I ve been leasing my Macan from Ray Catena for about 10 years now and I ll always go there whenever my lease expires and when I need service on my lease. They always make me feel welcomed there and make sure that I m satisfied with their service all the time. Mike Indyk at service is a pleasure to deal with, professional, courteous and honest. Ray Catena will always be my go to dealer for leasing and service even though I live in Brooklyn.

Stay away! MY NEWBORN WAS STUCK IN THE CAR BECAUSE OF A DEFECTIVE MACAN THEY SOLD AND CANT fix!! I ve taken my car here 2 times for an electric issue my Macan has been having since I leased it in Nov 2022. This last time the technician said he fixed it once again .. and guess what happened? My newborn baby got stuck in the car for 5 mins today because the doors decided to completely lock and no key was working! The car completely locked itself when I went to take my baby out of the car! This has happened before where the car won t turn on or it won t unlock because of an electric issue! It is not the battery of the key it s the car itself ! It has a bunch of error messages that come and go including key not found engine won t turn on take to dealer etc. it s an electric issue, we ve told them. Today I called and told them the gravity of the situation! MY BABY WAS STUCK IN THE CAR!!! I couldn t get him out, all doors were locked because the car decided to glitch!! They said they d call me back. Do you think they called back? No I called at 6pm to follow up. And the receptionist s resolution was to call a tow truck to have in be brought in. THEY WANT ME TO DO ALL THE WORK, when it s their mistake , they sold us a defective car! And my baby , my only son was stuck inside the car today!!! Last time we didn t even get a loaner, the guy was upset because my husband told him we were paying for the car and have to work too! I need a car to get around especially with a newborn for doctor visits etc. they rushed to give us the car back and no problem was fixed. This is a very serious matter that they are not taking into consideration : A BABY WAS STUCK IN THE CAR BECAUSE THEY SOLD A DEFECTIVE CAR and have not fixed it even after it s been in service 2 times

Advisor lied to me regarding my Porsche garage door opener malfunctioning issue. They never wanted to resolve my issue and it was kind of feature I never wanted to go except my ongoing maintenance. They have lied couple of times by the time I was out of warranty. And now they told me to call corporate to resolve when they found their mistake after sending tech at my place. So disappointed!!

Ray Catena Porsche Service Center is by far one of the best service center facility that I've experienced. From the time you bring your car in till you get your car back they keep you constantly informed via phone calls as to what is going on with your car as they diagnose the issues. They provide you accurate information and even had my car ready earlier than they had promised. Michael Indyk - in the service department is an excellent service professional - extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional & courteous service. Would definitely recommend him & the entire Ray Catena Porsche service facility to anyone needing car repairs or maintenance on their luxury cars!! Scheduled service with a loaner. Drove all the way to the service center to get a call as soon as I turned into the lot I did not purchase the vehicle from there dealership I would not get a loaner. Disregard the fact that this is a horrible policy considering I got the car from a another Porsche dealership that is a significant distance away from My house. The fact that there was no notice on either the website or my confirmation email that specified I had to have purchased the vehicle from Ray catena In order to get a loaner, and to only receive this notification at time I was scheduled to drop off the car is what s unacceptable.

I m sitting in this dealership for the 2nd time today. I got here at 7:45 am 1-22-21. It s now 1:40. I came in with a screw in my rear driver-side tire. I asked the service manager to check all the tires to make sure all are okay. I purchased a warranty when I bought the car certified in PA. 3 1/2 hours later the car is done and I m forced to pay $497.00 for a new tire covered under warranty I purchased but I m told I have to pay and wait to get reimbursed. I argue to no avail. I pay leave and stop to get coffee and see the screw is still in my tire. I call dealer told service is out to lunch. Be back at 12:30-1.. they changed the wrong tire passenger rear instead of driver rear. Report that was written up said driver rear so apparently tech made a mistake? Did he check all the other tires?? I m told they found nail in rear passenger so that s the one they changed. Bottom-line I m still here waiting for my rear driver-side tire to be replaced I got back to dealer at 12:25. I m sure I will have to shell out another $497.00 when cayenne is done and wait for reimbursement. This is a day I wish I stayed in bed. I read the reviews and all is well at this dealership service Dept for some. Not for me. I hope I make it home in time for dinner and I hope I get reimbursed on a prepaid tire and wheel warranty. What a trying experience this is.. UPDATE!! I made it out of dealership at 2:20pm total cost for two new tires $1,001 which I should be reimbursed for by prepaid warrantyService: Tires

