Not the best customer service. I simply call for some tech advice for my 5 series and was transferred 4 times until they canceled my call.I called about warning information being displayed on my service board.Also, I had an appointment scheduled for inspection and maintenance and was continuing to be ignored and over priced because my 5 series is no longer under warranty.

For the last few years, I have been going to my service advisor, Anthony Cimini. If you need service for your BMW, definitely ask for him. He is extremely professional, keeps it 100 with you and addresses all your questions and concerns. He does not beat around the bush and calls it how he sees it. At the end of the day, we want to make sure our BMW is fully serviced so we leave the dealership satisfied, which is what he ensures. He is also very communicative if your waiting and responsive if you reach out to him via phone. Thank You, Anthony, for your continued partnership!

Typically I've always been wary of dealership shops but I've been going to this location since I got my car over 10 years ago. Even though the staff is new and the location has moved, the service team has been exemplary. John Ladany, the service manager there, has done an amazing job making you feel taken care of. The only downside is there is sometimes a wait but its probably because everyone takes their car to this dealership rather than the other ones near them.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Wendell made my experience a great one! I received the absolute BEST service from him and the open road team! My husband and I, relied on Wendell s expertise in the industry as we worked with our warranty company to repair a new issue with our BMW X5. He made what is usually a daunting process for the automotive industry seem quick, easy and straightforward. If I could give 10 stars I would! Just dropped my sons car off for scheduled maintenance last week and was promptly greeted by a friendly staff .Car was done on time and washed when I came to pick it up after work ! Excellent service .

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had dropped off my vehicle on Tuesday 10am with them and had a shuttle back to my home. My drop off was by appt. 32 hrs had passed prior to me hearing anything regarding my vehicle. I had called three times to not be assisted. I should preface that I brought my car in due to drive train light turning on but then turning off within 5 hrs. Once someone finally got back to me to let me know that they STILL didn t know what was wrong with my vehicle yet sent me a once over video exclaiming everything looked good with my vehicle: I was very upset because they mentioned doing a diagnosis by hooking my car up to the machine. Now full 49 hrs has passed and still no communication, I finally get a text from the person overseeing my vehicle for her to tell me they aren t sure fully but assume it s the timing chain and labor alone will be $10,000. I m infuriated at this point because I m still not getting a solid answer yet being told POTENTIALLY how much labor would be: I told them to release my vehicle I ll head to pick it up. I pay $300 for a diagnostic fee of which I feel is RIDICULOUS and should be reimbursed. I not only take my vehicle to a bmw specialist in West field for them to review my vehile, mention I just needed a proper oil change and the oil chamber reservoir to be replaced $700 and that was it! BMW if Edison is COMPLETE rip offs and I will repost this on all feedback and review forums.

At Open Road BMW for basic service X3. My service advisor Gina Costa was very helpful and knowledgeable about my questions on service plans when purchasing my lease and tire options. She had a great smile and is the best. Highly recommend. Thanks again Gina *****!!

David was my advisor. He had to deliver bad news letting me know my warranty expired. He did so very professionally and explained exactly what happened. He made my experience go from bad to very good. As a matter of fact I ended up buying a new car while they serviced my current car.

I came into the BMW Center when I found out I had a flat tire, and was met by Tony when I arrived. He and Anthony Cimini immediately helped me out and took care of the issue. I recently visited Open Road BMW for routine maintenance. Upon arriving, Mr. Fred Heid, who was my Service Advisor, informed me of two recalls on my car. He was very professional and explained to me in detail the work needed to be performed on my car. As was leaving, he encouraged me to reach out to him whenever I have any questions about my vehicle. I have been getting my vehicles from this dealership since 2008 and nothing but the best experience. Especially when it comes down to my service advisor John Ladany. He is always available to answer my phone calls and at the same time gives me daily updates when my car is being serviced. He also makes sure my car is nice and clean at every pickup. I was told when I bought my BMW that this dream machine burns more oil than other cars and therefore BMW offers free quart of oil if you pull up to their maintenance shop. This has been true until this Wednesday when my car warned me to add oil and I stopped at Edison BMW. To my surprise the guy told me to go inside and purchase a quart. Mind you while I don't live in that area my car was purchased at this dealership. What a shame. I live near Princeton BMW and they have never denied me.

I recently ordered a new battery for my X4 from the parts department. The Parts Service rep Jose was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the process and left me quite confident in making my decision to replace, order and have the new battery installed. I received several follow up phone calls indicating the battery was available and ready for installation. My service rep John Ladany immediately arranged to have the battery installed.
