Very friendly, courteous, and accommodating staff. Lucy, Eddie, and the rest of the staff were super nice, informative, and helpful. Lucy also managed to beat Costco's price on my new tires. Totally satisfied and grateful.

Eddie and his crew are the GOAT! They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. They noticed how the last people that "fixed" my brakes screwed me over. I literally had no brakes in the back! If you see the pics, then you know! Ladies, ask to see your old brake pads after you get new ones. The last shop that worked on my car charged me for 4 new brake pads and rotors and only changed the front ones! I'll keep my business at Firestone in Edison where my boy Eddie keeps it real and makes sure your car is safe!

Staff remains exceptional and makes the experience stress free and pleasant. They are very accommodating of walk-ins and completed work in a timely manner contacting me immediately upon completion. Wheels balanced and front end alignment completed so quickly it impressed me

Stay far away, especially if you are a woman! Please read ALL reviews for this location NOT just the good ones. I was told I needed a bunch of stuff done to my car upwards of $2,500.00. I was desperate to keep my car working so I got everything done as advised. Turns out they put a faulty catalytic converter in my car. The faulty part that was put in my car ruined the second converter. They replaced the 1st one under the warranty but refused to replace the second one that the faulty one ruined. I do not see how I would be liable to pay for the second converter when they ruined it. I wanted to speak to someone in corporate to get this resolved. The store Mgr Ron lied to corporate and said that he called to discuss this with me, the Regional Mgr Shawn lied and said that he called me (on a Sunday) corporate isn't open on Sunday. And the Divisional Mgr Danny lied and said that he spoke to me. I have no missed calls or voice messages from anyone at Firestone. No one has even tried to resolve this. Clearly this is not the reputable company that I thought it was. Get your car repaired at this location at your OWN risk. They barely wanted to honor the warranty on the faulty part that they put in. If you have any issues with your car, they will ignore you, give you an attitude and things will not get resolved. They are dishonest from the mechanic(mgr) all the way up to corporate. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I wish I had read ALL the reviews before I chose this location. BIG Mistake! I will also file a complaint with the BBB. And corporate if you have any interest in doing the right thing my corp complaint file # is 2793447 contact me.Response: That is a fake automated response that they send to every customer with a complaint. They have my file # with my info and details of what happened. No need for me to email them. I made 6 calls to "corporate " and got absolutely nowhere. After researching online every customer that had complaints with this company and location NEVER got their issues resolved. Which means if the mechanics rips you off or mess up your car you are screwed. Go Elsewhere.

I found out the hard way that not every Firestone is the same but I've never had any problems in Edison. Every time I've been there they were nice, they fixed what needed to be fixed and all with in a very reasonable amount of time. The only thing I'd recommend is getting some blinds or something for the waiting area to block the sun. Other then that I have not had any problems with the service at all, they're not the closest store to me but I will continue bringing my vehicles to Edison.

Ron and his team were great to work with. They explained everything they would be working on on my vehicle and it really made me feel at ease about getting my car serviced. They even showed me the older broken parts which they replaced and explained how it could have been damaged. Overall, I am very happy with my first ever visit to firestone and will continue to take my vehicle to this location.

I got a flat and they recommended me to get new tires. They did a absolutely wonderful job in the limited time I had. Thanks again.

Be careful going to this place without having a good knowledge of their services.I always bought lifetime alignment for all my cars from them. We just bought new tires (not from them ) and took the car there to buy lifetime alignment. The representative said they don't sell the service unless if the tires were bought from them or if we applied for a credit card . When I asked if this was all firestone or only theirs, he said it's nationwide.I called Springfield firestone to ask if this is true and they said no they sell it to anyone that's willing to pay. No need to buy tires or open credit card.I have been taking all my cars to them since 2009, after today they won't earn my business.

Went today for oil change and Eddie the manager was there (even on Sundays) he took care of my car few times already.. very professional and understanding.. I ve been a Firestone customer for over 20 years..thank u guys..Also want to thank Miguel the technician..

eddie & his team are truly awesome !!! had a nightmare event that ended in my brakes failing (work done at an out of state firestone) and eddie quickly and efficiently got down to business as to what happened, and was able to fix it super fast too. i really appreciate eddie & his entire team for helping me out , will definitely be back for all my maintenance !

If I could, I would give this place negative stars. Went in for an alignment and tire rotation. They call me an hour later with a list of things that need to be replaced. Wheel bearing, bald tires, cabin and engine filters totaling around $3000. The wheel bearing is fine. The tires are fine. The best part is they told my cabin and engine filter were extremely dirty. I just changed them 3 days prior to my visit, brand new. They didn t even bother to look and said they were dirty. Oh and they didn t even rotate my tires. Bunch of scammers. Avoid at all costs

Recently took my vehicle to this location for broken A/C unit. The guys upfront were very friendly, did a great job, Being a woman I was uncomfortable coming alone but Eddie made me feel comfortable, quoted me and didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote, and got it done on time. Good, honest mechanics! Very happy with the experience. Will return for future maintenance!

