So far so good! My rep, Theo Draco, was amazing! He was super patient and answered any/all concerns and questions I had. I love his energy and ability to make people feel at ease. I've always heard horror stories about companies that offer extended coverage, but there seems to be a high standard for customer service here. As a dealership representative I have worked with many extended warranty companies, American Dream Auto Protect is by far the easiest company to work with. Gary Sims was excellent to work with. I would recommend this extended warranty to anyone looking for excellent service and coverage.

Nick Moore was my claims advisor his dlilgence and professionalism was second to none. Nick was exceptional and his timely response was a great help to me. I contacted him and he jumped right on my claim and he knows his business. I would recommend this company and Nick to anyone that needs an extended warranty.

American Dream Auto warranty is the best warranty provider for my 2018 Range Rover with 130k miles. They always have me covered. I spoke with this rep Theo about 10 days ago informed him that my account was compromised and that as soon as I received the new card I would call back and give him the new one he was very understanding and I was grateful for that. I spoke with again on 03/27/2024 and again he was great he remembered I gave him my information as promised he change a few things on my contract without hesitation great speaking to him great doing business with him .Thanks Theo for being so helpful.

Sam helped me in every way possible. Working with him was a definite pleasure. He was clear about what American Dream could offer me. Although he checked all the boxes for good salesmanship, his manner did not come off as pushy at all. If he really does not care about the welfare of a 70 year old woman, you cannot prove it by me. I spoke with Sam several times over a 3 day period and his treatment of me never changed. He was polite, concerned, and sincere. You have a winner here American Dream and I expect that he will rise in your company if you realize what a gem you have. I was a purchasing agent for a large company for many years and have experienced every style of salesman and representative that there is, so when I say he has the right stuff, I know whereof I speak!Thanks, Sam!!!

DO NOT CALL! I called to inquiry, didn't like the price or plan they quoted me and said no thank you. The rep then called me back 5 times demanding that I agree to take the policy. Every time I said no thank you. Since then they have called me 4 times a DAY all from different numbers. When I ask to be removed they hang up on me.Update. I was called by a manager to discuss my experience, informed me that the sales employee that I initially spoke to was fired, and was asked to take this post down. Telling me that my post was putting his job in jeopardy. He even tried to play the kid card, "your post is affecting the lives of my children". I waited, and was considering it, until today. When my phone rang 4 consecutive times all from this company. I was in a meeting and sent the calls to voicemail. I was left voicemails and then texted. All asking if I am still interested in their product that I have very clearly said I am not interested. Seriously unbelievable.

I have to say that I've been with them a few month , but today I had the pleasure of speaking with Theo Drako.... he is amazing, amazing customer service, patient, understanding, problem Solver, offers solutions, I was going to cancel for personal reasons, but after a wonderful and insightful conversation with him, and he going above and beyond to make sure that I as a client, was happy and satisfied, needless to say, I'm still a faithful customer thanks to Theo!!! He is amazing and a true asset to this company!

I work with quite a few extended warranty companies from the service side of the business, to help my customers with their vehicle repairs. Most shops HATE extended warranties because dealing with them are such a hassle. This was BY FAR one of the easiest, stress-free, warranty experiences I have had. Bought 3 warranties from John Allen and was very pleased with his service and professional courtesy and the plans! Unfortunately, had to cancel one of the plans and Sam Cooper, quickly helped me cancel the correct plan and was also very courteous and understanding! Great company with superb customer service! I had a problem with my policy cancellation. Two guys were extremely helpful in getting the problem satisfactorily resolved.I don t normally write reviews but these guys were great .Sam Cooper and Theo Draco. Hopefully you never have a problem but if you do try to get these guys to help.

Mr. Cooper was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of the warranty and answered all questions that I could come up with. I will definitely recommend him to any of my friends who are looking for an automobile policy.

I just wanted a quote, which I still never got. They started calling, and calling..... And calling. They are very rude and will lash out at you quickly, if you hang up they will promptly call you back and seem baffled that you don't want them to call you. Complete harassment! Run!***EDIT***They keep calling constantly, their reasoning is to ask me to remove this review.... NOOOOOO.. it's the truth. Never inquire with them about anything, they will NEVER leave you alone!! Many complaints filed with AG, (although he's too busy sueing the president.) Again, I still don't even have a quote from these idiot. STAY AWAY!!