Since 2002 I have leased and purchased vehicles from Ray Catena. My latest purchase was a 2018 Porsche Macan and I was very pleased with the both. On 10/8/2022 as I was driving the Break Fluid indicator displayed on the dash and after several days I brought it into Ray Catena Porshe Service. The car is under Warranty until 4/20/2023.I called for an appointment and was given one 4 days later, I spoke with the Service Rep and explained the issue I was having, he indicated that he would have the Mechanic Check. After he spoke with the Mechanic, he said that both front bleeder screws were leaking and there may have been some outside influence. I indicated that the last persons to touch the car was Ray Catena Service the prior year.I indicated that the car was under warranty and the rep said it would only cover Electrical. He also said it was very dangerous to drive the car and I would have to leave the car with him. At this point I found it strange that the Porshe Warranty only covered Electrical and that the car can't be driven, I drove it for the past week.The rep also indicated that I needed new tires and they had a great deal, he also recommended the 40k Maintenance for $2600.00, however the car only has 33k miles. I said "NO Thanks" and left the car with him.After leaving the Car, I became suspicious and called Porshe, they indicated that the entire Car is covered.In the end I paid $582.00 for 3 hours of Labor and $198.00 in Parts for 2 screws, Oil and Disposal, according to the Owners Manual the car only needed the brake fluid changed. The Service Representatives are on Commission so guess who gets screwed ?P.S. The Rep was very cunning, he was able to suppress me from receiving a Survey. that is the reason for this ReviewService: Auto maintenance

I brought my Porsche Cayenne to get a wheel alignment to Ray Catena after a reputable alignment shop refused to do the alignment. Keith my service advisor was excellent. He was attentive courteous and professional. I am a car enthusiast and explained my problem. He insured that the problem was fully analyzed before returning the truck. They always return your vehicle spotless and the service is the bet bar none. I will definitely recommend Ray Catena as well Keith.Service: Wheel alignment

Found a bolt in my tire late on Saturday. Called service which closed 1 hour later. My service advisor Frank got the new tire, got me in and replaced the tire staying 30 minutes after closing. Class act. Needed immediate service since I was leaving on week long trip Monday morning. That is SERVICE.Service: TiresService: Tires

Called in on 03/23 at 10:40AM to get the price for lane keep assist & high beam assist calibration due to windshield replacement. Was quoted $540 over the phone by service advisor. Made & appointment for 3/24 at 10AM.On 3/24 as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a greedy service advisor who immediately without even checking the price on computer told me it s going to cost $1350 I told him that I was quoted $540 over the phone but he completely ignored it & said that people who quote the price over the phone don t know what they are talking about.This place is a scam, please stay away unless you want to get ripped off.Wasted 2 hours of my time from work driving down to the dealership for nothing.Unfortunately there is no option to give them 0 stars.Service: Electrical

My experience this time was not good. Service Advisor seemed to drop the ball when I followed up with him about the status of my vehicle, I usually get a survey, but it seems my email address was compromised, an extra letter was added so that I would not get the survey. So odd I got emails right up to my appointment. I am assuming if your service is not good, change your customers email account so you don't get the follow up service survey.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Terrible. Dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it will be ready within a couple days. Mind you I waited 45 minutes to be checked in. My car was not ready till the following Friday. Picked it up, drove it away and a few minutes later I hear a noise coming from the front tire. All of my tire valve covers are gone. Awful customer service and terrible service place.

I just did 20k maintenance for my Porsche Cayenne. They told me 960 including labor for service. Once I got there, they changed the price up to 1850 without any reason. And they gave me a list which has long inspection list. When the car got ready, I figured out they changed my bill to 2064 for only changing oil and break fluid. Changing two kinds of oil takes more than 7 hours to do and I have to pay 1700 dollars for labor fee.

I called to confirm if they had the tires for my Cayenne in stock before I scheduled an appointment. They confirmed the tires were in stock and scheduled me for service. I go in for service only to be told the tires are not available.The service advisor Michael Indyk said they should have them later in the day but didn't know the time. I asked If I can get a loaner so I can leave my car there, he said he could not give me a loaner because I did not purchase my car from them (never heard of this before). He said he will call me later so I can bring my car in the next day to have the tires changed. I waited all day and no one called.I tried reaching out to him by the end of the day and the receptionist kept telling me he is with another customer and cannot take a call. I was finally able to reach him on my 4th attempt, now he said they did not get the tires and call back tomorrow. I wasn't going to deal with them anymore after wasting so much time.I called Princeton Porsche, they provided a loaner and took care of the tires the same day.I have received better service from Honda than Ray Catena Porsche. I will never go back to them for any service or purchase a vehicle.Service: Tires

Made an appointment on July 26, 2021 for a wheel alignment service, I chose the earliest appointment for august 6, 2021 7:30AM (well in advance) with the option of waiting. I received a text confirmation of my appointment and a phone call 2 days later confirming my appointment and asked if I had a ride or needed a ride. I told the lady that I would be waiting for the car, she replied that it would be 5-6 hours because they are very busy. I asked her how does she know they are busy 8/6/21 at 7:30AM? She said that s the average time right now . I am confused as I know alignments are done on an alignment rack and if I scheduled the first appointment that my car would be on that alignment rack first . I ended up telling her to cancel the appointment and would do it at another Porsche dealership.

Amazing service, easy pickup and drop service ..a good lounge for the customers where you have food drinks and wifi to work make sure you make your reservations beforehand for a smooth check in and checkout process ..it takes in Mercedes, porsche, Land Rover and Jaguar for servicing at this spot.

made 1st appointment in morning, then 4 hours to check engine light and sensors. They don't have part til next day and charged$190. Been to several Porsche dealer service centers, none would charge this much in this situation. Staff and facility was very nice or would rate 1 star.

I travel long and far to give Ray Catena my business. I would never go anywhere else. There are three dealers within five miles of me and I still prefer driving the sixty miles each way. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I've purchased seven cars and counting from them.