Terrible Experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care - Avoid at All Costs!I recently had the unfortunate experience of scheduling an appointment at Firestone Complete Auto Care, and I must say it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I took the time out of my busy schedule to book an appointment, hoping for a smooth and efficient service. However, my visit to their facility left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and outright infuriated.Despite being aware of the typical delays that can occur in auto shops, I decided to schedule an appointment to avoid long wait times. To be on the safe side, I informed the front desk guy that I was willing to wait for up to four hours, as I understood the nature of their business. Unfortunately, it seemed my gesture meant nothing to the staff.The front desk guy I encountered was the epitome of laziness and rudeness. He seemed disinterested in helping me and exhibited a nonchalant attitude that made it clear he didn't care about providing quality customer service. I approached him with my appointment details, but he barely glanced at his computer screen and offered no apologies for the inconvenience caused. It felt like I was bothering him with my presence, as if he couldn't be bothered to do his job properly.My experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care was nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this establishment. Their inability to honor appointments, combined with a lazy and rude front desk staff, is a clear sign of their unprofessionalism and disregard for customers.

Conveniently located next to Menlo Park mall. Sometimes, if the service takes 2-3 hours , we leave it here , go to the mall and come back :). Nice service and the team here takes care of customers well. Have been using them for the past 7-8 years . Well done team ..

I just got back from Firestone Complete Auto Care in Edison and want to say, I was taken excellent care of by manager Eddie and team member Lucy. I bought new Bridgestone tires here today. The service was prompt, professional, and top-notch, along with the pricing, in a word, terrific.Would absolutely recommend this location, professional team and the super service they provided me.My thanks and appreciation.

Do not go there. I had my vehicles oil change and tire rotation done there. Later in the day I looked at my vehicles hubcaps and noticed no fingerprints on them. They were dusty from brake dust.I brought my vehicle back and spoke to the manager Eddie Alonso. I informed him I didn't think my tires were rotated. He went in the back and spoke to the mechanic. The mechanic told him he did rotate the tires.I had the manager come out with me to look at the hubcaps, after looking at the hubcaps he agreed there were no marks on the hubcaps if they were recently removed. He then went in AGAIN to speak to the mechanic. The mechanic told him again that he did rotate the tires.I was then speaking to the manager when another service writer Chris started to intervene with my conversation. I told him to mind his business and then he started berating me. I asked the manager to shut the employee down since he is the boss and he just stood there doing nothing. Then me and the other employee got into a heated argument lasting about 5 minutes. The worthless manager EDDIE ALONSO just stood there doing nothing. This guy along with the employee should both be fired.I have been a customer of this Firestone for over 20 years. This manager looks like he just came out of prison with a ridiculous hair cut. He looked sloppy and totally unprofessional.I strongly warn people to stay away....

If your looking for great customer care, look no further. The Manager Eddie Alonso, was very detailed and clear on answering all my questions in reference to replace one of my tires. I have insurance on all my tires and Eddie got on the phone with my insurance company and patiently answered all the agent's questions professionally. His team was also very helpful and courteous. I've had been to numerous places and by far this is the right spot to do further business with. You have a new customer my friend and I will return soon. Thank you for all your help.

I got the appointment scheduled the day before and there was not much of a wait time. My car needed brake pad and rotor replacement. It was all done in1 hour after the initial inspection. Got 12 months/12000 miles warranty. And the best part, got some upfront pricing discounts. Overall I would say a good place for auto care.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Absolute garbage service - made me wait for 2.5 hours just to tell me that my alternator replacement will cost 1400$ (I got it done for 700 else where instead). The manager has the worst customer service skills I've seen to date..told me to go else where if 1400$ was too high....And they gave me a false invoice stating my alignment check was performed which was not the case even though my whole family has lifetime alignment checks here. Terrible and the most horrific customer service possible. AVOID

I have a lifetime tire alignment plan with Firestone. I went to Firestone in Edison on March 22 at 11 am to get my car alignment done. I gave the worker my car keys there and returned an hour later. The car was not even taken inside to get the alignment done once I went back to the shop. I asked again and they said we are taking the car now , but still did not. Another hour passed by and the car was still there and no work was being done. At that point, 3 whole hours passed and the employees kept saying 15 minutes more . Not only was the alignment not started, but they kept delaying the APPOINTMENT. I had taken an appointment in order to avoid waiting in line for my turn. Despite the appointment, they kept giving the excuse that we also need to take in walk-in customers too. I LEFT THE SHOP AT 2:50 pm without my car alignment done. WHEN MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 11 am.My appointment was not even considered, but the employees were immensely rude and disrespectful. It s so ridiculous to receive such useful customer service and waste time when you have saved an allotted time slot for your services. I am strongly disappointed and unsatisfied with the services and respect were given by this shop, as I have been a Firestone customer�for over 8 years.Service: Wheel alignment
