All of the people are very professional. They are knowledgeable and provide excellent service at very reasonable rates. I have used many mechanic services but this one ranks number ONE. I would recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service.

We had a blown out tire on the parkway and was tow off to metro park service waiting for AAA service when Tommy offers to change the tire at no cost I really appreciate it because I am disabled and I can't do too much we also had helped by Paul so I wanted to thank Tommy and Paul their great service and appreciate the fact that they did it at no cost

They provided the best services I have ever experienced. I have them changed my brakes. They not only asked the lowest price in the area, but also cleaned my car inside out and provided a free oil change and filled up the wiper liquid! I recommended them to all my colleagues in the metro park.

I normally do not write reviews but I couldn't go without writing one here! I've only taken my car to Metro Park Services twice for repairs, but it will now be my go-to shop because not only is the work quality work, but the customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. Al & Michelle were always timely on updating me on my car status, and when I went to go pick it up they gave me a further discount on the price plus a free oil change! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great place that will perform quality work at competitive prices with exceptional customer service! THANK YOU!

Their service is just amazing the lady on the front desk is very helpful and polite. She was willing to answer all my question. And they also do free oil change over the $100 repairs. Which is a great deal. They also use genuine auto parts and provide the warranty on it. So if something happens during the warranty period you can ask them. Overall I am very satisfied with the serviceService: Oil change

I had my car fixed her after an accident. We paid in cash and the receptionist was nice and said to come back if anything happened. Then a couple months later, I found out from Toyota that they had not fixed my bearings. When I explained what had happened to the owner, he was very rude and completely dismissed what I was saying and now refuses to do anything. Be advised to ask for a proper receipt and paperwork for all the repairs made on your car!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my Shelby GT350 for an exhaust upgrade and they did a phenomenal job. They have the best customer service and top notch quality of work and super fast turn around. Highly recommend them for all your car needs.

The best service station, i have new suburban 2016 and they take care of the service like their personal car. I love the service, the owner AL is very nice/polite person and keep customers like family, the work is marbles and best Lowest price and on time service . Recommend service station for service needs includingservice and parts.

Great service!!!! They really know their stuff, explain it well to customers, and the owner gives fair prices for quality work. The mechanics are very professional & personable. This is the only place I trust taking my car to & I highly recommend it!!!

My family and I were on our way to NYC by way of the train in Edison. Our check engine light came on upon arrival and I ended getting a very good recommendation to take my car to Metro Park services. They were very kind and able to have my car fixed by the following morning. I was given an honest opinion about the car's problem and how to go about managing the issue. I hope I don't run into this problem again, but if I did and I happened to be near Edison, NJ, this is where I'd have my car towed.

I had my SUV brake replacement done by this shop last year. I called ahead for pick-up time and also I asked if they could also do an oil change. When I saw the bill, the nice lady said it was free of charge.I took a recent picture of the business and boy! they really mean what the lady behind the counter said to me last year.

Had a flat on the Garden State Pkwy and was able to safely exit - I saw this shop as I exited. They were able to get my spare within minutes and direct me to a proper tire place. Very accommodating!

They are honest and reasonable, and the issues were completely fixed. One of the times they even referred me back to the dealer for something that was still under warranty. They could have easily fixed it themselves and charged me for it. RELIABLE.

In an unexpected circumstance, when I was around 50 miles away from my home, my car broke down and I had to tow to the nearest mechanic which happened to be Metro Park. I had to leave the car with them and was told next day that the Alternator and Battery are bad and needs to be replaced with parts + labor cost of 500$. As I couldn t get it towed to my regular mechanic (around 50 miles away), I had no choice but to accept it. Next day the car was ready, I paid them the money and was happy to be behind the wheels.Unfortunately the happiness was very very short lived as within 30 minutes drive, the Engine light turned on with Charging System Error and car started shaking. I pulled over the car and googled to the to nearest Auto-zone. The guy on Autozone used a Volt-meter and immediately figured out the that voltage is dropping on idle. It is supposed to be above13.5 and Alternator should maintain the Voltage above 13.5 even by increasing the load (like AC or radio is turned on). I had to flush out another 400$ to get the Alternator replaced within 1 hour. The guys at Metro Park did NOT do a good job and should have checked that the Alternator is producing enough Voltage. Lesson for me is to stick with dealership or go with brands like Autozone and avoid these road-side mechanic shops like Metro Park Services to avoid hit and miss.The Alternator they put was of low quality and they shamelessly took advantage of my situation.

I have been to this place twice. In my experience, workers are honest, punctual and hard worker. You would not regret to visit whether you need as simple as oil change or big body work.

Very helpful and nice people.Went there to enquire about used car inspection charges and they offered to do it free. Even shared phone numbers of their customers who wanted to sell their cars.

Awesome service. Moving daughter from Florida to N.Y. Had car trouble on interstate and they were the first place we could get to. They stopped and checked her car out. He had us back on the road in few minutes.

Charged crazy amount $25 for a 10 min job of taking out a nail and filling it ....which is typically a $10 all other shops....even tire was not taken off the car for repair... First time and bad impression , not going there again.Service: TiresService: Tires
