I am so HAPPY I choose DCH Kay Honda to be where I purchased my new car. Jordan was AMAZING and helped make the purchasing process quick and easy. He explained the ins and outs of the vehicle and any questions I had. The finance guy Ray helped explain all paperwork we were signing and answered any financial questions I had during the process. 10 out of 10 would purchase a car again from them! Totally worth the hour drive! Thanks guys

Working with Hans to purchase my Honda Pilot was such a wonderful experience. I went to other Honda dealers that were not as helpful. Hans was very knowledgeable of the car and listened to all of my requests. I really wanted to have the Sonic Gray Pilot touring and he made sure that I left the dealer with it that night. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I certainly would. I will recommend Hans and the dealer to all of my friends and family!

I made a service appointment because my brakes were making a noise. The technician performed a full inspection on my Ridgeline. Anthony the mechanic recommended that I replace the brakes and tires. I do all my servicing at at Kay Honda, they gave me a fair price and because I am a repeat customer a complimentary oil change and car wash. Trustworthy repair facility,

Working with Hans was an exceptionally great experience. He was relaxed, not pushy, easygoing and down to earth. In my almost 30 years of buying and leasing cars/trucks, I've never had such a great experience. Simple, no pressure. What better experience could you ask for?! I went to DCH Kay Honda to look for a Honda pilot. The service from start to finish was phenomenal. From Joe (the GM) to our sales person Dylan and finally our finance representative Nick who worked tirelessly for us to get what we wanted and needed for our family. They were patient, friendly, accommodating and kind. Nothing like the nightmare you would see at other dealerships. The entire process ran us about 3 hours and most of that time was spent talking about our family and friends. I would recommend DCH Kay Honda for anyone looking for not only a reliable car, but a reliable dealership for their next lease or finance.

Another 10/10 experience at Kay Honda in Eatontown. I turned in my lease and decided to get a certified pre owned and worked directly with the used car manager, Carlos Acosta. He was outstanding and understood my needs. He was honest and straight forward about how the process goes and gave me a thorough explanation of all the bells and whistles my new (used) car came with. I will gladly be sending my friends and family to go see him! And you should too!!!

I went to DCH Kay Honda to look for a 2024 Honda pilot. The service from start to finish was phenomenal which was led by GM Mike Lyttle. He answered all my questions and got me the car I was looking for. He set me up with salesmen Scott Wendling and in about an hour I was driving the car out of the lot. That is unheard of in the car business. I would 100% recommend DCH Kay Honda for anyone looking for not only a reliable car, but a reliable dealership for their next lease or finance. Go see Mike Lyttle the best around.

My husband and I had gone to a lot of other dealerships before DCH Honda but the process as DCH was so much easier. It didn't feel pushy or stressful and the decision to lease our new Passport was made so much simpler by our awesome salesman, Scott. He was super nice, straight forward and worked to get us the payment we wanted. I've bought a few cars in my life and this was the least stressful and simpliest process. We will definitely be back!!!

DCH Kay Honda has always provided my family, friends and I with quality service, friendly staff, and the best prices possible in the Auto Service industry. Even from before I was driving my family has been using Kay Honda for Service and Sales and have always said to me If you re getting a Honda Head to DCH Kay . My Fathers first Civic was from Kay Honda in 2004, and to my knowledge it is still going in a new owners hands. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who needs help with maintenance and buying a vehicle!

I was shopping for cars for months and had horrible experiences at several dealerships from not finding the right cars to not getting the best customer service. Luckily I decided to stop at DCH Kay Honda and met with Carlos Acosta who took the time to show me every car available and was attentive to my concerns. He walked me through financing options and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I cannot recommend Carlos enough. Truly a godsend!!

Ken and the service team at DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown were exceptional with the recent servicing of my Honda Passport. I brought the car in for a routine oil change and also had concerns about the way the car was driving. Ken was very customer-focused in listening about the issues I was having and answered all questions expertly in a courteous manner. The service team identified the minor issues of my brakes and alignment with their technology and had it corrected. I will continue to use this service team for any of my car issues!

Just got a call from Kay Honda! Blaming me for letting the vehicle go for $9 more monthly payment than we expected. The moment I pointed out what's the problem with their deal, she became rude! In stead of explaining in a nice way, she just covered their butt and very rude. Very nice people and a lot of seniors live around this area, please don't take advantage of it. Bad way to treat the customers. Bye bye!

