Brothers towing was amazing. Fast courteous service was provided. The driver worked quickly and very safely drove to Pep boys who were also great, they knew exactly how to fix the problem. I was able to safely drive home.

I had work done on my brakes yesterday and the service was quick and done well. Jess, the advisor who greeted me, was professional and friendly, and the technician Tim quickly diagnosed the problem and kept me updated on the progress of my service. Bonus: the lobby is quiet and has an area where you can work with multiple outlets along the counter. 10/10 would return.

Had a scheduled appointment for 1130 for tires, was told it was going to take 1.5hrs and that they would call me when the car was done. After 3 hours I still hadn t heard anything so I called them and was told they hadn t even started to work on my vehicle and that it would be 1.5hrs from whenever they start it. Do not recommend, find another more reliable store

Had two very good experiences. It helped that they are opened on a Sunday. They are thorough and accommodating. My car runs well after having two very different issues. One job turned out to be complicated and they knew how to deal with it.

Went in for a noise coming from my exhaust. Staff was super friendly and made me immediately feel as if I was safe in knowing I came to a place with people who know about cars, the waiting area was very clean. Upon receiving my inspection form, I was told I had a few blown light bulbs and my brakes were shot. They had all parts in stock and got me in and out within 1 hr. Very knowledgeable and funny people to hang out with while you wait for your car.

I just had the most amazingly easy and helpful experience at this Pep Boys, located in Eatontown NJ. If you have ANY questions at all, or your auto repair/care has you stressed out, ask for Tom. What a wonderful human being! Jessica, at the front, is also such a doll. Rather than other shops, who may put you down a path of more problems, this one resolved mine. Extremely quick and professional, not to mention, one of the best priced brand new tires around. Highly recommend.

This little corner shop is a hidden gem. I've been to all the other repair shops around town and non of them can hold pep boys jock strap. The employees in there are freaking amazing. They all went out of their way for me. They even find you coupons and discounts not normally there. There's also no b.s. they only fix what you ask them too.Beware of mavis ..... just go to this little pep boys shop. The employees alone make it the best shop in Eatontown.

At 6 pm I discovered a soft right front tire that needed repair. Tom and his staff at Eatonton could not have been more accommodating. Repair was done quickly and tire is like new

New management is phenomenal at this location. I didn t use this location for a while due to poor management previously. The new manager there is willing to work with the customers to fit the needs of the customer. Scotty and Tom are amazing, they are extremely professional, personable, and very helpful. I did an alignment on my Dodge Ram and had two sensors replaced. Prices are very fair, no pressured upselling and cross selling.

Very professional, honest, fast and Efficient. Jose & Tom both delivered a wonderful customer experience. Very troubling car issues handled immediately last in the business day, literally may have saved my life with the issue I wasn't aware and was shown about my tire. Technician Connor knocked it out and Im very grateful for your service and the overall customer experience. Pep Boys Eatontown has just gained a customer!

Showed up for my appointment at 8am to get my tires installed. It took 30 minutes for them to tell me that they didn t arrive yet which nearly made me late for work. I left my car there and they preformed the work later that day but overall I wish I had known that they didn t arrive before they let me schedule an appointment.

I was very impressed with the service at PepBoys in Eatontown. They offered a great tire deal, were able to accommodate on the same day and got the work done in a timely fashion. Thank you Tom and Angelo for all of your help!

even though the service was okay but was not expecting a synthetic oil change labor of $26.29 they also do something called One step fuel sys cleaner for free but charged labor on that for $17.25 , a fee of $3.99 (Shop Fee) and the worst part was > i was scheduled at 11am and my car wasn't ready until 1pm waited2 hrs their excuse was the tire rotation that was also free of charge. i used pep boys to stay away from from all the dealer fees and ended up paying all them with these guys..:Note high brand they use is Penzoil and its not guaranteed since the oil comes in regular pep boys label gallons!

Pepboys in eatontown has given me the best service I have ever experienced! The stores manager Joe helped me get my car back on the road safely and in a very timely manner. I also saved a ton of money using the Pepboys store card and it only took a few minutes to sign up. If you are in the area I would suggest to come to this location above any other automotive shop!

