I recently had a excellent experience at DCH Kay Honda service center. The pricing was fair for the oil change, replacement of my brakes and installation of brand new tires and all services were performed in a timely manner, Also, a complimentary battery test and wheel alignment added value to the overall service experience. I appreciate their honesty and I their professionalism and most importantly their thoroughness. My car is crucial for both work and taking care of my children. When is comes to servicing, I only trust Kenny and the team at Kay Honda Service center in Eatontown, NJ.

Don t like being treated like I am not there when I walk into the service area and a rep is there and clearly sees me standing there waiting and makes me wait before acknowledging g that I am there and the condescendingly tells me I have to go to the cashier to get my car like I should know that. I happy and respected customer is a returning customer. My lease is up in October 2024 and right now I m ready to hand you the keys and walk out the door and get a lease somewhere else!!!

Just bought a used car. Scott was amazing. He listened to what I wanted and made the whole process so easy. Also, Ray took care of the financial part of it. He explained everything to me. Took a lot of time and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely would keep using them in the future.

Service Advisor, Mickey Hughes is wonderful- always knowledgable, thorough, honest and guides me through any questions or concerns I may have on my vehicle. I have been serving my vehicle at Kay Honda for years. Max has always taken great care of me and my vehicles. The Master tech Anthony is incredibly knowledgeable on everything Honda related. No other dealer I would trust. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I would never bring my car anywhere else. From drop off to pick up, I ve never had any issues. The service advisors are always peasant and explain everything in detail to me. The appointment reminder calls I receive are helpful along with the carfax reminders. I ve never had a problem scheduling my appt or waiting too long for my oil changes or any other repairs I ve had done. They do a great job here.

The team at DCH Kay Honda is outstanding. My 2004 Honda Pilot has been driven 230,000 miles and it still runs strong. I always get the feeling that they care about me and my vehicle. Thanks Joe and the service team for the great service.

Informative and thorough service and customer care. I appreciated receiving text updates and a video of the mechanic showing me the repair needed. There were links to accept or decline each issue that needed attention or repaired.

Everyone greets you with a smile and makes sure that you re comfortable with what s being done to your vehicle. Their communication before, during, and after my appointment should be applauded.

Dch Kay Honda is an amazing place to get your service done. Garret in parts is always helpful when I need anything. The service advisors are always very friendly and go over everything with me. Would highly recommend.

I could go to another dealership for service, but why? DCH Kay has done nothing but provided quality service since purchasing my vehicle from them. I never feel like they are upselling me on anything and (as busy as they are) haven't never treated me with unacceptable service.

Drop off a used car in to get fixed. Said the repair was $600. Had it done 3 days later it had to bring it back. Same issue. Had to spend another $3,000. Would not recommend them to anyone stay awayShould have fixed it the first time instead of just guessing at it at my expense...stay away

My experience spans from the great sales team, Scott Wendling, Mike Lyttle Finance Armondo Lopez, Ray Furslew and my favorite Service Dept. who I depend on for all my service needs on both my cars. I came in for service for my check engine light and in the video, the technician Jack was elaborating the codes in detail. Turned out I needed a head gasket replacement and he did an excellent job! Great work quality, knowledgeable

This was the worst experience we ever had leasing a car and we have done many . We did whatever they told us to do and it lead to such confusion. The temporary license expired and they didn t have our plates and were told Honda will pay the ticket. That was one example of many. It would take a book to tell you about all and we re easy customersNever again!

Ken and Tiffany in service always take great care of my Honda Accord. I travel over 500 miles a week for work and never have to be concerned about my vehicle. You can buy service but you can t buy trust and you can depend on Ken!

We've been using the Service Dept. at DCH Kay Honda since my first Honda Civic in 1999. Now multiple cars later, Honda's and Acura's we keep coming back.Our Service Advisor is Mickey and our Technician is Anthony. We always ask to be handled by both and they never disappoint. Anthony is a master technician who we trust to handle all our vehicles. Thank you both for all the great service.

Location: DCH Honda of EatontownI made an appointment today for an oil change, on a 2023 honda odyssey. I showed up on time, I am sitting there for 2 hours, 2 hours for an oil change? I go up to the desk, I ask where s my car? the mechanic says oh its just sitting in the parking lot, we don't know what to do with it the lady said i need to make a new appointment, and at that point i was just furious and left. Nobody bothered to ask? tell me anything? for 2 hours? thats ridiculous, Jiffy Lube wouldve have been 30 min total for everything, I am very disappointed. I have been a long time customer of Honda.
