Absolutely outstanding service appointment from start to finish. My Service Advisor, Danielle, was so friendly and a joy to deal with. She provided me with a ride back home with my main man Eddie, who drove me once before. He's an exceptional human being! Jaguar Monmouth has really stepped up their game. Highly recommended!!!!

We ve been with Jaguar of Monmouth for many years with several vehicles owned. Their customer service is outstanding. The service department is very accommodating from providing us with a beautiful loaner vehicle to contacting us throughout the service appointment to keep us updated on the status of the vehicle.A+++ Dealership and Service Department highly recommend!

I ve wanted a Jaguar for so long. I d visited dealerships in 4 states but I purchased my dream car In Monmouth. Scott was a gem and made that experience everything I needed it to be. Mohammed in finance was best making me feel informed and comfortable with my purchase. I am so glad I bought my baby here.

We shopped a few places before stopping at Jaguar Land Rover Monmouth. The entire experience from arrival to driving home in our new car was five stars. Ali took us through the test drives, answered my endless questions, and walked us through the financing process with a level of professionalism & courtesy far beyond what I expected. We decided on the 2023 F Pace and couldn t be happier! I will be recommending Jaguar Land Rover Monmouth to my family and friends and we will definitely return when we are ready to look at cars again.

My first service experience was fantastic. It was a smooth process from start to finish, clear communication, and timely completion are all hallmarks of excellent customer service. The service manager kept me informed of the repair process and had the vehicle completed on time. The detailer had my car looking showroom ready! You can't get any better customer service!

Stacia Hargrove is an excellent sales person & very friendly. She has been in contact with me since mid week & was able to see the car this Saturday. Since having a car rental & unable to return it. They are going to deliver the vehicle to me on Monday morning.Everyone that works at the dealership are friendly & courteous. Finance was very helpful too.

A couple of months ago we went looking for a crossover unsure of which we wanted to get, the Range Rover or the Jaguar. Christian M came out to greet us right away. He was very easy to talk to, answering all of our questions. I test drove multiple cars and he was very patient with me as I was undecided. Ultimately we went for the Jaguar F-Pace super sport. It is beautiful! It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. Fast forward to last week we came back looking for a new car. Christian again was so helpful, working with his manager to get a good deal on my trade in. I would highly reccomend Christian and this dealership to anyone. Thanks Christian and Jaguar of Monmouth!!

The service manager was well versed in his knowledge of my vehicle and the maintenance that needed to be performed. He was very professional, courteous, and kept me informed on the progress of the work being done on my vehicle and what needed to be addressed shortly. I highly rate the service manager who worked with me and the dealership itself was very clean organized and spot on. My experience at Jaguar of Monmouth was simply brilliant. Recently brought my Jaguar F-Pace S First Edition SUV in for service. It was very expensive, over $4k in cost plus new tires taking it to over $6k. When I picked up vehicle there were a few service issues and I was upset. Joe, Service Manager, called me and took care of everything! Fixed all issues, repaired a few more items at no cost, and made sure I was taken care of. He exceeded my expectations and returned my SUV in better condition than before. He and his service advisor Danielle made me feel great! Thanks for doing more than you needed to and taking responsibility for earlier mistakes. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend...A service department that cares and will do anything to make it right!!!. My SUV runs like it was brand new again. Thanks again!

Christian was wonderful to work with. From the moment we arrived he was friendly and helpful. We came from a distance to see the car we were interested in. We put a deposit down, once we decided we were interested, Christian made the buying experience was seamless and pleasurable. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were not able to pick up the car when it was ready. So Christian went out if his way to drive the car to my wife at work, so she could co sign the paperwork before dropping it off to me at home. Christian really made this car buying experience the best we have ever had!

I had an incredibly positive experience at Jaguar Monmouth! Christian M. was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. All of the customer service at this Jaguar location was phenomenal. Richard Moretti was especially helpful, and went above and beyond to help me with understanding how my warranty worked, fixing my key issue, and making clear the recommendations vs car needs for service. I appreciate being spoken to so kindly, and openly, especially as a woman. I recommend this location, and Richard.

Incredible experience! Nick is the BEST! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect when I picked up my new car. He was very kind, honest, and I immediately felt like I could trust him. He made my buying process so easy and no-pressure. Everyone in the dealer was so nice, especially at the front desk. Customer service was amazing! Will definitely go back for my next car.

Absolutely the best car shopping experience ever! Never expecting to actually purchase a car the day we entered the showroom ,Alfreda Baker made us feel relaxed, at ease and never pressured with the very big decision we needed to make. Our transaction was executed swiftly and professionally and all of our needs were met. With the help of Maggie Baker and Mohamed Eldessouky assisting with the process, our questions were answered and they all continue to follow up to ensure we have everything we need. Christian helped me find a great car. He was friendly, consistent and answered every question that I had. When I changed my mind between vehicles, he found me options that worked for me and helped me get a great deal in the end. Even after signing a lease, Christian has been responsive to my questions while getting familiar with the car and has gone out of his way to assure I m happy.

I tried to buy a Jaguar XF that was previously certified. The sales (Christian) and the manager (Peter) have been very patient and helpful. They did try to make a deal, lay out reasonable terms, and when there was a confusion about Jaguar warranty, they called Jaguar USA for 30 min to clear things out (at least attempted).Unfortunately the Jaguar USA did not provide a definitive answer about how the previous CPO warranty would transfer to new owners, and whether it would need to be recertified (which would incur new cost to the dealership that would pass on to me). Due to this confusion, we couldn't effectively negotiate the price. Therefore I did not buy, and will probably not buy a Jaguar and go back to Audi. However, the car drove very nice (in my opinion slightly better than the German trio of comparable price point). If you decide to buy a Jaguar I highly recommend this dealer. BTW although Jaguar USA has the frustratingly confusing terms for CPO transfer, their new and CPO warranty are the best in the European luxury sector (only Volvo extended warranty is better but that costs extra $).
