I would highly recommend APC to anyone, from the time I walked in the entire staff was friendly and very professional, the repairs completed was like factory new, they kept me informed on a timely basis on the progress of the repairs and delivered the car before the scheduled time.

Was referred to this shop by an insurance carrier from a rear bumper accident a few months ago. I have to say that the customer service from this shop from beginning to end changed my perception on auto body repair customer service. From the front desk person, to the person that did the intake to finally getting my car back. Service was fast, efficient and all the paperwork was prepped with detailed explanation. Laurie was amazing! My car came out clean on the outside as well as the interior. Even my weather tech all weather lining was sparkling clean! Thank you!!!

My car was hit by a tree and the damages were significant. Both mirrors destroyed and a bunch of scratches and dents all over the car. I took it to Auto Pro Collision because they work with my insurance company, and I m very glad i did. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, and updated me regularly during the repair process, and were always available if i had any questions. And when i went to pick it up I didn t even recognize my car because it looked brand new! Could not be happier with the results and any repairs in the future I would absolutely use them again. By far the best experience with a repair shop I ve ever had and I would recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Laura is incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first time taking my car to a repair shop and she explained each step of the process to me clearly, leaving me with no questions. Whole process was smooth and the repair work was great.

I wish there is an option to choose no star at all. Be careful when you bring your vehicle at this location. Make sure you take pic of your vehicle at the parking lot and check everything at the time of picking up. Don't just pay attention to the damage area that was fixed but check everything else. Original emblem from my vehicle was stolen and why I am saying this because, if the emblem would have fallen somewhere else, there would be mark of missing letters and not all the letters would have fallen at the same time. After removing it from the front side, the car was polished otherwise I would have definitely noticed it. It was my bad not noticing it because my car was brought to fix door side panel damage so I checked only that part while taking delivery without realizing that front emblem has been completely missing. When I realized, it was too late but luckily, I had a pic taken at their parking lot at the day I dropped it and that shows the front emblem was present but missing on other photos taken later. The date between two pic was only 14 days a part.

I would like to start off by saying the lady at the front desk was nice. As for everyone else i ve dealt with: no one would listen. anytime i said something some random dude who called himself a mechanic kept saying it s regular wear and tear. $15k later from my insurance and my trunk is still misaligned and is bulging out from one side where water can enter. also i was told my driver side front wheel bearing is bad from wear and tear AFTER the repair. If the damage is on the driver side, and the driver side wheel bearing took damage and is now making noises, how does it not get repaired? my car had engine codes in it from the exhaust valves. it s either not plugged in or they never checked it out. so much for professionalism. also had water in my headlight which was never an issue before and was addressed when i brought it in but like everything else i ve brought up got dusted under the rug under the wear and tear excuse. will not be bringing any of my cars here again and will be spreading the word of my experience. also was never called back for re-repairs or any update on my wheel bearing, trunk, or headlight. i am now in the process of hiring a private mechanic to check everything that was replaced to make sure nothing is missing and that they ve not charged my insurance for something they did not fix. please do your research and read review to pick a collision shop for you.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

I have black Lexus and I got little bumper swiped on my door with white car. It was basically vandalized at the parking lot. I called few places around the area to see what it would cost me since It would be less than my insurance deductible. I went AnJ bodyshop on Saturday morning and Frank at the shop was very honest and helpful. He told me I would not want to paint and just buff it off. Which totally made sense than repainting the whole door (which they can make money). Other shops told me to repaint it so they can make more money!!! I really appreciated his honesty; he told me not 100% would come off but it would be much btter for the car value not to repaint in this case.When the job was done, I asked him how much it would cost me and Frank told me frankly Not to worry about it . I was very suprised!! All the bodyshop in Edison area was busy giving me estimate of $150 - $250 for this job.If I get into accident, I would totally come to AnJ rather than other places who I can actually trust their word. Thanks Frank!!!

When my mercedese Benz crashed , being a german car was little concerned getting it fixed outside an authorized Mercedes dealershipbut i was I was referred to this place by GEICO ,Staff is Professional and very friendly and politethe know their work , Just enough updates to keep ypu inofrmed with status but not flooding your inbox with emails and text messages , Job done in time ( before time in my case )car came as good as new , very clean repair

Hello - I had my car (hit by someone) was repaired with them. As they are Tesla certified bodyshop, I picked them.The car was taken to their NY bodyshop and got it repaired there and brought back to Edison for me to pick up. They replaced with new side door. If I am not mistaken, they even washed /cleaned the outside of the car :)The work was done great and it has been 3+months and no issues with it so far.The receptionist (Laurie Ross) is fantastic. She is very patient with me, friendly and answer the Q's.Keep up the great work and customer service, you could do wonders.Cheers !

