When I went to check, they were just hanging around and when they saw me, they approached me just to tell me they don t have proper equipment to lift my SUV. Convinced me to carry my four tires on my trunk and to go to another Location. BUT that s not how it works because I just learned it the hard way and I should get a refund since I already paid and place new order at the other location. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Terrible experience. I contacted the location to fix a tire which was under warranty and was told to come in between particular hours. When I arrived I was told I couldn't be taken care of that day (which they suggested) I went on to speak to a manager who bickered with his employees and ultimately told me I could not be taken care of when I was headed on a trip the following day. I had to go out and find another location to fix the problem taking money out of my pocket for expenses they should be responsible for. If I could give them zero stars I would. Very bad customer service. Go elsewhere!

Came in for tires and was helped by a employee named Matthew, he helped me pick My tires out for my van, as a woman not knowing anything about cars or tires he was very helpful and respectful he picked out a set that he uses on his own vehicle and my husband and I have been satisfied ever since!!!

If i can give them less than 1 star i will doThey told me to be able to do balance i have to buy sams club membership ok i bought the highest membership then they did the balance and changed the rims for me then i came back a week after the balance was very very bad they fixed again and still very bad they told me the rims are bad so i came to change the rims then they refused to fix for me because I didn t buy tires from themSo why you charged me from the beginningi went to sears they did for me and it was amazing so it s really was the worst experience with them iand i will cancel any payment i did through this guys .

I would give 0 stars if a could. Worst service ever, people over there doesn't even know what they are doing on tire and battery department, the manager of this store is a pig, these people doesn't know how to treat their customers, do yourself a favor and avoid this place, terrible experience.
