I ve dealt with a couple of MINI dealerships in both sales and service capacities, and MINI of edison is the place to go based on my experience.If you are looking to purchase / lease make sure to see Bill Dias.When it comes to the service department, they truly do their best to accommodate you whether when setting up an appointment or getting a loaner.George and Rachel are great at both pre and post service follow-ups, and Tarek, the manager, is approachable and will make sure your concerns are addressed and that you are satisfied.

The service department was excellent at the Mini Cooper in Edison. The issue was found and resolved immediately. The car needed a new fuel module. The part came in within a couple days and installed the same day it arrived. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they kept me informed.

It is the best service for Mini Cooper! I was extremely satisfied with their service. They are very detailed with repairs. You ll even get a video of the report! As they texted me the Lino with the service report video of Mini Cooper. Tarik , the service manager was amazing easy to talk to. He answered all my questions. Tarik was very helpful provided best customer service experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Hands down the best mini dealership and best service. I've been here a lot of times and every time is a pleasant experience. Shout out to Tarik, Fred, Rachel, and Quinn. Great service!! Staff is super nice, I've bought two Mini's from there and definitely recommend that location for service and purchase.