They are highly professional and kind. I was greeted with smiles when I first went to the shop. They explained the process clearly to me and I received daily updates. They also called me to let me know how the repair was going. I am 100% satisfied with the repair job they did. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I had a great experience with my insurance repair at Auto Pro. They are busy, but I recognize that's a good thing. From the beginning, they were thorough and communicative. I appreciated that they called when an earlier spot opened up on their scheduled and they were able to repair my car a couple of weeks prior to my original appointment. I appreciate Laurie at the front desk reminding me to take important belongings, including some I wouldn't have thought of, as well as coordinating a ride to and from the rental car company. All-around a great experience and quality work. Would use again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I used Auto Pro Collision as they are a preferred shop through Allstate. They have a long wait to get your car in for repairs, but they were very open about that and it s because they are very good. They finished my vehicle in a work week, repair was great, and they even cleaned the car. They were very communicative and I would go to them again for any repairs needed.Service: Body & Trim

My car was damaged by another repair shop- drove it through the gate and damaged to roof and antenna. While attempt to repair the roof and antenna, the original shop cut the wiring to the on call system and navigation. I took the car to Auto Pro due to the fact that they would work with my insurance company for the cost of repair after unable to have the original butcher shop refused to provide their insurance information. Auto pro did a very nice job repairing the damages to my roof, the antenna, and worked with car dealer's service department to repair the wiring and computerized portion (wiring housing, wires, etc). Auto pro stayed in communication and advised progress. All my expectations were met. I would recommend their services.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Brought car in after being rear ended. The car was finished a few days earlier they originally told. Couldn t tell anything happened to the car on the first place. Looks like a new car again. The staff made the entire experience run very smoothly after I was in my first accident. My repairs were finished in a reasonable time at what I thought was a fair price, and were courteous in providing updates along the way. After someone hit my Lexus in a parking lot I brought my car there because they were affiliated with State Farm Insurance( the insurance company of the person who hit me) They were very upfront and honest and gave me a very frequent updates and when all was said and done they did such a beautiful job that my car looked better than ever. They do gorgeous work. I dealt with Ronald and he was great And the lady at the desk is super nice and helpful as well.... I was so happy with them That I asked them to write me an estimate on a small dent I have in my passenger door. I will continue to use them from this point on and I m glad that I was introduced to them. Highly recommend

Nice people however tracking is not accurate - they will not call to let you know either. Be aware.Original pickup date was extended at the EOD last minute.Edit: Extended my pickup date again. Thanks for calling this time and letting me know instead of me coming first and wasting time. Changed review.

I had 11k worth of work done to a vehicle involved in a frontal collision (including airbag deployment). The shop was courteous and took the time to answer every question I had with patience (Thanks Ronald!) even though they're extremely busy. I called them probably five times throughout the repair process with questions. The car looks perfect, better than it was before the accident. Paint matching was great, all parts fit together perfectly, and the car was returned to me cleaner than when it arrived at their shop. No more of that dreaded airbag smell. The paperwork provided on the repair was thorough for my records. They painlessly handled everything on the insurance side as well. It's obvious they care about their customers. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done.

A very pleasant experience having my car fixed at this location. Laurie, at the front, is a sweetheart & was truly a pleasure to speak with whenever i called answered all of my questions as best she could and always gave a call back if she couldn t immediately answer my question! Jeff did a phenomenal job with my repair & communicated with me as best he could, esp when it came to a delay in pick up. i would recommend this place to anyone!I recently got into a minor accident and knew immediately where I wanted to take my car. I'm updating my rating to 5 stars bc Auto Pro truly is the best! My car looks brand new and the repair took LESS than the projected time. Everyone at this shop is kind, helpful and professional. Hope to not get into an accident anytime soon but I know exactly where I'll be going if that were to happen!

This company has really impressed me from both a quality and efficiency perspective. My car needed a bit of body work and I figured it would take a week maybe two. This crew did it within a few days. Even with the delayed parts shipment ( due to shortages) the team went above and beyond to work with me and keep me informed on the delivery updates. Overall I am very happy with the results! They were on point. I can't stop singing their praises. Ronald, Laurie and Kyle amazing. The whole team is awesome. They saved my life and my car and I am forever grateful. I mean I was a wreck and they made my experience a painless experience. I almost feel like I missed our weekly communication but I am glad I have my car back. Thanks again!!! They deserve ten stars in my book. :)

Had given my Alfa Romeo as someone had brushed the side of it when it was parked at my place. The insurance company recommended it so went with them as they were closer. The work overall seem to be good so far (has only been 4 days but they promise lifetime warranty on it until we own the car) but they can do a lot better on customer service, cleanliness and keeping the customer informed. I had to call to get status updates on the car when you expect them to tell you, the car didn't seem to be washed which I specifically requested as the mats were dirty with rain / mud and they even handed down the keys to me when I went to collect my car without even verifying my DL which I was surprised. What if someone else was overhearing the conversation with them and took my car posing as me? Don't know if I will recommend them to any of my friends..

Everyone was very professional and pleasant--superior customer service. A special shout out to Laura, Ron and Kyle! AutoPro replaced my Mercedes CL250 front bumper timely and with no fuss. They kept me in the loop at each step on a Mercedes CL250. Excellent work, competitive prices and I would definitely recommend them for any work. I found my new auto go to!
