Wonderful experience purchasing my new leased 2024 Honda Civic Touring from Open Road. I had the pleasure of having Thomas Kasper as my sales associate who was fantastic! He greeted me with an extremely pleasant demeanor. Not only was he informative and professional but was also extremely supportive in helping me find what car best suits my needs as well as what price range worked best for me to find the best deal. He went above and beyond to ensure that the whole process and transaction went smoothly and was stress-free. Thomas made sure I was comfortable and confident with my decision and was very accommodating with any questions I had throughout the process. The interior and exterior of my new car was spotless and kept in beautiful condition. If you are looking for a truly dedicated, accommodating, and honest sales associate I highly recommend Thomas Kasper at Open Road Honda. I absolutely love my new 2024 Honda Civic Touring and will definitely be back for my next lease!!

I cannot recommend Alex Torres at Open Road Honda of Edison enough! From the moment I walked onto the lot, his professionalism and dedication were evident. The buying experience at Open Road Honda was a pleasure due to the excellent customer focused service and support. The lease transaction was transparent, smooth, and quick. I will definitely consider this dealership for my future automotive needs.I have to update this review after waiting 5 months for the dealer to correct problems with the trucks that it have had missing screws clips and other issues... I got emails and phone calls from them that they gone correct the issues but 5 months nothing have been done and I'm guessing since it has been 5 months it's not gone be correct...I will be contacting honda Corp and I'm dropping there review from. 5 stars to 1...Got to treat you costumers little better after the sale is complete and if you promise something stand by your promise ...

I had a wonderful experience at open road Honda getting a new lease! Open road Honda is always so clean and everyone is always so nice and knowledgeable! VJ was my salesman and he was so great from start to finish. He showed me the car I wanted and explained everything about it in detail. Nick F. also helped me with the price point and explaining each of my options. Janine F was also very nice and helpful. VJ Nick & Janine were all very professional and got me in my brand new 2024 CRV Hybrid Sport! I am so obsessed with it! Thank you all so much!

I purchased a new 2024 Civic EX today. Erik Gomez was my salesperson today and a couple years ago. Both times he was very helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through pricing, options and features. Kevin in finance was also fantastic. Open Road Honda is my go-to for sales and service every time. Five stars!!

I had a wonderful experience at open road Honda getting a CRV at Open road Honda is friendly and everyone is always so nice I meet with Zeek Shah he was patient understood my situation he was my salesman and he was so great. Our sales Associate, VJ was courteous and very helpful. He was patient and took the time to explain various safety features and comparisons among the available models assisting us in making the best choice based upon our requirements and budget. We chose a Honda HR-V AWD in Urban Gray. Overall, we had a positive experience with all of the associates we dealt with. This is the third car we have puchased from Open Road. The last two were both Honda Fit. We traded in the 2012 (150,256 miles) and still have the other, a 2009 (145,000 miles). We are very satisfied Customers and recommend Open Road Honda.

Purchasing a car can be stressful. But having the RIGHT salesperson makes a huge difference. I highly recommend Einar 100% from open road Honda at Edison. He is genuine, professional, excellent with people skills and very understandable. My son was purchasing his very first vehicle and Einar made him feel comfortable. He gave us his undivided attention and explained the whole process of paperwork with such patience. We are very grateful and I personally will recommend him to anyone that want to experience at ease.

I just want to start off by saying this is one of the best experiences i had when purchasing a car, sales representative Edem went above and beyond during this whole process of making a deal with the new car, he was very patient and understanding of the whole situation and in the end we were able to make a deal. i highly recommend you guys check out this dealership they are very WILLING to work with you, couldn t have had a better experience he definitely deserves employee of the year.

Super happy with the car I was able to get and my seller, he was really kind and smart salesman. He helped me choose the best option out of the 2 cars that I was looking at. When you walk in ask for Jordy Rosario, you will leave with the car you want and the best deal. I noticed that he would try his best to work with you. Thank you Jordy and to Open Road Honda !

Wonderful experience at Open Road Honda Edison getting my new Honda Pilot. We had the pleasure of having Alex Torres as our sales associate, he greeted us with a very pleasant demeanor. he was really nice and very professional and made sure we felt comfortable with the whole process also took the time to explain everything very well and showed us all the cars to choose from so I can leave the place driving the car I wanted. I cannot recommend Alex and Mike (manager) enough for the great service and for having me driving the car I went to get. I'm in love with my car! =)

My experience @open road Honda was great! if you re looking for someone very experienced, down to earth and caring about your wants and needs ZEEK is your guy! He responded to my needs in an orderly fashion. Passionate about making sure my car experience was perfect, even though I was nervous. And the plus was he had me out of there in a jiffy !!! I would recommend him to anyone I know. He gets the job done and that dealership is lucky to have someone like him! I went to another dealership before coming there and he came out to greet us with great Customer Service, while the other dealership didn t come out at all! well done !

Had a very good buying experience at OpenRoad. Elizabeth was great at communicating. Once they confirmed the vehicle was in stock, Erik Gomez provided a streamlined, no hassle purchase. I was in and out pretty quickly. Kevin in the finance department also made the deal painless and quick.

Mike in the service department was wonderful. Everyone is always so nice at the Honda in Edison. My car was there for an oil change and a recall. It was done way sooner than expected. It s always nice to Mike Cislo, the car sales man as well! Everyone is always so kind and helpful there :)

Wanted to give a review for the team at Open Road Honda in North Edison New Jersey. Specifically dealt with John, Lou and Tenzin. We went to acouple dealerships and was treated best at Open Road Honda. Our car salesmen Tenzin was beyond accommodating, patient and fully understanding of our wants and needs with our new purchase. He made an effort to go above and beyond for us and we will definitely be a return customer when the time arises again for us to purchase a new vehicle. After I chose the car he prepared all the paper work and I came on the next working day to receive my car. He was very patient explaining all the features of the car. I will definitely come back. My dealership experience at Open Road Honda was delightful. The service advisor, Mike Colombo, went beyond his duties to make sure that my vehicle's issue is addressed immediately. The vehicle issue is a rare one and he even made sure I will have a loaner car while the technicians work on a car's part that was defective.Thank you Mike!

Having purchased my Honda Pilot here, I brought a family member wanting to purchase a civic and was pleased yet again by the customer service given. We shared a budget, asked questions and information was given freely. It also helped that Michael Serra is Spanish speaking to explain things better to my aunt. During our process we were offered coffee/water and were taken care of. Overall, I d come to open road Honda for all of my car needs.
