Let s face it .No one wants to get into an accident but they happen and after our car was struck from behind I started looking for a local auto body place with a high rating and although it was further than a lot of others I went with K2 in Edgewater (which had the highest rating that I could find) and I m very glad I did. I can honestly say that I could not have expected or asked for a better experience From start to finish I did not need to do anything other than drop off the car and pick up the car. Eric, the owner, took care of everything he spoke with the insurance company and handled everything and there was ZERO out of pocket for me .It took less than a week, and it probably could ve been a couple of days but when the manufacturer tried to send aftermarket emblems for the liftgate Eric was not having it and demanded they send OEMs which they did! Thank you Eric and K2 Auto Body for a perfectly executed job!

It's been almost a month since Eric from K2 Auto Body delivered my car like brand new. It had a scratch and dent from the driver side door to the back bumper. When I made the appointment to get an estimate, Eric so graciously waited for me even though I was running late. He explained how he was going to do the body work, how much time it would take, what it would cost if I paid out of pocket or put it through the car insurance. I trusted him from the moment I saw him, and knew that I had been guided to go there. My son and grandsons were with me that day and they felt very comfortable too. Eric is a very down to earth guy who love his business, but take good care of his clients. He arranged my rental car and delivered my car on time. Thank you Eric at K2 Auto Body, you are the best!

Where do I begin? K2 Auto Body is a hidden gem right in between "The Square at River Road" and "Edgewater Motors". Eric J is THE man! K2 Auto Body team revived my Audi S4 after I had a minor rear end bumper accident. The results were spectacular and it looked BRAND spanking new. These guys are true professionals at what they do. They treated my car with respect, had floor mats inside to prevent dirtying my car, and returned my car completely clean inside and out.I'm super nit-picky with where I choose to bring my cars and Eric handled everything for me once my car was in his shop. He followed up daily with texts and pictures to keep me in the loop. He offered a reasonable quote, with quick turnaround and was super considerate to my schedule. I even had a couple minor things that I requested for him to add/ fix and he was very accommodating.From one car enthusiast to another, if you need any auto body work, bring it to Eric. He'll get you right. Needless to say, he has earned a loyal customer, thanks Eric!

Absolutely amazing service, guarenteed my go-to shop for future needs. After discovering my car had been key scratched DEEP, I was adamant to get it repaired sooner rather than later. Eric and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Not only did they give me the absolute best price for the job, but their confidence spoke volumes. All other shops in the area wanted double or more for the fix and essentially told me the badges/spoiler would guaranteed be broken during the process. Not only that, but that they wouldn't be able to work on it for another month. Eric and his team got my car in under a week, gave me constant updates, and were absolute pleasure to work with preserving the badges/spoiler to boot. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the service and would easily recommend them to everyone. Easy 6/5 stars.Service: Painting

I contacted Eric at K2 to repair my wife s 2020 Jaguar F-Pace after an accident. While the damage was relatively minor, it required care to repair and Eric was thorough and professional, helping me understand the process, costs and timing.When I picked up the car, I couldn t believe the transformation. He fixed damage beyond what we agreed and the car looked as close to new as it had in years. Everything was perfect, and the details - such as door gaps - were spot on. While I hope I never have another occasion to use K2 s services, if I do, they ll be my first call.

The only good thing about me swiping a parking pillar was meeting Eric at K2 Auto Body. He was really easy to work with, welcoming and honest, and also fair in pricing. I'm going to send everyone I know who needs body work to K2 Auto Body. While I hope I won't need his services ever again, I know I'll be going straight back to Eric and his team if I do. I contacted Eric on a Friday after I accidentally hit my car bumper on my garage door. The car s bumper was sticking out which was a hazard to anyone walking by. As a mother of three small children, I needed access to my car as soon as possible. Eric asked whether I could come in the next day for him to take a look at it. I came in early on a Saturday morning, and he was able to fix it on the spot. He was kind, helpful, honest and very friendly. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know and I will definitely return.

What a remarkable experience. My Audi got hit and run by a DoorDash guy and I was very frustrated with the way Geico was handling my case but Eric stayed and worked with me throughout the entire time.He assured me by being transparent and professional, even went above and beyond to make sure that my expectations are met. I was devastated when I scratched the side of my brand new SUV, driving through a narrow parking garage. Eric and his team at K2 Autobody were recommended to me, and I was thrilled with the outcome.Communication from the start was seamless. I sent Eric photos of my SUV, and he quickly responded with an estimate. He fit me into their schedule promptly and worked on my vehicle over the next week. During the week, he sent me photos of their progress, which I appreciated. The bodywork and paint to match were perfect. My SUV looks brand new again, and I am so thankful for Eric and his team. I highly recommend K2 Autobody and will absolutely use them again in the future, if needed.

This review should've been posted a long time ago, but better late than never. Eric and the team did an excellent job fixing the trim on my AMG GT when the dealership wouldn't step up to the plate. Their quality of work is impeccable, prices are fair and they're always upfront and straightforward about what needs and doesn't need to be done. Rest assured when you place your beloved vehicle in their hands.Update: K2 came to the rescue once again after my G wagon got side swiped by a ignorant lane changer. The guys at K2 are still consistently doing top quality work, still honest, professional and efficient. Every time I come here it has been an all around great experience. If your car needs work, take it to K2, you have enough to worry about, let them take care of this for you.

Eric and the whole team at K2 are good as it gets. Someone rear-ended my high-end car, and the bodywork and paint blending is so perfect you could never guess anything happened, flawless work.Eric also went to bat for me with the other parties insurance company, made sure they dramatically increased their initial lowball estimate and made sure the repair was done with new OEM parts. He even took care of the rental. He arranged to have them pick me up at the shop when I dropped it off and have Enterprise drop me back to get my car after I returned the rental. Eric makes the whole process as painless as possible, giving you frequent updates and pics of how the work is going.I can't recommend this shop enough. I'll never go anywhere else.

