They took very very good care of me! They did work on my vehicle and couldn't complete the job even though it was my fault. They didn't charge me. Great customer service from beginning to end! Highly recommend!

I've been coming here just for oil changes but they noticed my front brakes needed to be fixed and they even asked me and my boyfriend to look at it and they showed us exactly what was wrong. Gave me a good price and did a great job fixing it. Very nice people I will definitely come back if my car has any other issues ( my usual mechanic is shady as hell I just didn't know where else to go ) so I'm glad I can come here now.

Came in with a bent rim and no tire after hitting a median pretty bad. Going in thinking I need a new balance tire they were able to save me the cost of a new rim by straightening it out. Thank you! Also fixed my tire alignment and had everything looking nice. Erik and Wat were great and worked there best to get everything done right and quick. Will definitely make this my regular go to for anything my car needs. Thanks GoodYear!

Excellent serviceNail in my tire; CIRCLE BMW couldn t help for 4 days so after a consult with my BMW DEALER service advisor (Steve Wide World BMW) I went to Goodyear. They diagnosed my issue, ordered the tire for next day. Eric from Goodyear knew my urgency so he tracked down the delivery guy, called me with an ETA and I now have a new tire less than 24 hours later.Great service GOODYEAR Eatontown - Eric & Shirley. Unfortunately I forgot to get the mechanics name; helpful, professional & personable guy.

Fixed the problem, happy with the customer service but not happy with the lack of communication. Brought car in at about 1030 and didn't here back from anyone from the shop till 4. If they were up front and said hey we here busy it might later in the day till we get to your vehicle. Instead me calling around 2 being told we are still backed up from the previous day.

I was on my way home to Virginia Beach when I noticed my tire icon lighted on my dashboard. I thought oh no! I had to get back to Virginia and thought oh my gosh where am I going to go? What am I going to do. I thought ok, let me Google for a Lexus dealership and I headed in that direction. For whatever reason the Lexus dealership in Eatontown was closed and as I was headed away from there, I saw a Goodyear Nice tire store. I pulled in and there was Shirley just getting ready for work.. I told her what my dilemma was, and she immediately had my Lexus pulled into the service area where a young man, I m sorry I didn t catch his name, went over my car with a fine tooth comb and told me my tire was fine. It was just cold and needed to warm up and the icon was stuck on, which he reset.These two wonderful people were absolutely incredibly kind, compassionate, and beyond willing to help me. I was able to get back on the road and back to Virginia to make my appointment. To Shirley and the young man, I am so very grateful! Shirley, I hope you see your dream of Virginia some day in your future! Best wishes and again. I am so grateful! Thank you

Juan kept me posted on what my car needed by calling me and updating me on the car. Brake job was needed in addition to regular service I had it in for. Knew the brakes were going so wasn t surprised. Everything was done and called immediately upon completion. Peter the mechanic who worked on the car was kind enough to show me the brakes and why it was needed now and shouldn t wait. Juan took off everywhere he possibly could to save me some money. Every bit helps. They were awesome and it was greatly appreciated. Upfront pricing helps as well! Would definitely recommend.

very good service. ordered older model performance tires for a Z06 corvette. they took the time to call multiple places and find a warehouse that had all 4 of the same tire. I was updated with deliveries, when the tires would arrive/arrived and given a prompt appointment. Shirley working the front desk/phone/ordering is nice, smart and knows her stuff! Very good place, courteous and got me tires that I couldn t get anywhere online! Thank you!

Nothing worse than being on vacation, and getting a flat tire miles away from home. Luckily we were close Goodyear according to Google. I was sure that it was going to be a fiasco.But to my surprise we pulled in and Juan came to the rescue, he was super helpful and even though it was close to closing time him and the mechanic (Connor) .did a fantastic job getting me and my wife back on the road. What a pleasure it was to do business with them, would not hesitate to recommend them.

Goodyear didn't have the part to remove tires and requested I go find one. Went to Mavis Discount Tire, they had the part and the install was cheaper.

Initially we had tried doing an oil change at home however the oil filter housing was stuck on too tight for us to get off so we brought it into Goodyear. Juan was very upfront about the fact that if the plastic housing was too tight for him to get off it could possibly break and he would suggest to come back tomorrow as he wouldn't likely be able to get a replacement part so late on a Sunday - we appreciated that he was considerate enough to not want us to have to be down a vehicle for a day. Fortunately he was able to get it off and the oil change was done very quickly. Juan even gave us some helpful tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again. Very professional service and the job was done right! Thank you!

Onofrio is always very meticulous and takes care of all my car concerns. I know he values his work and wouldn t let my car leave the lot if there was any issue. Juan is always friendly, joyful and accommodating too. Never want to take my car anywhere else because I know it s in good hands at this particular location.

My car had a flat tire in a parking lot. AAA replaced the tire with a spare. Driving to my office, I stopped at Goodyear Auto Service on Route 35 in Eatontown, NJ. They repaired the punctured tire within one hour and I drove to work with a smile on my face. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Goodyear Auto Service facility.

Shirley, the receptionist, was so kind and caring. When I told her I was from out of town and going to the hospital to visit my sister, she tried to squeeze me in immediately. The man that came out to check my tire pressure told me he thought something else was going on. They managed to service my car at 3 o clock in the afternoon while I was there waiting! I only waited a half an hour and they discovered it was my corroded rim. They fixed it perfectly and I was on my way! I highly recommend this particular Goodyear.

Just wanted to give a shout out to John, one of the Service Advisors at this Goodyear location. John provided great service and I found him extremely knowledgeable about my car issue. Very honest person as well. Highly recommend.

Great shop! Staff is no nice and friendly. I've been here a few times and its always a great experience (they are quick but also thorough). Definitely the best shop of its kind in the area
