I went to Jack to have both rear doors of my van replaced. Great overall experience. I was with him as he called so many of his different contacts to locate replacement doors that would be the best fit and price. Almost everyday Jack called me to give me an update from the delivery progress of the doors to him,getting the decals removed etc. I had the whole repair completed in less than a week. They don't make guys like Jack anymore!

If you're looking for a place where someone actually takes pride in their work, is honest and kind, look no further!!Talk about the absolute best auto service around! My hub is a mechanic, but someone hit us and broke our driver side mirror, so we would rather go to a third party. We decided to try Jack's because of his excellent reviews and him being so close to our house. Man were we impressed!! He met us right away and was very understanding of the situation. He allowed me to keep my car while he received the mirror and painted it, he called me all along the way to keep me in the loop. I dropped my car off and within the hour my mirror was installed to perfection and ready to go! I've had similar service within the Bonhamtown area and have always been disappointed, whether it took weeks longer to fix or my car came back messed up with new problems. Not with Mr Jack!! I could go on forever here, He is the asolute best!! Excellent prices, excellent work, just all around excellent!! Thank you so much Mr Jack, if we ever need work again we will be going straight to you without hesitation! Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

This is a first rate auto service shop! We brought a new car here with an emergency issue and they made time to take a look at our problem and fixed us up quickly and got us back on the road. Highly recommend this place and I d trust them with my car any day.

The owner is very rude and his attitude towards potential customer is the worst. Called to ask price and got yelled and hung up. AVOID THIS PLACE

I just picked up my 2013 Subaru, which got a new front bumper, one fender panel, and all the brackets, liners, etc needed to install them properly. Paint match is perfect and the car looks new again.Jack is old school - nothing slick about him or his shop. Don't let that fool you - he is very knowledgeable, creative, and detailed. A true professional.

Jack is awesome! I visited several mechanic shops in the weekend, they were either not have people working in the weekend or too busy, then I found this place. Jack help me out right after I got there. And the price is only half of other places!! Saved me lots of headaches! This guy is a complete nightmare. I paid him big bucks to fix my car and it sat there outside for months with no work being done. I can't even get into it but will say any good reviews for this place has to be family related. My family has been using Jack's Auto for well over 20 years. He is one of the most honest/professional Mechanics I have ever dealt with. Luckily, I haven't had to use him much (mainly because of items being under warranty with the dealership) but when we have, he has always produced quality work.

I was in an accident that happen to leave a huge hole in my front left fender. I have a 2011 Subaru Wrx Sti and was in need of a great auto body shop to make sure the car would be restored back to pristine condition. Jack s Auto Body was recommended to me by my local mechanic who I trust to work on my car. I had the work done and could not be any happier. Jack went above an beyond to make sure the work was done correctly. He installed and painted everything a completely new fender. He has been around for a long time and knows his stuff. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Jack is awesome! We were stranded on the side of the road; car completely dead; got towed to Jack s Auto Body in Edison; He investigated, diagnosed and repaired and we were back on the road in an hour and a half! I would highly recommend! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable!

Jack is a knowledgeable mechanic and a real straight-shooter. No frills, nonsense, or services completed without your consent. Cost of labor was very reasonable. I'm very glad I found a dependable mechanic in this area and I look forward to him servicing my car in the future.

Let me start by saying Jack is good as long as everything goes smoothly. If there is a problem, it's everyone else's fault and never his. If you are looking to get a car restored, DO NOT take it to Jack! He does not use a paint booth and air borne particles get into the paint.I took my 1968 corvette Nov, 2012 to him based on a recommendation and his self proclamation of being a corvette specialist. He worked on the car on and off for the first 6 months. Then the car sat outside on the dirt uncovered for 2.5 years resulting in frame and other metal parts getting rusted. He reluctantly agreed to fix everything at his cost. It took another 2 years before completion (over 5 years total). Granted the car needed a bit more than anticipated, however, how much additional work was needed by letting the car sit outside for 2.5 years uncovered.When almost done, he gives me a bill that is $15K more than I told him my budget was months before. I did not discuss it with him until the day he finished so that it would get done. I went over the bill and found duplication of work plus charges for things required to clean up the rust from letting it sit outside for so long. When I arrived to get the car, he had it blocked with another car, obviously expecting a disagreement with the charges. He agreed to $5k less in charges and was happy or so it seemed.There were some issues with the work he did. When I stopped in unexpected he took care of the areas where he missed painting. I discussed a few other issues with him to which he asked me to drop it off when I can. I called a week later and was told he will not do any more work on the car and never wants to see me or my car again.I had to detail the rough paint job with Clay bar, and I noticed the paint job is substandard with a lot of particulate in the paint all over the car. There are also some paint sags. For the amount of money he was paid, I would expect a more professional result.Over the 5+years, I noticed other projects sitting and never being touched. I listened to Jack complaining about other jobs including those he told customers to take elsewhere mainly because they wanted their projects completed in a timely fashion. I guess to some extent, I am at fault for not taking the car to a more reputable restoration shop.BEWARE if you need a restoration. Find someone who does only restorations like Fantom Works or Garage Squad.

I had a minor issue with my car while driving. I took it to my regular place, bur they said it needed to be fixed at the dealership. My husband convinced me to stop at Jack's so I stopped there to see if they could help. The mechanic on duty took one look at the car, ran and got his tool box, and fixed the problem within minutes. He saved me alot of time, money, and stress, Thanks

I hit a deer with my 12-year old Lexus and taking it to the dealer for repairs could have easily cost more than the value of the car. Instead I took it to Jack's Auto Service and the car was meticulously repaired for a reasonable price.

Jack is the real deal. I highly recommend this body shop. Jack was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. If you are looking for quality, efficiency and value for money, this is the place to go!

There is no Jack's auto service actually. I car had problems and was a about to stall so put maps to This place which isn't even there in the complex. There was another auto repair shop which was supposed to be open till 5pm but guess what no one was there at 4pm when car stalled right at this place. I had to call my insurance to tow my car to another auto repair then.

Hello Jack was an awesome Mechanic my car was not starting and had trouble I tat was Battery but apparently it was the connector to the terminal that was initially broken i took it to Jack and he instead of getting a new terminal he invited one which i presume is much stronger than the normal ones (other guys will simple ask you to get a new Terminal and new battery and a new amplifier or some thing else) i am glad i took it to Jack he analyzed the root cause and fixed ithe asked me to drive for few days and see if there is any issues and took it back for any other issuesthanks Jack

Stood all day with him couldn't fix an overheating problem at the end of the day said it was done both fans were running engine lite was on and tells me it's fine this will not pass inspection and something is not working right at all while two fans are running and still wants to charge me money went back to him he disconnected everything and still wanted to charge me money for this most of the time he kept on looking at the manual to figure out how to fix his problem I asked him if you knew how to install this and he said yes I don't think he knows much about electronic work or computers on cars all he had to do to put a fan control switch in that turned on at certain temperatures and shut off at temperaturesServices: Electrical repair, Engine repair
