Ever since I purchased my 22 tiquan I have had a problem with the oil light coming on after oil changes and when I complain they say that it's normal just recently I had the light come on three times in October replacing oil I brought the car in for service with one of the problems being lane assist and the safety light on dashboard lights up when there aren't any cars in front of you this service was done on November 30 2023 1030am appointment didn't leave until 330pm young lady came out around 230pm to let me know that the reason the safety light was not working properly was because the vw emblem which is plastic was cracked I had brought the car for a car wash just before going to vw for service that morning and the grill wasn't cracked but since this item was 600.00 dollars I maintain my vehicle very well engine wise and cleanliness wise other than some clutter in side I make sure too wipe the grill as too have no spotting and a nice shine like the rest of the vehicle this emblem was not cracked when brought into volkswagen I believe they're just looking for me to pay 600 dollars instead of honoring the warranty as they should I don't recommend dealing with them I'm going to call the corporate offices and if need be the news I'm tired of being screwed around

Always very responsive and helpful and efficient. Their text messaging/video messaging system to keep me informed of the work and progress being done on my vehicle was great. Definitely recommend.