I recently needed to have my entire Corvette front bumper repainted due to chips and minor damage. K2 Auto Body came in highly recommended by many of my friends as a trusted place to do the work.Without delay, I made my appointment and dropped off the car with Eric. Eric was instrumental throughout the whole process with a very open line of communication.My car was ready within a few short days and the results were excellent! Completely floored. Having your car damaged is the worst. Usually the experience of getting it repaired with insurance and a body shop makes it even more terrible. Not with K2.From the beginning of the experience when I first contacted Eric, it was clear that he cared. He facilitated everything from timing of when an adjuster would be at his shop and dropping my car off, to organizing rental pickups.He was super communicative about all aspects of the repair (almost daily), sending pictures of the progress and mentioning any issues along the way.He took excellent care of my 2022 Audi S and I absolutely recommend him and his team. The guys at K2 did an INCREDIBLE job.I've had a taxi cab passenger swing open a door as I was passing by. The impact sent my driver side mirror flying and left a two foot dent in the door.Eric guided me through every step of recovery. I've received advice on how to approach my insurance and pursue the taxi. I was briefed on the materials and what was beyond salvaging and needed replacement.Ultimately, K2 made sure the car looked as good as new and door/window/lock/mirror operated as intended.After having multiple prior incidents, and having dealt with other body shops, there is no one else - besides K2 - I'm going to trust going forward. Period. I recommend their business wholeheartedly and with no reservations. Let my testimony and those of others leave you in no doubt.

First off I d like to share that Eric is a down to earth guy and really knows his stuff.I brought my car here to repair some bumper damage that I thought would cost thousands.Eric was able to take a look and give me a very reasonable estimate a lot lower than I expected.Needless to say the price and the quality of work he performed to make my car look like new will keep me a customer for years to come!

I was a customer at the neighboring auto body and I accidentally scuffed the K2 owner s truck with my car while backing out of the narrow driveway. He saw the whole thing and was really nice about it. I offered to pay to fix his scratch but I guess since my car got the worst of it, he took mercy on me. Both body shops in that little enclave have great reputations. Good people.

Can t think of a better experience for a body repair. Eric, the owner, has been super transparent, professional, and detailed from the very beginning. He takes pride in his work and won t do just an alright job. I rarely leave a review only if it deserves an absolute five stars. Strongly recommend it for any type of body work w/o a single doubt.

My husband and I had such a good experience with Eric and his team when we took my husband's car to K2 Auto Body that the next week we were back to have some scratches / chips taken out of the bumper of my car. They also fixed a loose piece inside my door that was making noise and even washed my car inside and out which was amazing. Afterward, Eric goes over every detail of the work done with you and makes sure you are totally satisfied with the job. Good price and quick turn-around too. Highly recommend.

I came in for a minor fender bender. Eric personally drove an hour away to pick up the only part that was available on the east coast in order to have my car ready in a couple days. Trust in Eric! As transparent & kind a mechanic that you will find. If you want to feel like you re not just another customer, stop by K2 & you won t be disappointed. He worked with my insurance (State Farm) to get all brand new factory parts. Because of the state of the industry today, parts are not easy or quick to come by. Eric kept me posted throughout & once all the parts were in, he started right away & was done in a few days. Car looks brand new & he even buffed out & repainted some scratches that were not a part of the accident. Excellent job Services: Painting, Body & Trim

K2 Auto Body is the best workshop! I've been involved in a left turn collision, I'm the driver going straight. Though the other party took full responsibility for the collision, I was still concerning my car, as I knew many car workshop were not good until I found K2 Auto Body through the Yelp, they have all 5 star reviews. Then I went there and talked with Eric who is a is very nice, very professional guy, also with a great patience. He explained all the work they need to do on my car and give me a reasonable time that need to be spent on my car. Also, He helped me negotiate with the other party's insurance company and gave me many tips which were very very important!! After 2 weeks, when I received the phone call from Eric, I was so excited. Now I have to say my car looks like a brand new car. They did their job perfectly! Thank you K2! Thank you Eric! Hope you will enjoy your time with all of your "Babies" (Beautiful Cars)

Small shop, big work. Eric runs a small privately owned shop which is exactly what i was looking for. In my experience the work is always performed better when your name is on the line. Eric did not disappoint. Found his shop doing a lot of research online. After discussing with multiple shops, decided to bring my Porsche into his shop for a dent and paint damage to the area just above the wheel well. not an easy fix considering the lines of the wheel well. Eric's team did amazing work. from realigning the dent to paint matching, detail was done with great care. Extremely happy with the outcome. A magnet latches on to every part of the area where there was damage (for those that know what that means). Pricing was extremely fair. did not up charge just because it was a Porsche. Additionally, he found the job to be more difficult than initially anticipated, requiring blending further into the car. He stuck to his original quote and did not up charge me for the additional labor. Highly recommend Eric and his team. Especially for high end cars that require the detail few shops can provide.Service: Body & Trim

Eric was extremely helpful and professional. Him and the team got my GTI looking brand new. I had a dented side skirt that needed fixing and I wanted to plug up my license plate holes. I couldn t be happier with the result. Not only that but he took care of other cracks in my bumper I didn t even know I had and fitted a new grille for me! This shop is trustworthy and excellent! Another body shop messed up my mustang, but they fixed them all and repainted them like brand-new. I was also impressed by earnest transparent communication.