We bought a used Honda Accord from them. I believe we have got a pretty decent car. The reason for the 4 is that I did not enjoy the price bargaining process, it was not clean. For that, I am taking off a quarter point to start to start with. As for the else they took a deposit on a car we were supposed to have test driven, this having confirmed via email the night prior and as well few hours earlier in the morning, we had to drive from the distance where we live to get to where the DCH Kay Honda dealership is located in Eatontown, NJ. I took a quarter point for this. And as the car was not ready to be picked up when all we had scheduled the time for had to wait, they all explained the shortage of staff, but even post having taken the car out on the road, as in post taking the delivery of the car, I saw indicators for battery being low and tire pressure being low. Again, for these latter experiences during pickup and immediately post-driving experience, I took off another quarter point. Again the overall rating includes efficiency by those who participated in preparing paperwork and DCH Kay Honda's facilities. Hands hands-free system had to be cleared by myself as the old customer data was still on the system, and instead of two keys was provided with one and told to return for the second one. Again, I would give them 4.25 stars if it was possible, this being generous, but only 4 stars are possible to give. Again I do believe I have gotten a decent used car from them. (*) This additional in response to Mr. Lyttle's comment to speak to myself so that they all can further improve the service, here are a few suggestions 1) When the car that someone has reserved a time slot to test drive gets sold, send a message, email or voice mail informing of the same and as well showing them alternate inventory. 2) Again, it is not the final price that was negotiated that is the issue, but during the process, we had two times experienced not-so-suitable characteristics by a salesperson gentleman. One time he misrepresented the fact that the car that we had come to see had an accident reported when there was none, your used car manager had corrected him on further steps in negotiation. This was for price comparison purposes. And second time he agreed to a certain condition, and the post that backed out for reasons, he created a scene as if we were being unreasonable. Could do better on these fronts. 3) If the car is not ready for delivery then provide a dealer vehicle for a day or two while it gets ready, it is not a good idea for the customer to see a few warning signs car leaving the door. Again, hope these suggestions help. Again I do believe I have got a good car. And kind of happy the doc fees were waived for some of our troubles, which by the way are 2x average doc fees charged in New Jersey by car Dealers. All and all considering everything I would give a 4.25 star rating to DCH Kay Honda Dealership. After all, I am going to be sticking to 4 stars, because we had an incorrect title issue that had arisen, they had admitted that it was an honest mistake on their part due to registration transfer on the vehicle that all was owned by name otherwise, all while they did fix, the transparency during this process and information conveyed lacked in clarity.

Hi. I purchased a 2010 toyota highlander from DCH Honda in Eatontown town. I looked at about 5 dealers all over the state. I Chose DCH Honda. A because I dealt with a Salesman who is not just a car salesman. He's one of the best humans I've ever met! His name Is Miguel Fuentes. Then there's the management team Led by a man who's the head manager. Who is an not like any manager I've ever met. The whole management team are helpful concerned about your needs. Couldn't have had a better experience. And it didn't end when I left with a beautiful 14 year old car. Which they treated me the same as if it was the top of the line Honda. So in closing it's just my opinion I am a 58 year old man. Been through many car sale new and used. If you don't go to DCH your making a mistake. If you do tell Miguel and Mike and the whole crew Dan sent you! P.s Miguel served our country which I couldn't have more respect for this young man. So he's not just a car salesman!

My wife and I purchased a pilot last year and we have the absolute best experience. Eric Morgenstern made the entire process seamless and easy, he worked with us with our budget to find the right car for us and helped us navigate the inventory issues that were occurring across the industry at the time. He even helped us transfer our license plate to Connecticut and handled all of the paperwork. If you are looking for a car, go to DCH Kay Honda and ask for Eric Morgenstern, he is the best.

Despite the fact that they were very busy Haniel was very patient and made sure all my needs were met and all my questions were answered. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the job and I m so happy that Haniel was able to get me into that Honda HRV. Make sure to ask for him when you go!

The exceptional service is headed by Ken and his team member Tiffany is a pleasure to work with as well. I am on my 5th or 6th Honda from this dealer over the decades and they are always willing to get you in the right car for the right price.
