DCH Ford of Eatontown Service Center exceeded my expectations. They came to my home, picked up my Bronco, changed the oil, rotated my tires, and topped off all my fluids then delivered my truck back to my home. No more wasting hours in the dealership waiting for my vehicle to get serviced, those days are over and the best part about it, there was no additional cost to the customer. It's complimentary. Kudos to Eatontown Ford Service for figuring out how to provide top notch customer service at a fair price.

Excellent customer service. Kenny at the front desk is super professional and welcoming. Oil change and tire rotation didn t take long at all. Wonderful waiting area to get some work done or take a load off while you wait. Definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Ford today. They took great care of my Explorer as I waited for the necessary service work to be done. The service adviser, Kenny, was also extremely helpful, patient and informative with additional questions I had about my car. I truly appreciate the ease of this experience! Thank you Ford!

As usual we had a wonderful experience with DCH! We went this weekend to get my mom a car and we were treated like family from the moment we walked in the door. Mark and his team made buying a car quick and easy. She got a car she absolutely loves! Thank you DCH Ford!!

I had a fantastic service experience. My truck had a ratting noise. They said it was engine related. They repaired it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them for all your service needs.