Do not go here!!! I waited 2 hours for my oil change to be done and I had a 5 o clock appointment and come to find out they didn t even pull my car in to do the oil change. POOR MANAGEMENT! Tom could have gave me the courtesy to let me know that they were running behind and gave me the option to leave or the other option would have been to not take on other clients if you knew you had customers with appointments and could not handle it. I can t believe I waisted all that time for nothing. Hope this is a teaching moment for better service!

I am very grateful for the fast, knowledgeable and professional customer service we received. My family now feels safe driving thanks to the excellent major repairs that were done recently at Pep Boys (Eatontown). Our vehicle was desperately in need of vital repairs to ensure safe travel for my family. Pep Boys did an awesome job and really came through when it mattered most.

brought my car in to get the AC fixed, was told my breaks were down to nothing and it would be $600 to replace, and another $300 because my engine was smoking. there was nothing wrong with my engine before I brought it there. I would've noticed something like that. I didn't have the money for both so decided to have the breaks fixed and was assured that the engine was just smoking bc coolant was leaking on it and "it's not dangerous or anything" so it doesn't need to be immediately fixed. I pick up my car and the check engine light is on and the whole car is shaky. the next day the smoke gets so bad it's hard to see and my car stalls momentarily when I go again after being stopped. I took it back and asked for them to fix it and they replaced the coolant tank. stopped the smoke but did nothing for the shaky engine and intermittent stalling. I went in for one problem and came out with several new ones. won't be going back there again.

Guys at Pep Boys Mike and Tom were super. Even though they didn't have correct air filter, they called around to find 1. Excellent customer satisfaction.

Excellent service. Replaced my dead car battery with a new one for free after 3 years and 360 days - 5 days before the 4-year warranty expired. Very good experience with regular service and oil change as well.

Took my car there last year to get line work done. I thought everything was okay but ever since then I've noticed the lines literally are not secured the way they are supposed to. I dismissed it for months because the people I worked with told me it wasn't a big deal- no, it is a big deal. They just wanted me to keep working driving for them, that's why they said not to worry. My lines could literally get snagged by something on the road and I'd be screwed. This is awful. Oh yeah, I also replaced tires multiple times here while I worked delivery (drove only like16K miles driving delivery btw)- tires that should last beyond 16K miles. One of their mechanics even accidentally cut my locking mechanism that looks like a thin stick, so now I cannot even lock that door manually. I spent a lot of money here, and don't get me wrong they gave me some discounts when I brought the car in- but the bottom line is, no matter the price, the job needs to be done correctly, or else the vehicle cannot be deemed safe. That is what this is all ultimately about- safety. I would not honestly feel safe bringing my car back here. I felt like they were really nice, but being nice doesn't change the fact the work they did was subpar and put me at risk for months and months. I even had asked them about the lines too, hanging the way they are, and they said it wasn't something to worry about and was normal- LAZY.

Assistant Manager Joe has been helping me few times at the Pep Boys location in Eatontown. He is wonderful and very resourceful and helpful. On my recent visit few weeks ago he went above and beyond to address few tire issues where my tire was losing air over time but there was not clear evidence of damage. I greatly appreciate his efforts and help. Always going above and beyond on everything he does.

Absolutely blown away by the service I received at pep boys . Went to the one in hazlet years ago and it sucked. The manager was inexperienced and not a people person. (And usually if the manager sucks so does the service.) But I was desperate to get my car worked on, so I waited. The assistant service manager, Joe was honest, thorough, and straightforward. He was extremely busy and had other customers ahead of me but still managed to take his time explaining the work needed, and surprisingly I was in and out of there. I tried to tip the tech Peter who serviced my vehicle, but he declined. Was surprised someone so young was so efficient and professional. Very nice people. Would definitely go back, these guys changed my mind about pep boys. You can tell the staff really get along and everyone seemed to have a smile on their face. Joe and his team really know what they re doing and I m happy I took the chance. Will definitely go back to see them if I need other work done.
