Absolutely terrible I would put -1 star if I could. Scammers at an all new high. Went in there for a simple inspection sticker. I waited on my car and I kid you not it took them 2 hours. Then they told me all these leak I all of a sudden had. I just had my mechanic do work a month ago he would ve told me. I brushed the con artist off and said no thank you I just need an inspection sticker I m in a rush. Once I received my vehicle I began to drive home. 5 minutes into driving my check engine light goes off. Immediately I m flustered I m already struggling but since they could tell I m an electrician they figured I don t have any problems I guess and tried to maximize off a humble servant of God. I figured the loosened my gas cap to make the lift go off thinking I would return right back. I ran a manual diagnostic check on the engine light and it gave me a code indicating a torque converter clutch. God will punish y all for what y all are doing to good people. Now I have to cash outs $1000 buhh towards my mechanic. Nice try buhh try again, not a sucker like yo mother I only went there for the sticker because I was told y all were good by my uncle in law . Maybe they are buhh my uncle law is white

Great! Staff was very nice. I thought I needed new brakes. My car is 10 yrs old. They checked them out and I didn't need new brakes. So I had tire rotation and alignment done.My dash light about tire pressure went away. Nice plus!!So glad I went here. Will go here for other work. Thank you for taking car of my car!

The shop staff is very dialed into customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and repairing them accordingly, based on my recent experience there. I had front end and brake issues and received an honest assessment and then a reasonably fair estimate for the work involved, in spite of the ridiculous inflation these days. The days when the bill would have been half of what it was are sadly long gone.I felt that all the staff at the facility understand the priority for customer service, and you can rest assured they are honest professionals.A very experienced and dedicated car care mechanic walked me through the issues and worked on my vehicle after showing me the anomalies.I would wholeheartedly recommend Meineke of Eatontown for your suspension, brakes, exhaust, and any other services the shop is willing to perform.

I needed a temporary exhaust repair because my daughter catalytic converter was stolenI needed a 3-foot pipe to do the jobThe tech took one hour+ to perform the job and I was charged 278.15$ plus 8.10 for paying by cardI think this place is really a rip off sorry I have no choice to get my daughter back on the roadWill never go back

Clear communication in offering options; quick appointment; prompt attention. My exhaust system needed repairs which were completed in less than an hour. Reasonable prices. It has only been a few days, but I hope it will last a long time. Pleasant staff.Recommend based on that experience.

They were able to help me with a temporary fix until I could get my car to the dealer. Declan was so great on the phone and even in person hearing him deal with, what I considered a difficult customer, he was calm and patient.

These guys have a great reputation in the area. Other auto shops in the area subcontract exhaust repairs to them. I'm a retired mechanic and have seen a lot of their work.I just brought my Dad's truck there for an exhaust repair and they did a great job. Very nice guys!

The workers were very nice, they did a great job on the car at a good price. Too bad the Manager coming in and out of his Office was so disrespectful to the employees in front of the customers. Very unprofessional. This place is going to miss Charlie.

Luis and the guys at Meineke in Eatontown did a fine job replacing my AC condenser at a really fair price. Only took a couple of hours.

The guy at the front desk was super helpful! I need an inspection for an out of state car and they did it quick and explained everything I needed to do after the inspection. Great employees

Well, they were able to do a patch job for my car to get me out of a jam and we'll see how it holds up but so far I'm very happy with my experience as just how pleasant and easy it was. Staff is obviously at least skilled enough to give some options, as parts and labor have risen. James at desk was very polite and accommodating. Every time I've been there the estimate is accurate and they communicate everything. Much appreciate this place!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I moved to NJ from another state where I had developed a relationship with my local Meineke car care center. I had been recomended to the shop after being ripped off when I brought my late model Honda to a dealership. My Meineke became my go to for all my major repairs. It was nice to know this shop is near my new home and after visiting, for first an alignment, then the ac in my late model car. I know this will be my new go to shop for major repairs.Services: Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

The most important trait of any merchant or service is honesty & trust. I've been going to Meineke on on Rt. 35 in Eatontown for over 20 years. Charlie and his sidekick Rueben (Most know him by his alias's Roman or Ronald) are the best. From a welcoming environment to a trustworthy business, I would recommend to all of my famiuly and friends.
